I had a tricky leak in the wall of the housing for my air conditioning return ductwork. My AC guy determined it was a plumbing issue, so two plumbing companies later, I was finally able to find a pair of plumbers who were up to the challenge. Jason and Taylor assessed the two downstairs bathrooms, both having toilets that abutted the area with wet sheetrock. It was tricky indeed, as the leak detection test held fast, so it was puzzling. A leak that isnt really a leak.Hmmm... The investigation began and the dynamic duo were able to locate the source within minutes. Both toilets flushing mechanisms were the culprits and it was a quick and easy fix. This had been ongoing for months, so to finally find a company willing to go the extra mile and plumbers able to think outside the box saved my sanity and my AC ductwork.Things had been getting pretty musty when the AC ran, the result of the return pulling dank toilet water from within the wet sheetrock. At the end of the service call, I paid the men and asked for a business card. Ive found my new plumbers and couldnt be happier. My heroes!

The technician came to our shop to correct a plumbing problem we had with our hot water for a chinese piece of equipment. The technician was able to troubleshoot the problem even though all the diagrams were in chinese. Great customer service. Several shops like ours have this equipment and all have problems getting them to work. I believe ours is the only shop that has a working one now.

Also, mentioned a slow flow on hose they looked at it and fixed hose bib to I didnt have to call for another appointment. Will recommend and call in future if needed.

Seth was speedy, had great attitude, He was explaining what he was doing and has a great knowledge of my problem. Chris was very courteous and polite. He came in, he knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem as quickly as was possible. We had an unexpected clog. Double L was able to get someone in on short notice and was extremely friendly and professional. Within about 10-15 mins they had it unclogged and were checking to make sure no further issues existed. Additionally they took the time to answer a bunch of questions about the existing plumbing and what it would take to update everything.

Update: Dec. 2023 - Used Double L Plumbing to install a couple toilets. Logan did a great job. They were installed quickly and with no issues. He cleaned up everything and disposed of the toilets for me. Was about the same price Home Depot wanted for installation and far cheaper than Lowes. Glad I called them again and will use their services when I replace the hot water heater next year. Thanks for doing an excellent job.Terry did a great job. Made sure everything was working properly. Left the job site cleaner than I expected. I think the price charged was a fair value for the repair.

Terry was the best plumber Ive dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and tried multiple things to fix the problem and he stayed 3 hour late to make sure the problem was fixed and when I tried to tip him he wouldnt except. I would definitely use double L again because of my experience.
