    Called to get some estimates for various work we wanted done around the house. Lauri Dawn was great to work with over the phone. Got right back to us after talking with Chris with rough estimates to see if we wanted to proceed further. Chris happened to be in our area and came by the same day to get a better look and actually did one of the easy jobs while there. We’ll be using them for all our future work.     Great service, from Lauri understanding what we needed and getting us scheduled, to Scott who came out and did a thorough, professional job of troubleshooting our water heater issue. He saved me over a thousand dollars. I was ready to have to replace it, but he determined the elements were fine, and the electronic thermostat and temperature control were not in sync. Once he adjusted it, my water heater stopped beeping and is working great.

    Problem with scheduling my job. That’s to be expected in this business because you don’t know what kind of problems they might encounter. However I had an 11:00 appointment and cleared my calendar to be home at 11:00 On the day of the appointment I got a E mail text from them reminding me of my 15:00 appointment! I suspected they might have sent the text to the wrong number so I called them. I was told that scheduled another job that required more time than the schedulers anticipated so my 11:00 appointment was moved to 15:00. They didn’t bother to call me and explain the situation and ask me if 15:00 work for me? Instead they just sent me a text informing me that my appointment was four hours later than it actually was. Again I understand people make mistakes but don’t assume that you can push a customer around without discussing it with them. They showed up at the 1500 time and did the task timely, professionally and at a reasonable price. They do however need to talk to their customer service person and let her know she needs to not assume that the customers time is as important as theirs

    Awesome company, best lovers I’ve ever dealt with. During the coldest weather we’ve had so far I had a leak under my house and none of the other companies could come and check it/Repair it for at least five days… But Laura called all of her customers and worked out a time for the next day to come out and find the leak which only took Colton & Grayson about an hour to find the leak under the house and about 3 hours to fix it. Great work ladies/men! If you ever need a great, trustworthy plumber call Chris’ they’re Awesome! 👏🏻

    After having a kitchen remodel done we had a leak under the kitchen sink. It was small at first and after hiring two different so called plumbers we finally called Chris’ plumbing. Chris himself came out and assessed the situation. In 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak. And at a reasonable price. Also had Colton come out to replace a leaking toilet. Also occurred after a remodel. Did a super job in record time. These folks have helped to restore my faith in repair people. They are first rate in my book. Thanks.

    Their first availability was two days later. But we asked if they could possibly work us in sooner because our shower was leaking badly. Within a few hours of calling , a serviceman was at our door. He was very efficient and did the repair within 15 mins. The two men were very professional.     Can’t say enough good about Chris’s Plumbing. Jeremy and his apprentice were on time (actually earlier than promised), professional friendly and very quick in solving my plumbing problems. I received an email with their arrival information and a picture of who would be at my home. Not only did he fix my original problem but when asked if he could look at another issue he was more than happy to fix that as well. Great customer service!

    We have a Whiripool Electric Hot Water Heater that had conked out on us. .We thought we would have to purchase a new one. We called Chris Plumbing and Jeremy Hester came out and checked out our non functionioning hot water heater and he had it up and running in no time. Jeremy did us a really good job. There is not a doubt in my mind that Chris Plumbing will be our choice for any plumbing problems we have in the future and Jeremy Hester is the man we will ask to be sent out.

    I’ve used Chris’ Plumbing a few times and they are always polite and professional. They do the job well and don’t try to make you pay for unnecessary repairs. They were helpful in providing quotes for a new water heater. I especially liked that they have worked on other homes in my neighborhood so they understand the age and condition of the pipes in my area. Definitely a plus for this local business! The only downside I can say is that they don’t repair drywall, so if they cut into your wall to access pipes you will have to patch it yourself or hire someone else. This is understandable though.

    We had what we thought was an emergency on a Friday afternoon. No hot water! Chris was recommended by a friend so I contacted them. Much to my surprise hey responded in just a few minutes. We discussed the issue whih was our water heater. It wasnt able to be repaired. So we set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon to replace it. They were able to be here before the scheduled time in pouring rain. Replaced the heater and even fixed another small plumbing issue we didnt realize existed. When they were done .....our bill was much less than the original quote and the job was excellent!! We have found a new permanent plumber!! And highly recommend them for any plumbing need!

    I had a leaky valve above my hot water heater, slow drip. The scheduler at Chris’s Plumbing worked with me to schedule an appointment. Then when a copper pipe sprung a leak as well, much more leakage, they worked me in within hours.     Scott and his partner came to my house to replace several faucets. They called and said they were available early and came right over. When they arrived, I showed them what needed to be done. Scott told his partner that they would divide the tasks and they got to work. Highly efficient and had the faucets replaced in no time. Since they were through so quickly I asked about two outside faucets which Scott replaced. Highly impressed with the quality of the work, but most impressed with their helpful attitude. Great crew!

Scott replaced our calcified shut off valve so we can actually use it should we need it again, and installed our new Delta faucet set.     Our gas hot water heater started overheating. We called Chris’ Plumbing and they let me know how much it would be to come out and fix it. Chris and Grady came out that evening! They took a look and let me know that it was too old to be worth fixing, and a new one would be the best option. Chris let me know that our closet wasn’t up to code for the gas water heater either and sent me a quote for another gas water heater plus what it would take to bring it all up to code, they also included in the estimate how much it would be for an electric water heater. They did this free of charge! We got an electrician out to run the new electric, and Chris was back out that afternoon to install the new water heater and remove the old one. He installed a new shut off valve, answered all of my silly questions, showed me all I needed to know about our new water heater, and even capped off the old gas pipe. They made me feel safe and taken care of like I was family. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend Chris’ Plumbing 10 times over again.

    Jeremy, a true plumber professional. When we required a service call for a clogged toilet we specifically requested Jeremy . Jeremy had fixed several plumbing problems in our home in the past and we knew he was the technician to solve our problem. Jeremy not only fixed the initial problem but took additional steps to insure that the problem was solved. It wasnt and he continued to track the source. Checking the outside drain he immediately recognized the true source of the problem. He worked to unclog the drain pipe which completely solved the problem. He is the best and I will tell anyone with a plumbing problem that Chris Plumbing is the best and Jeremy represent a honest and professional organization.

    Colton and Bailey were very efficient and fixed my sink faucet in a matter of minutes. So much appreciated after a year of enduring poor water pressure. But after a recent tank install to off gas our water, it went from a weak stream to a drizzle. They cleaned trash out of the faucet line so it actually pushes water…! Thank you!

    I had Chris’ Plumbing come out to repair and ultimately replace a bad toilet as well as a broken disposal and not only were they excellent at their craft, gracious enough to explain the intricacies of some things as they were going through it to my wife, but they were fair in discussing alternatives, their suggestions, and why (which I confirmed were easily the best options after doing some research as well). Add to that that their prices were direct and very fair. They were infinitely cheaper than the larger all home repair companies that come fix your sink while explaining to you how you need a new a/c unit and they never tried to sell me on anything.     These guys rock! I called for help because our sink drains were clogged, we couldn’t flush, and smelly liquid was backing up into our tub. Ick! To make matters worse, an elderly relative with dementia had recently come to live with us and was utterly confused by the situation and the need to temporarily use our camping porta-potty. And did I mention it was a few days before Christmas, we had relatives coming to visit, and we were moving into several days of very cold weather? It was a nightmare! Laura from Chris’ Plumbing responded quickly to my call for help and since they were completely booked, she recommended another company. I called them and left a message, and in the meanwhile Laura kept my info in case they had a cancellation. They apparently did and a few hours later I got a call from Jeremy letting me know he was on the way. I also got a text with his photo (brilliant idea to confirm who is at the door!). He and his helper (whose name I missed) arrived promptly, got right to work, and had us up and running in no time. They were friendly, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. When they were done, the bill was a very fair price and much less than I feared. I cannot complain about a single thing and will absolutely use them in the future.

    Within about 10 minutes of showing up, they found the issue I had outside and quickly took care of it -- in the rain. The tech could have left right then and I would have been satisfied but he wanted make sure everything was running correctly inside as well. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. Cole is the technician who helped me. I work from home so I showed him where the toilet needed to go and before I knew it he was finished. I also had a sink that was leaking. I asked him about it and he fixed it while he was here! It was nice to get that done and not need another appointment.     Repaired leaking kitchen sink drain from a cracked/rusted nut attached to the basket and replaced in-line vent. Worked efficiently, explained and showed me what they were doing, and gave me useful info for future maintenance. What I like best is that they DID NOT try to upsell me on stuff I did not need. Reasonably priced work.

    I am extremely pleased with the efficient and courteous way my hot water heater was installed. The proposed 2 1/2 hour job was completed in only 1 1/2 hours. They left the area completely clean and secure, hauled off the old water heater and even arrived about 30 minutes early. You cant get better than that!

    Tech was very knowledgeable and patient. Tackled a impossible job and salvaged everything but a few parts saved me $200 plus dollars in replacement.
