I was referred to Elite by a friend. They came out, gave a bid and started the job the next morning. Complete replacement of cast pipe with PVC under slab. From the tunneling crew to the plumbers everyone was great and answered all questions we had. I would recommend Elite and will use them again if needed.

My hot water had a bad leak, and when I called and spoke with Taylor she understood my urgency and got me scheduled right away! She was so understanding and helpful! Brock picked up my new water heater, and replaced my old one with the new one. They were both so professional and courteous! I highly recommend Elite Plumbing!! They are truly top notch!!

I LOVE Elite Plumbing!! Nicole was very professional and kind when dispatching someone to the house to figure out why I had lost water pressure.Brett came out the next day and was able to detect the issue area immediately. After the city sent their plumber out it was deemed not their issue to repair as the blockage was past the gasket on the house side of the water meter.After all this confusion Nicole and Brett were understanding and patient with me. They asked questions and ensured I got the exact fix I needed and as quickly as possible since Texas summer with little water is really rough.Brett had a full workload today but was still able to fit my repair in. As you can see there was something with plastic and spring that wasnt supposed to be there. My neighbor even came over and asked Brett to take a look at an issue he was having and Brett made the time to go over and take a look.I cannot recommend Elite Plumbing highly enough!! Between Nicoles kind and professional demeanor over the phone and Bretts knowledge and skill in the plumbing trade Elite Plumbing will be my go-to for any future plumbing issues! Call them!

Brock and his helper came out to clear out kitchen line. These are 2 great guys. I didn’t catch the helpers name, but wish I did so I could give him proper credit. These guys were on time, polite and informative all the way through the process. Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do I’m calling Rlite and requesting Brock and his helper.

Brett came out to the house within 2 hours of call.Within minutes, he detected the leak & sent the information to us to file with our insurance.Once approved by insurance, job was done expeditiously & professionally. When Brett ran into a challenge where he had to dig further than originally estimated, he contacted us right away BEFORE he proceeded. Cant say enough great things about this experience. Submitted a request online, received an immediate follow-up. Came out the next day (Saturday) to provide free estimate. Scheduled repair for Monday and was finished in one day. They had to dig 4 down in my front yard to the building sewer to replace a cracked pipe. Price was considerably less than other estimates I received. I also appreciated the fact that they replaced the grass sod from the dig and left my yard spotless.5 Stars-Ask for Larry.

Brett and Elite Plumbing just blew my expectations out of the water. Last night at 11pm our kitchen drain clogged and by 12pm today Brett came out after I contacted First American Home Warranty and he was on time, professional and cleaned up everything. Paid my $75 fee for them and have a working system. He took time and explained there was a simple clog and added that our house had PVC drain pipes to the street and said they looked great. I was very skeptical due to the reviews but, they are not correct. A+++ service guys thank you. I will call you again for my plumbing needs for sure.

Office Manager Nicole is a highly dedicated, customer oriented person. She had to work really hard to get things right with the warranty company involved. I had to communicate with her several times over 4 days and found her to be a pleasure to talk to.Larry and Brody were the technicians who came by and they did an outstanding job of replacing the defective water heater with minimal fuss. They also made sure they removed all the debris before they departed leaving the place spic and span.I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing without any reservations.

Good, no-nonsense company. We needed our water heater replaced. It’s a pretty routine job (same size water heater and also heats water using gas with no code issues or updates needed). Other companies wanted us to pay them close to $100 to come out and provide a quote, so we turned them down. Since it was just a simple water heater swap, Elite worked with us and let us submit photos for them to review, along with information on the existing heater and the new one that we purchased to have installed. They gave us a quote, came out on time, got the work done efficiently, and billed the same amount as the quoted price. The technician also gave us pointers on how to maintain it and keep it running long-term. He seemed to really know his stuff. We tested the hot water, and it’s much better than before with the old water heater. I really appreciate how straightforward everything was and how they worked with us. I would recommend them.

We put in a claim with our home warranty service and were contacted in under 24 hours. The visit was scheduled for next day. The plumber called before he came to the house, listened carefully to my description of my problem, politely asked clarifying questions, and then was on the repairs efficiently. He was patient with me as I was working from home that afternoon and unfortunately he had to wait for me for a quick minute while I handled a work issue before he left after completing the work. He let me know exactly what the root cause of the problem was and what he did to make sure that we would not have issues going forward.I read the other reviews and I believe that there might be some confusion on the business name. Seems that there is more than one Elite Plumbing on google maps. I know which one I will ask for in future.I was extremely impressed with how the problem was addressed from the time to contact through payment.
