    Can it be a pleasure to have a plumber fix a good sized leak at your house? Yes, if you get the right one (plumber, not leak!). Logan from Creech plumbing found the source of a good sized leak, fixed it, left everything clean, did it all in a short time, and was friendly and polite - all at the same time.

    As usual, Creech Plumbing did an excellent job ! Peyton checked all pipes to be sure there was no blockage involving the washing machine, shower, or toilet.     Noticed that our Water Softener Salt hopper was completely dry. Payton came out, tested our water (verified that our system wasn’t softening), diagnosed/performed a service on our system, and explained things simply and patiently. Too many larger companies just want to sell you new equipment (costing thousands) when in reality a clogged line, bad filter, system measurement adjustment, etc is the culprit.     I called Creech and they were at my house within the hour. Payton and Logan did a top notch job fixing my busted pipe inside the wall behind my sink. They were both very professional and didnt seem to mind my kids or dogs getting in their space. They quoted me an acceptable price up front and when during the repair they discovered an additional cracked water pipe, they repaired that too at no extra charge. 10/10 on integrity, punctuality, professionalism, and quality!

    I had a water line burst due to extreme frozen weather of 3 days. 9-12 degrees 3 nights in a row.Our builder did not insulate an exterior wall in the garage that has a water line in it going to an exterior faucet.Creech Plumbing was able to get to me quickly and make the repair.Excellent work.     Payton arrived as expected. He and Gabe examined the toilet as I explained what had happened. He told the steps they would take and the cost. After removing the commode, he showed me what was the problem. Both were very helpful as I asked all kinds of questions. All the tools and equipment were on hand. They worked quickly. Very happy with the results. They even wore cloth shoe coverings over their shoes. Will use Creech again. Thank you for the service.

    I had work done over a year ago on a water heater, and almost forgot the name of the company when I was trying to recommend it to someone, so wanted to post a review. The guys came out and did a fantastic job. My water heater was behind a large well tank so they had to take out several things to get to the actual water heater. Did a great job and their price was very competitive with who we used to use. These are the guys Im going to call for any future plumbing needs at my house.

    Even though they were very busy, they understood my predicament with raw sewage backing up in my tubs and shower, and they sent workers to assess and fix the problem all in one afternoon. I have a grinder pump which was not working so there was quite a bit of manual labor involved just to get to the pump. They did an excellent job and cleaned up my sidewalk and driveway before they left. This company has integrity, and I feel they are honest and fair in their pricing.     Excellent customer service is becoming rare these days but the guys at Creech Plumbing are proof that it still exists.Our home sits in a valley of sorts and requires a sump pump to get sewage up the hill to the level of the main line. The pump stopped working and simultaneously the toilets in both bathrooms stopped working. Uugggh. Thankfully, my husband remembered the name of the nice plumbers who had helped us a few years ago - Creech Plumbing to the rescue! The guys showed up promptly and were very professional and friendly. When they removed the faulty pump, they found it was was still under warranty, so having a new pump deducted from the estimated price was a pleasant surprise. A brand new sump pump was installed and they cleaned up all the yucky gunk in the pump housing. While they were here, the plumbers also fixed the leaky handle and faucet on our bathtub and even helped remove excess lint from our dryer vent. I’m very grateful for their help and HIGHLY recommend this company.

We called Creech and were shocked they were able to get to us so fast. The lady that answered the phone to coordinate the visit was so friendly and helpful. Canyon and Gage arrived arrived right on time and even called to say they were on the way. The team quickly located two leaks and had them repaired in no time.     When the city repaired a gas line in front of our house and cut our gas off until we ‘fixed the leak’, I called Creech Plumbing. They were very busy but made the time to assess our situation that day. The house is almost 150 years old and needed new gas lines everywhere. Creech Plumbing planned the updates in two stages 1) immediate needs 2) as time permits. It was a formidable job! They completed the work to our satisfaction in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Additionally, they are just nice people! I would recommend them for any plumbing work large or small.

    We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasnt resolved over the weekend to call them back, thats what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

    Very professional service call. They were able to come out the very next day and repaired the broken main water line to the house. They were careful while digging around a large tree careful not to damage any main roots. They did a very professional job in repairing the section of damaged line. Recently, they made my day when they were able to correct a problem with the kitchen sink drain line. It involved removing outside brick to get into the wall....a major task. I was amazed and appreciative at how careful they were to preserve the brick, how well they worked together, and the good job of clean up afterward.     WoW!! Creech Plumbing was amazing! When returning from Thanksgiving vacation my wife and I noticed a water puddle forming in front of our garage door, with a hissing sound emanating from outer garage wall. Upon inspection we discovered that we had a water leak in our main water line, which routed underneath our driveway slab. After nearly a week of no running water to our house, since we shut the main water valve, and various plumbing companies delaying or unable to fix the problem, our neighbors recommend Creech Plumbing to us.
