Nick and Jeremy came to give us a quote. Upon their arrival they were super personable. After checking things out I could tell they knew what they were doing. They offered lots of options and were very patient with me while explaining. Nick also followed up a couple days later when I said we would have our decision. He then helped us get online to finalize our choice. We were very pleased and have decided to use Ward plumbing to replace our hot water heater! Thanks Nick and Jeremy.Update: Nick came today to replace the water heater! He had been here before so it was easy to just open the door and set him and his coworker to work! Boy did they deliver! After a just a few short hours later (for me, Im sure not them) they were finished and giving me the run down on my new appliance. Couldnt be happier with the personality and service of these fellas and all seems well! Thanks again. :)

I chose Ward Plumbing after reading customer reviews and checking their rating with the Better Business Bureau. Setting up a non-emergency service call through their website was very easy and an appointment was available in just a few days. The team (Thomas & Jake) was punctual, cordial and respectful. A detailed quote was provided up-front. All questions and concerns were addressed before they left. Would recommend.

Joel did an amazing job on the assessment I needed, putting together my options to choose from, and helping me understand the chairman l challenges in my 3 yr or new home. He did the work he promised, and left me with steps to getting everything 100% completed, to my ultimate goals, when Im ready for phase two.Gordon assisted him and I was really impressed by his work and final touches as well... the cat in the hat cleanup as they departed is very much appreciated and oftentimes missed by home service professionals.

Andrew, Jeremy, and Andy were all 3 excellent. They got our sewer line replaced and installed a cutout for us quickly. Super friendly and even interacted great with our kids. Our kids were excited to see them when they came the next day to finish filling in the hole. Excellent employees and will definitely be using Ward again in the future.

I could not have better things to say about Ward! I had a burst water pipe, and was quoted $1200 for a “temporary fix” from another 5 star company, which seemed steep for the size of the repair, so I wanted a second opinion. Ward was able to come out the next morning to take a look at 8am on the dot (of the 8am-12pm window I was given) and said they could fix it for $300. Will E was done in under an hour, and said the repair was guaranteed for one year. Will was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, and trustworthy. I will only be using Ward for my future plumbing & HVAC needs!

I have nothing but good things to say about my service. After my water bill had more than doubled, the city told me I had a leak and needed to get it fixed. I called a few plumbers who came to the house but none were able to fix it right away. Since each day that passed meant a higher water bill, time was of the essence. From the time I made the appointment I was treated in a professional manner. I mentioned that my crawl space was small and they sent someone out who could fit through the opening. When Thomas Kays arrived he was very courteous and respectful. He was upfront with me about the work that had to be done and the cost. I ended up being pleasantly surprised that he was able to fix it in a few hours at a price significantly lower than the competition. I definitely will use Ward Plumbing & Heating for my future plumbing needs.

After he had studied our system he sat down with us and went over everything that he was going to do. Explained the estimate and our choices. They were thorough in explaining the problems, and what could and could not be done.We had a follow up visit from Joel and his team to replace and upgrade most of the plumbing in our house. We thought he was awesome. He really worked and got a little creative to minimize the number of holes that had to be patched up by a drywall repairman.Another excellent visit from Joel. Steve S. Big Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Steve identified my issue on the first visit relatively quick, and advised me of the steps that would be needed to repair my system. Despite Mother Nature throwing a few curve balls with pouring rain, Steve was able to order the parts needed, and repair my heat pump in a timely manner. I recommend Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air to anyone with an issue or needing a repair and or new HVAC system in their home or office. Tony and his apprentice were late arriving because of an emergency at another residence earlier in the day. He brought the replacement hose for my faucet sink, but it proved trickier to remove than Tony expected. Both of those missteps might have thrown Tony off balance, but he persevered and got the job done. And he didn’t take shortcuts. The sign of a good technician is someone who gets the job done even when ‘life happens.’ Through it all, Tony didn’t lose his composure or good humor.

Ward always does a thorough job. Thomas my technician spent a good amount of time investigating a water pressure problem as well as explaining everything he saw/found. Despite a well pump companys findings the day before that it was a plumbing problem in the house, Thomas was confident enough in his knowledge to tell me he thought it was a well tank problem not a plumbing problem in the house. Sure enough.... well pump company brought back and it was a tank problem! Arrived on time. Great communication. A++++

Elijah did a terrific job with installing our hot water heater in a really tight spot. Jake was there working with him and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and may have had a little bit of plumber magic. I don’t know how they got that hot water heater in there, but I’m grateful that they did. I would highly recommend them. Elijah also created a game plan for installing a filter and redesigned the piping system for easier maintenance. Unfortunately, Elijah was sick the day of the installation, but Ward sent Anthony out instead. Anthony took the plan and did a great job on the installation of the filter and redesigned system. All were helpful, respectful and explained everything so we can maintain our unique old house.

Excellent experience with Ward Plumbing and Heat. Jeremy Cody was the comfort advisor who inspected the system and gave me multiple options to choose from. I had previously received a quote from a competing company, and was not given a lot of options. I selected Ward plumbing and heat based on my interactions with Jeremy and the fact that they had a huge number of positive reviews.Dave was the team lead for installation. They arrived on time and I was given a call when they ran into a small problem. We quickly resolved the problem and the old furnace was removed, humidifier removed, and the new system installed. I was surprised how fast the whole installation was completed.Dave then called me and walked me through the remote set up so that I could access the heat and AC system remotely.It was a very quick and efficient installation and I’m extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

I had to seek out a new plumber for our home. I’m a researcher when it comes to things for our home because we respect and love our home. Thankfully my research was short. Ward’s website was professionally presented. I began a text as instructed and I could tell that I wasn’t communicating with a robot. Questions were asked by both parties and each responded timely. An appt was made to our convenience to address a concern with our hot water heater. Andrew and Red arrived, we all introduced ourselves and they went to work. After their diagnosis was given I was extended options….which I love. I went with the more aggressive option since it’s a 5 1/2 year old water heater. Plus, I like taking the preventive approach. After I approved, they got busy draining and replacing both elements and thermostat. Small talk was made while they were working. Red even accepted my offer of a cup of coffee on this cold Saturday morning. Can’t thank Red and Andrew enough. They were clean and extended the utmost professionalism. Respectful of our home!! I know I paid more…..but I’m in the service industry also. I don’t mind paying as long as I get what I pay for. And we got that!! Great job for our first service experience with Ward’s.

This is a bit premature, because the company hasnt actually done the job Ive called in for, and so I will likely update this after their work is done.I called in initially to have my Air Return moved. We have mold around our unit from a water leak caused by our washer a few years ago, and when we began a remodel of our mudroom, we found it. I called around for a company to come help with moving our Air Return, and so when I called Ward and specifically asked if they could move the unit at the time of their initial assessment, I was told, Our techs are stocked with enough materials to handle most jobs. This led me to believe we could get it done same-day. However, when the technician arrived, he told us that the move would be handled by another team.This review in no means is a reflection on the technician. He was great, professional and kind, but it does reflect a communication issue in the company. On the other hand, they were very willing to offer me payment options that will help me keep the cost of their initial assessment and inspection down. I am looking forward to using the company for service, and so I will withhold my review of their service for my issue until later, but I do wish they were a bit more open with me, especially since I spelled out exactly what I needed done and will not see it through today.

George was so knowledgeable and accommodating. I had several things come up throughout the installation and I felt very comfortable and leaving them at my home to continue their work. They stayed very late on the second evening to finish the job and even were packed up ready to leave when I asked them about a device I had in my old unit that they thought was older and I wouldnt want it, but I told him I did so they went out to their truck rifled through the old unit and found the dust particle control unit and came back in and installed it for me, and it was dark, cold and rainy... No complaints about anything from George. I would recommend Ward and George for any any insulation requirements I might have in the future with different homes. Thanks so much, George!!Joe was great!
