These guys are awesome especially in a world of bad contractors. I had a back up and my garbage disposal quit working. I contacted them on a Sunday, they came next day and were in and out in 5 minutes fixing it. Because it was a simple fix it was a simple cost. I will definitely call them again next time. They were very big on not costing me money that isnt needed which was awesome.

Honest,friendly, and helpful. I had a low water pressure issue at my property and they came out to look into it. They helped me determine it was due to the water supplier in my area.He spent 30 mins at my property and would not except any money since he did not feel like he did enough work to justify billing me. I tried to pressure him into charging me at least a service call for his help and time. He would not accept and just said pay the kindness forward in the future. I highly appreciate that level of honesty and kindness.I have also used them a few times in the past years back with fair pricing and good results. Highly recommend them,plus the name is hilarious!

Had a back up and main sump pump installed on a newly purchased home. Jody was responsive, on time, and affordable. He also gave me some recommendations for other local house trade professionals and will not push work that doesn’t need to be done just for the sake of making him extra money. Definitely happy I’ve found a trusted professional in the area already! :)

Highly recommend! We had a prior plumber who attempted twice to fix our plumbing issues, Plumb Crazy came out and in less than an hour had both our issues resolved and even saved us hundreds of dollars finding another solution for one of our plumbing issues wed been dealing with for over a year... They were professional and great to work with.

I have used Plumb Crazy for two issues in the past month. The customer service and work that were provided were top notch. Bob came out for my first issue. Bob arrived shortly after I called and fixed my issue very quickly. Jody came out for my second issue. Again the response time was the fastest Ive ever seen. Jody found and fixed my issue in 45 minutes. The prices are great and the service is outstanding. The only plumbing service I will ever use.

These gentlemen were life savers. We just moved in to our home and everything was going smoothly until 4 days in the toilet wouldn’t flush. After ruling out septic, these guys came out same day (one bathroom home) and cleaned out the drain to the septic in no time for a very reasonable price. I cannot express my appreciation enough. Very friendly and professional. They saved the day!

I have used Plumb Crazy twice in the past few months and Jody (the owner) is fantastic. I had several toilets repaired, a water shut off valve replaced, a hose bib replaced, and a new sump pump installed. Jody does high quality work at a reasonable price and I highly recommend him.

We lost our well water on a Saturday afternoon and Jerry responded and diagnosed our problem to a failed well pump. It being late in the day, he was unable to procure a pump that night, but he was able to get us a pump on Easter day. He came out and installed it on Easter and got us back up and running. We are so grateful for such a great company and wonderful technicians such as Jerry.

Rick came out late at night, and had the unit replaced and the water back up and running in about an hour. I will DEFINITELY keep these guys in mind next time I need something done.

I recently called Plumb Crazy to take care of a unidentified leak somewhere near my water heater. Although they were extremely busy due to recent floods, they managed to stop out that afternoon to fix my problem. I couldnt have been more pleased with how Bob handled this situation. He made some recommendations that he thought would take care of this problem as well as disconnecting plumbing connected to an old water softener that hadnt been used for years. As it turned out, we discovered this to be the culprit to my water leakage. Bob was very professional, quickly assessed the situation & very reasonably priced. I would recommend Plum Crazy, Bob & owner Jody for all my plumbing needs in the future. Well done & thank you!
