Outstanding company! Highly competent professionals and very kind people- Brandon and Katie were very attentive to an emergency situation with our ejector pump that required a very strange/special order and got us taken care of before the holidays on short notice. Austin and Jason, the other plumbers who helped get us diagnosed and fixed, were very nice and professional. We will for sure use them anytime we have plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

This company is the best of the best! After a horrible experience with a franchise company, I reached out to Deaton and Im so glad I did. They treated me kindly, didnt use scare tactics and took what I thought was a crisis and made it a manageable fix. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my old clay pipes free of roots and helped me understand a maintenance plan moving forward. And to top it all off, they charged a fair and reasonable price for their services. Im so grateful to know that there are still honest businesses who genuinely want to help people.

Absolut excellence in customer service! Our well pump went out with the pressure gauge, and we had no water for our animals or us at our farm. They were able to make it the same day. After that, our 20-year-old water softener broke the next day, and again, there was no water. The same day, they replaced so we had water on our farm. Indeed the best customer service I have ever had for a service provider. As a small business owner myself, they truly out did themselves!

What a great experience! From the time I called to make the appointment I could tell these guys really care about their customers. Once Gaelon arrived, he was extremely polite, friendly and receptive to my long (and winded) story. Then, he took the time to explain me his plan of action. After each stage was completed he would let me know what he was going to do next. He did not stop until my problem was resolved.I would 100% recommend these guys. WOW!!!!! My husband and I were so anxious and nervous due to two pipe leaks (including the main shut off) into our basement which was causing flooding. We went through our home warranty and they wanted to send someone out under emergency & they could come for weeks ahead. Brandon at Deaton plumbing told us he would be at our house at 12:00 and was here & fixed the problem for us. You can tell he cares about what he’s doing and takes great pride in his work. This company will take care of you. My wife and I have had them out several times. The first time they came out was for a pretty serious emergency with our sewer line. June ‘23 - We had more work done by Deaton and once again they exceeded expectations. The technician takes pride in what he does and it makes difference. Highly recommend Deaton.Outstanding. Brandon and his crew did an outstanding job with our water heater replacement, toilet replacement, faucet replacement, pressure regulator and tightening up a shower handle. They did all that in less than 4 hours and the workmanship is again, outstanding. The prices were extremely reasonable, I couldnt be more satisfied. Theyre professional, on-time, cleaned up great and just an outstanding company - from the office manager Katie to Brandon to the crew. Exceeded my expectations and gained a long time customer.

We are so thankful we called Deaton Plumbing this morning. Brandon and Katie were extremely quick to respond when I told them we were without water and concerned our well pump may have went out. Brandon came to our home within an hour of calling, diagnosed our problem within 2 minutes and saved us thousands of dollars. Turns out it was just a problem with a switch and not a faulty well pump like we were originally told by another plumber. We will definitely be repeat customers for life and are so thankful we found an honest and local company!

Deaton Plumbing Company came to me on a recommendation from a friend and I am so thankful they were.Talk about above and beyond!! Nick was so great, just unbelievably awesome and I think he may actually be a Saint!My clog became a nightmare of epic proportions. I bought my house about 3 years ago and the poor houses pipes were not treated kindly. (Poor House, most of it was not treated kindly I am finding out as I go along trying to fix things).This went from a clog, to a clog that Nick couldnt get through with conventional measures, then having to go down the line and cut into the basement ceilings to try to find said clog and the only option of cutting the pipe, removing more grease than a Wendys Restaurant would ever dream of having (and poor Nick, it was so bad, so, so bad, such a mess he had to deal with, thus the Sainthood comment above) to having to removed Several feet of pipe and replacing it. Nick Never, Ever gave up. He was determined, Im not sure if anyone else would have stuck to it as hard as he did!After all that & putting the sink back together, running water into it AND IT WAS STILL CLOGGED. We were both Shocked, our eyes were as big a saucers, just unbelievable. Poor Nick - this had been all day he worked to resolve this. He said he could try running through it again with conventional tools to see if it was small enough to clear now that the rest of the line was cleared but if that didnt work we would have to go into the wall behind the sink.Again, Thank the good Lord he never gave up. IT WORKED! The rest of the line was clear enough to get through what was left right behind and just below the sink inside the pipe in the wall.Not only was Nick the best, but the office/owner came to the plate and worked with me on the cost of it all, you know how much professional Plumber and Electrician cost per hour right? - This Was All Day and I was in panic mode on how I was going to pay for all this. They were very understanding of my situation having been left with a previous owners somewhat neglected pipes and that the situation had turned into far more than anyone thought it would! They helped me get through this, all of them!Deaton Plumbing Company, LLC will be handling ALL my future plumbing needs! Again, just bought this house about 3 going on 4 years ago and have been fixing as much as I can as fast as I can, from leaking windows with rotted wood, leaking doors that cause rotting in the flooring around the doors (I knew it was bad when I replaced them but I didnt know how bad until they were being replaced - this seems to be a thing for this poor house) to having to dig drainage ditches because of standing water not draining properly to close to the house. Plumbing was next on the list so there is more to come. I love this house, I am slowly fixing as much as I can and I am just waiting for it to start loving me back!! LOL Heres hoping!

Problem solving and getting to the actual cause of things in the simplest and most inexpensive ways have impressed us. Other contractors recommended complete overhauls, but Deaton Plumbing listens, does good quick work and will get you ship shape in no time! After three calls in our older home, we will never work with anyone else!

(pleasant to talk too) Quickly after I called, she communitcate with her team and then confirm back that they can make time to replace my water heater. Brandon and Zach are professional and very patient with all my questions. They are very careful with my carpet and wooden floor and kept it clean. (Its definitely not easy to do with an dead 80Gallon water tank). The work is beautifully done! With Katie, Brandon and Zachs team work and flawless communication , my new water heater is up and runnig after few hours I called. Theyve saved my family from cold showers. I have never used this company, but I called for some information, after feeling frustrated by a company that had been recommended to us. I was interested in switching, but midway through a repair is hard to do. I reached out to Deaton Plumbing and Katie answered. She was kind and professional from the get go. She could have heard we were with another company and decided not to waste her time, but she was so sweet and did everything she could to help me with information. She gave me their pricing, so I could compare what we were being charged. This was my issue(I will write a review about the company we did use and got stuck with) we needed a plumber for a house gas pressure check. This plumber needed to be on the city of Daytons approved list. Katie helped me by just explaining how they charge and that they give prices up front. She said they bid a job and that would be everything. I spoke with her on three separate occasions. This woman remained so kind and helpful. She looked up and found two jobs Deaton Plumbing had completed that gave us a way to price compare. She even spoke with Brandon Deaton to help me know what he had done on jobs. I was able to navigate my current bad situation so much better with her information. She did not have to help by talking with me, because they made no money off of me. I plan to use this company in the future when plumbing needs arise. The prices she quoted me on our project were $1000 cheaper than the company we were using!After our job was completed, I called Katie to let her know how it all turned out. I got a voicemail this time. I just left a message. About an hour later, I got a call from someone at Deaton Plumbing to see, if I had any needs, because the guy on the phone noted a call was missed!! I explained I had left a message for Katie, but praised how excellent Deaton Plumbing customer service was. He said,We strive for five stars. I told him I would give them 6 or 7 stars of possible.I highly recommend using this company. I will be using them, too. In the world today, who takes time to talk to you and help you when they dont have to or they are not making money off of you. I was a waste of Katies time, but she did not see it that way. We just had Deaton Plumbing install a tankless water heater to replace our old 75 gallon water heater. I wasnt sure if a tankless would provide hot water fast enough but Deaton did an amazing job adding a recirculation loop to our master bathroom. What used to take 45 sec to a minute to get hot water to our tub and shower now literally takes less than 15 seconds. I wish we had replaced it sooner. Deaton really knows tankless systems and I highly recommend them for any plumbing job.
