MMI communicated every step of the way, showed up, accommodated our timeline when scheduling, and were incredibly kind and professional at every step. Ernie and his crew came to my house after 3 other plumbers couldnt find a leak after an ice storm. They came out almost right away. Gave me a quote and showed up the next day to repair everything. He explained everything to me and got right to work. Finished by 4 that day. When I came home, after a week without water, everything was done and cleaned up. They even put straw down where they dug. I am so appreciative to the whole crew. Definitely recommend MMI Plumbing. Thank you gentlemen

Edit to say THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!! We ended up needing help with plumbing and our first thought was call Ernie. Thanks guys for coming out quickly and fixing our issues. I really cant say enough good things about MMI!!!Thank goodness for this great company! We had just closed on our house, night two of living in the home we experienced the worse plumbing issues ever! We had another company come out and pump the septic tank and was told we had a baffle that was sitting in the bottom of the septic tank. We called MMI to see if they could make the repair. That night we had sewage back up into the house, called MMI the next day and they were came out quickly. The issue was completely fixed the very next day! We appreciate their professionalism, quick response, and fixing our issue. We would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will use them again if need be.

Called MMI and arrived in a timely manner. Ernie was able to detect a collapsed main sewer line in my yard within 15 minutes. Had an emergency work permit approved by the city the same day and was able to excavate and repair the plumbing the next. He went as far as to contact the city and was able to tell me that the entire sub division I lived in was not built to code, which he did not have to do but felt it was necessary to tell us. Ernie and his crew were very patient, professional and quick! Definitely recommend to anyone needing work and repairs!

I live outside their coverage area near Stoutland and they were very nice and still came out the next day to give me an estimate. I needed my gravel driveway grated and resurfaced.Once we accepted their very reasonable bid, work started the very next day. They did a wonderful job and went beyond my expectations and even cleaned my ditches out.Communication was very friendly and I didnt have to wait long at all for our emailed estimate. I would highly recomend Mmi and plan to use their services again the next time my driveway needs repair.

I’m very happy with the services I received. It started 4 months ago with a line that was clogged. They responded quickly came out and was able to get water flowing. 3 months goes by and the issue happens again. They informed me something had to be going on so they jetted the line and informed me that years of grease had been built up in the line. (I’ve only had the house 1 year) After jetting, they cam’d the line and saw that it had collapsed in my basement (due to years of prior abuse and lack of maintenance). A week later (today) they showed up and did a phenomenal job. I was informed of what was happening every step of the way. They were able to get everything cut out, and replace the line without any damage to my finished basement. They were very professional, friendly, and completed the job at a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with the services I was offered in a bad situation. I highly recommend MMI for your plumbing needs.

They came on time and were very helpful in finding out why my sewer was backed up.They tried different things to get it unclogged and finally were able to get it done. I had roots growing in the line. I was so impressed by the way they explained every process and answered all my questions. They will be my forever Plummer. They are just good ole boys doing good work with reasonable prices. They came in the middle of this winter storm and save the day.

These gentlemen were fantastic. I called them because all the toilets in our new house had stopped working. Even though they were supposed to be gone for the week, he immediately came out to help us. Ended up having to dig up pipes in the backyard to fix the problem. He got it fixed the very next day, even with having to coordinate with the utility people to flag lines. I was very impressed and grateful for their help.

There was an issue on my parents property with their ancient sewage line and I was calling from out of state for quotes. Earnie was understanding and offered to go out same day to see what we were dealing with. I initially planned to gather a few quotes but when speaking to my Dad he said, “Don’t bother, I like this guy and trust him”. Within the week supplies were ordered, new lines and tank installed. Beyond impressed with how patient, understanding and professional these guys were. They completed the job quickly and were thorough—even came back a few days later to ensure everything settled properly. Happy to know I have a hometown company we trust and can rely on.

Wow where do I start…There is not enough words to describe how great this company has been. We didn’t even get to be in our home for a few hours before we experienced a huge emergency upon looking at what was going on found out that our lines have collapsed underneath our patio and been over grown with roots. We just bought it and just moved in. We were in dire straits as this is the only place we have to live. MMI came out and had us back into our home in less than 12 hrs ending the nightmare. I had a huge plumbing mess in a house I just bought and he was there quickly and was able to fix the sump pump and the pipes and excavated the pipes outside to get rid of the roots. He had to come back later to fix some other pipes that were messed up by the old owner of my house. In all he had to come about three times to fix the messes other people had made. He is always happy and positive which helps a great deal when your in the middle of a mess and he is going to help.
