I had a leak that I thought was close to my side of the water meter. They came out today, 12/23 and spent the better part of all day tracing where this leak was. The technician, Guy, found the source of the leak and he was able to fix the problem even better than before.This company will come out, assess the problem and tell you up front what itll cost. Im very happy with what I paid and am very satisfied with the work! I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.Thank you!!

Very impressed with the integrity of these guys! I thought I had a plumbing issue & it was a simple plug that had not been removed when my garbage disposal was installed. Where someone else could have seen an opportunity to run up a bill & make up some things, they were very honest & pointed out the problem immediately! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

Mr rooter of waxahachie in particular Chris was amazing, had an emergency issue with a copper pipe leaking coming up out of the slab corroded and bent to hell 3 ways from Sunday. Chris came out at Midnight on Thursday night and had it fixed relatively quickly and inexpensively, and switched over to pex. Thanks Chris you guys have a customer for life. Great job, great customer service 5 stars.

Eric and Chris did a great job and were very professional. Chris showed up on a urgent Friday call within 2 hours.. Initially it was a plugged main line through under the house ,whic h had resulted in a seperation and blockage of all lines due to the separation and blockage and toilet paper.. Had a crew excavate under the foundation to further identify the problem. Piping from the upstairs and front bathroom had to be dug out and identify another problem. Both worked all day on a Saturday to fix and reroute the piping and finished the repair of the main line. They are very knowledgeable and had cameras to very the nature of the damage and repair and fix the entire system. After all piping was repaired they used a jet system to ensure all the lines were clean.The excavation crews were very professional and did a great job.Eric and Chris are very knowlegeable and had the experience to complete the project.. They have sophisticated equipment including cameras which show you exactly what your problem is.

Just want to thank Mr. Rooter of waxahachie , Eric and Chris came to my house today to run a camera inspection because we were getting a bad smell in our master bathroom, they quickly run the camera and found the sewer pipe was causing the bad smell 🤢 they were so professional on explaining what we needed to do to fixed and even help open a claim with my insurance company witch i didnt know my insurance will cover the repairs and cant say enough about this company they really care p.s. they will started the job on Monday thanks again for your wonderful help, we finally found a great plumbing company

I would like to thank Mr Rooter WaxahachieI had an emergency at one of our rental properties in Midlothian there was a major clog in the sewer and the tenants were getting sewage inside the home.I called Mr Rooter out and they were there within the hour. They promptly fixed the problem and ran a camera to ensure it wasnt a bigger issue!They even helped my tenants with some cleaning up when they were done!Cant say enough about this company and there awesome team!

Beyond thankful for the work I had done today by Mr Rooter. DO NOT get them confused with Roto Rooter. Roto Rooter quoted me more than double of what I paid with Mr Rooter. They even tried to start working BEFORE I confirmed the job. Mr.Rooter was on time, professional, and showed me the quote to confirm I was good with the price. I highly recommend and will call them 1st when I need work done.
