    Response, knowledge, integrity, ability, kindness. 5 stars the owner let his guys off a week during the holidays. He ran our call himself to help us. DAZ repaired our 2 toilets and diagnosed our shower problem (no pressure & hot water) installed new shower head and hand wand. Had not been without a shower since Vietnam, and so pleased to have it working. Need a plumber call DAZ without hesitation or reservation.

    I had two wonderful gentleman come out to my house to fix a plumbing problem that had been worked on (and botched) previously by a different company. Not only were they on time and very professional, but they walked us through the entire process and kept us involved through the whole thing.     We had a list of plumbing repairs that needed to be done. The plumbers were professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Once the repairs were done, there were some adjustments that needed to be done and they returned promptly and made the necessary adjustments. I had received a phone call and was told that an error had been made when I was charged and I refund would be mailed to me. I appreciated their honesty! They stand behind the work they do, repaired everything on our list and were honest. We will be calling them again!

    There was a severe leak under my driveway. Extensive digging had to be done underneath the driveway as well as part of my lawn. The main water had to be shut off to the house avoid further leaking. Daz Plumbing did an amazing job! From understanding my urgency at my home, to following up and even adjusting THEIR schedule to adhere to my issues sooner than later. I was BEYOND impressed with not only the service, but also how they put my yard back together. Its hard to find people and businesses who truly care and follow through.     Charles, the plumber arrived promptly as scheduled. He assessed the issue and told us what was needed. The work required removal of a small section of drywall. He made a very clean cut and replaced the faucet. After the repair was completed, he waited to make sure there were no other problems. He was very respectful of me and my wife. I will use DAZ Plumbing for any future needs.

    I needed to get the guts of my toilet tank replaced. Since I had a very old toilet it was going to take quite a bit of labor and cost quite a bit as well. My technician recommended a new toilet would cost about the same so I chose that option. They came out within 40 minutes of me calling, and within two hours I had a brand new toilet. Work was very professional and I very much enjoyed my technician.I would very much recommend Daz plumbing.

    I needed a water heater ASAP. Dee (owner) at DAZ plumbing called me directly after a brief conversation was able to make an appointment for the same day! He showed up on time and had all the required parts to install my water heater. His price was the best I’d seen. His helper was also very professional and friendly. Great company y’all.     I woke up to a flooded front yard and water going down the street. Immediately contacted the City Water Department to find out it was in my end. I looked online to find a local, reputable company that specializes in plumbing. DAZ Plumbing had great reviews so I called them up. Technician that arrived was knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole process. It wasn’t until the end of the job, that he started and finished on site, did I realize that my technician was the owner himself!!! That says a lot about his character to still get out in the trenches and work, when his staff has a backlog of work. Thank you Mr. Dee for your hard work and great pricing.     Great service from Daz Plumbing today! I called for an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant! I was scheduled for Wednesday then she called and said something came available today! The tech Charles and the coworker were very friendly and courteous! Had their masks on as they arrived to the front door! They communicated well through the process and let my wife and I know what causes the issues and even how to prevent. You don’t find to many companies that have great customer service from beginning to end! I am the Area Manager of a huge Restaurant chain and I know customer service when I see it. I highly recommend Daz Plumbing! I will always use them for my home and I will be communicating with my Company to keep them in mind if we need a Plumbing Services for our Restaurants.     I couldnt find anyone 2 days before Christmas to come out and conduct a pressure test on the meter to ensure their wasnt a gas leak until I called DAZ Plumbing! He was very professional and prompt and explained the entire process! He was also more affordable than the other 6 I called before him that serviced Ellis county! I would recommend him to anyone!

    Mr. Dee was very prompt and professional. They located our leak and were able to fix it in the same day. We also appreciated how they cleaned up after they were done with the job.We had received a “quote” from a different plumber that our home warranty had sent out. Daz plumbing was more thorough than that company, and also had a better quote to fix the problem, including some preventative measure with the valve that was next to the leak.     Although for my issue, there was a simple fix, the professionalism of Mr Dee was impressive.     Had a water heater leaking a lot and my hallway rug was sopping wet. I called DAZ and a plumber was called off his job and was here in about 10 minutes. Getting the 80 gallon one out was a huge difficult job, but it got done and a new one was installed by the end of the day. I highly recommend this company. They really came through in my emergency.

    Daz Plumbing is the best! After calling a local plumber who never returned our call as of yet and going on two days. And then having another one want to dig a tunnel under our foundation when you could clearly see the leak in our wall, to the tune of almost $3,000!!!     We had DAZ Plumbing do extensive plumbing work on our 100 year old house. Their first point of contact, Lee Ann, was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to take a personal interest in our plumbing needs. The plumber that came out, Keenan, was professional, respective and friendly, which is rare these days. He explained what we needed to have done, gave us a price, and estimated the time needed to do the job.     Very friendly and professional. From the initial phone call I knew they were professionals. The person who answered the phone knew what to ask and knew her job well. The technician was on time. To top it off they call when the tech is in route.He was good at his job and a great personality. The price was appropriate for the level of service I received. They are not the cheapest but I gladly got what I paid for.I plan to have them do yearly maintenance on my plumbing.I decided to him them in come back in a couple of weeks.     After calling another plumber on Monday about a slab leak and being told he couldn’t come out till Thursday, I decided to try Daz from a recommendation on the nextdoor app. Within an hour Mr. Dee had 2 guys at my house. They were very knowledgeable but didn’t want to take a chance because of where the leak was and the situation around it so they called Mr.Dee for a second opinion on how it should be handled the best way. He not only came out but contacted my insurance who had told me it wasn’t covered and explained everything so that they decided yes I do have a claim. They were very pleasant to deal with and explained everything so that I understood and why it was the best way which happened to be cheaper too. Will definitely make Mr. Dee the only number I call from now on!

    Very happy about the service Mr. Dee and his colleague provided. They replaced my water heater for a reasonable price and even repaired my toilet for free. They also educated me how to maintain the device so the heated water will be clean. I used them a month later for a clogged sink and couldnt find anyone who can beat their price.     We called the first time because we had a burst pipe in the kitchen. These guys responded quickly and fixed the problem immediately.     I called on Saturday and Mr D. answered, I told him my issue and he mentioned that he may not be able to get anyone out due to fact of the time I called.     Had an emergency to try and find a plumber to come out and fix broken water faucet outside my daughters home. I contacted Daz Plumbing and boy was I glad I did. When they got here they were so polite and professional and immediately attended to the issue on hand.     Called Daz plumbing for sewer backup and they were out within the hour. Now, no one ever wants to call a plumber, but when you do you need Daz Plumbing.     Would recommend this place. We found a leak after 5 pm Friday night and they were out to fix it Saturday morning by 8 am. The service man was great and very personable. He obviously knew what he was doing and made sure the repair was leak free before he left.     Havent needed a plumber since I moved to Waxahachie, so what to do at midnight on Friday night when I had an emergency? Found DAZ PLUMBING online, the reviews were good, available 24 hours, so I called. Mr D was unable to send someone to help me, but he talked me through what I could do to avert the immediate crisis. He stayed on the phone with me while I followed his directions. He was very patient and seemed oblivious to the fact that it was so late! He called me promptly the next morning and csme over to address the problem and advise me what was needed. Mr D was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous at all times.     This happened the week of the winter storm in Texas. They couldn’t come the day I called but they put me on their schedule for Saturday. They called me on Thursday though to see if they could come since the roads were a bit more drivable. I was so appreciative and excited. I think that type of customer service is above and beyond. I heard water running on Saturday morning and after I called DAZ, they came out that day and diagnosed the problem which was a leak in the hot water line in my foundation.     Wow! A 10-STAR Review!When you REALLY need help ... call these guys! Beyond the politeness, the professionalism and courtesy ... we woke to a flooding house, couldnt understand what was happening but no one could see us. We called Daz Plumbing but instead of scheduling us like everyone else, the manager instantly said, Oh! That sounds like an emergency! and got Dee to us quickly. He, then, called in a mitigation team to come in to stop the spread of water damage and DAZ identified how it all happen -- roofers hit a nail into waterline. They literally save thousands of dollars of structural damage, furniture and more. Cannot say enough about this company and its employees. I wish there was a 10 star option!

    My family and I have been in our new home for week now, and discovered some water stains from the upstairs bathroom that weren’t present during inspection and walkthrough. We google searched and came across DAZ plumbing. Our appointment was started with a call from dispatch giving the heads up the plumber tech would arrive in about 10 mins. Less than 10 mins later Mr Keelan arrived polite, aware of of concerning areas and ready to work. I should him the areas of concern. As he assessed the areas he informed and educated to me in laymen’s term what was happening and how they could be resolved if necessary. He provided options of plans of action, again in term I could understand. He discovered another stain I never noticed and explained that one was a little more severe than the one i had noticed, and selected the more severe stain to began the leak detection. He informed and educated me that there were actually no leaking pipes but through more incestigation the fill valve was badly corroded causing the upstairs toilet to run continuously and possibly overflow causing the water stains. The second part of his labor was determining why our downstairs half bath provided no hot water. mr Keelan discovered the was no hot water line to the half bath but two cold water lines somehow for whatever reason. Mr Keelan was able to provide a hot water line to the half bath with his plumbers knowledge. All of Mr Keelan’s labor was executed professionally and quickly enough while being courteous, kind and working around my two year old son who wanted to stand over and be his supervisor for the day. Quality, straight to the point and informative service. Now, DAZ Plumbing (pun intended) Thank you Me Keelan and DAZ Plumbing. If we need any plumbing services in the future we know who to call.

    Daz Plumbing & Location saved us from destruction. We had another company do some work for us and completed it, but a 2nd issue occurred. We called them back out to assess it but they stalled in returning to complete the 2nd occurrence and to make us whole. My sister sought out for another reputable plumber and found Daz Plumbing & Location overnight. Daz and his team came out the following day with an assessment of how, when, where and what needed to be done. I met Daz and his team on the day of work. They were courteous, timely and ever-ready. I ran out for some Saturday errands, and when I returned hours later they were completing the job and even repaired another issue while on sight. Daz Plumbing and Location made a permanent mark at our home. We will definitely use them again (but we hope not soon...lol) We have already referred him to others.     Received a $200 water bill which is 4 times what we useally pay. Called up DAZ and got Charles who verified the leak. Dee came out and found the leak under our foundation. Discussed with me the extent of the job and gave honest upfront pricing for the worst case scenario. He then dug down to see if he could access the area and possibly save me some money. Possibly not the worst case, But it was. My water line was incased in concrete. And had to be chipped away. Crew came in at 9:00 the next day and dug a tunnel under the house. we had water pressure back to the house by 2:00. With all the additional work needed done, the estimate remained exactly as promised. everything was handled professionally and very courteous to the fact that my wife and 1 year old son was just behind the wall where they were working. The things I hold important for a contractor, complete strangers to come to my house and perform work and they met all my expectations.

    My service call was on 04/27/2020, the service I received was top of the line! Daz Plumbing has set the bar for top notch customer service and satisfaction! I was given a timeframe they were due to be onsite and they met that window and wasted no time getting on the job. My mother always tell me you get what you pay for. For the Exceptional work this service provides, you know its well worth the price and your piggy bank does not suffer. My technician Keelan was an AMAZING joy to have in my home as well as all the other crew that showed up. Keelan was the most respectful, mannerable, kind, pleasant, informative, hard working employee I have seen in quite sometime. This young man Never took a break, he literally worked until the job was done(not once did he complain or show frustration). When he made an error, he took the time to tell me what happened, why it happened(it was on his part and get this....apologized for his mistake!     I had several large water leaks on PVC lines that needed urgent repair. I had tried using another plumbing company, and after one week, they had not solved my problems. I decided to try DAZ Plumbing and Locating. Owner took an after hours call, and said he would get me on schedule in the morning. After my bad experiences with other companies, I was not expecting what happened next. One of their lead techs, Charles, called me to inform me he was on his way. He arrived on time, and quickly got to work, and assessed what needed to be done, and came up with a game plan. We had four leaks, and he prioritized the leaks, and got to work. He kept me informed of his teams progress, and spoke with tenants to keep them informed of when and how long water needed to be shut off. He also marked water shut offs, to make them easily identifiable. All leaks were fixed over several days. His word was good - he did what he said he would do, He took photos and videos of the work performed. he also noted future improvements that might be needed (installing new shutoffs). Pricing was fair, and reasonable. LeeAnn at front office was friendly and professional. This company has integrity, and clearly takes pride in how they do business, and keeps their promises.     I called DAZ Plumbing & Locating, LLC to check for a pipe leak. Charles came out and checked all the small issues first. He discovered that my leak was not plumbing related at all and offered to repair the issue. I was so appreciative that he offered to repair the issue and not refer me to another company. He repaired my leak really quick. I hope I never need them again but if I do, they have a new customer here. Great trust worthy company who will go above and beyond for you!

    (On an earlier visit - Fall 2022 - Tayron also cleared out the drain blockages behind my mother’s washing machine. No more drain/water overflowing :))On 12/1/22:Tayron is very nice, patient, and understanding. My father has some dementia and incontinence, so he has tried to flush things such as part of a plastic bag and a hand towel down the toilet. This is the reason for the repeated service calls. Hopefully this new toilet (and telling him this visit cost him $600) will slow him down for at least a month! 🤷🏾‍♀️🙄😑🤨

    I wish I could remember the names of both plumbers. They were wonderful. Professional, honest, loved my one year old- type of guys you could grab a beer with but would refuse to have one on the job, because they feel that would be unprofessional- even though I tried to offer! They also gave lots of other free tips and advice just because that’s the kind of people they are.. I will definitely use them again

    I highly recommend Daz Plumbing. My water heater went out and Mr D and his crew came right out to take a look. What made me choose this business over others, was that they took the time to educate me on what needed to be done and why. They did excellent work and even scheduled an inspection to make sure everything was up to local code. I will definitely be sending more customers their way!
