    When we contacted Duncan Plumbing the receptionist was polite and knowledgeable and reassuring. She set up an appointment for the same day.Jon and Adam from Duncan Plumbing were angels for us this Christmas as they diagnosed and repaired our plumbing problem. They were professional yet friendly and personable. They were prompt and efficient. We highly recommend Duncan Plumbing for good service and reasonable prices.

    Jon from Duncan Plumbing is amazing! He educated me to the gills about what to look for and how to respond It. We called about a possible back up with our sewer. My septic line was broken, so he replaced the pipe leading to my tank. After testing my water pressure, which was way too high, he installed a pressure reducing valve. In addition, Jon did a thorough inspection of all my plumbing; he is a valuable asset to your company.     This season has been extremely stressful for us as it has for many others out there. The owners (Brian and his wife, Amanda) were very informative, kind, and understanding with our situation. They truly treated us like family and took such good care of us. We had a gas leak and were having issues getting all the information we needed for things and they explained everything for us and took care of it all. I can’t explain how thankful for them I am. They have a customer for life with us.

    I originally called this place because my spigot stem had broken in my wall. They werent going to be able to get to me right away, so I made an appointment, then later, a neighbor was able to free it up for me. I forgot to cancel until they were ready to come out here, but when I explained to the woman on the phone that I no longer needed the service, she was polite and professional. Customer service goes a long way, and Ill definitely call them if I have another issue.

    Jon and Josh were awesome. Quick and efficient and we ended up getting the membership. Jon talked with us while working on the kitchen area and we had great conversations and they were both so personable. They installed our kitchen faucets and bathroom faucets and checked everything.     Great company for testing, locating and fixing leaks in Ellis county. Cast iron sewer lines are not fun to repair. Duncan Plumbing does a great job at Diagnosing drain line issues. Great Team!

I had a major water leak that occurred over the weekend, and on Monday morning they were at my house to assess the issue.     We had a gas leak in the house that we rent and our landlords used Duncan Plumbing. They were very responsive and went above and beyond in finding slotuions for the repair. The house required quite a few repairs to get it back to a safe environment where there were no more gas leaks and the water heater was venting properly. Stephen and his team worked long back to back hours to get our house back to where we had gas again. They were very professional and explained each step along the way. They communicated well with our landlord but also kept us in the loop. I highly recommend them!

    Our Church experienced a drain backup in the kitchen. Since we have been having some aerobic septic system issues, I thought our backup might be related to that. I called Duncan plumbing and set up a service call to have the problem evaluated. Mike came out and after I explained what the issues were, walked completely around the Church checking all of the drains to the septic tank. he said they all looked good and thought that perhaps the drain line in the kitchen was blocked. This was indeed the problem and after using his roto rooter device the blockage was gone and the drain worked perfectly. He also checked the drain with a drain camera to insure there was nothing else blocking the drain. He was very professional and cleaned up the work area when done. I’ll definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues.

    Michael Grubbs of Duncan Plumbing came out with his new apprentice, Hunter yesterday. I was having some strange noises off and on coming from my water heater and because it is an older water heater that really will need to be replaced soon, I called Duncan.When they arrived, Michael checked everything out with my heater and said there was nothing wrong with the system itself and it was totally safe, even though there were a few things that would not pass inspection if I sold the house and I needed to get those items taken care of as soon as I could do that, but he went into detail explaining about calcium deposits and the way they work with the water etc....and it was a common thing....the noises I heard from time to time.I want to say this Michaels brilliance, thorough explanations, and offers to do a complete assessment as far as a quote for what it would take to get everything done or even have my older tank changed out. He was so kind, not pushy AT ALL, and he discussed with me even some great financing plans Duncan uses if I would need to finance it.I learned SO MUCH FROM HIM AND THIS CONSULTATION!Since I was a previous banker working with execs in downtown Dallas before I became an RN....I know what great customer service skills look like and also leadership skills....and he has ALL OF THAT AND MORE! I actually wondered if he has been a Master Trainer or something in the plumbing business....that is how amazing he was in all he shared with me about the problem and how to get a partial work done to bring my tank up to acceptable standards that would pass any inspection OR to get the full work done with a new tank.Duncan Plumbing in general has many MANY years of being #1 in Ellis County for service....their people stay up-to-date in their training and certifications....if anything comes up you know you can trust them to make it right....and as I was born and raised right here in Waxahachie....Duncan Plumbing just stands alone IN MY OPINION of what you would want in customer service. Their people are kind, caring and most of all HONEST in what they tell you and do not suggest treatments that they feel you do not really need.The owners are great people as well in our community here!     I have used Duncan Plumbing on a couple of jobs now. First was when I did an entire home remodel and Duncan came in and replaced all the plumbing for all sinks, toilets, washing machine, installed a bath tub, shower fixtures, faucets and all exterior faucets as well.Seems pretty straight forward but I for sure found out installing a bathtub can either be done by an amateur or a professional. The tub had to have leveling under it and my guess is that all plumbers don’t do this the right way because it can be time consuming. Duncan did it right and for about a year and a half now their work still is holding well and feel confident it will be that way for years to come.The only item I didn’t update in the remodel was the water heater and it is 17 years old. Still was working fine but appeared to be aging and decided before I had an issue to go ahead and replace it.The Duncan crew came out again and nailed it. On time, accurate estimate, and quality work done. They are very courteous and genuinely care about the job....and they are clean. (Big deal to us for sure)I would highly recommend the Duncan team to anyone and without a doubt are my go to when I need anything done.Thank you for jobs well done Duncan Plumbing.

    Since moving to the Dallas area, we’ve used Duncan plumbing numerous times. From small jobs to big jobs, the crew at Duncan are quick to take on any job. We had remodeled our kitchen and Paul installed the sink. Great guy, extremely knowledgeable, and does quick efficient work. When we had our mystery leak in our master bedroom, Brian worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and locate the source. He repaired the pipe with ease, and since then have not had any issues.     This was the second time I used Duncan Plumbing. The first time was last year for a leak at my water meter. This time, I contacted them because of an incredibly high water bill. Mike came out first to see what was going on. After discussing, I was given three very detailed estimates, depending on where the leak was. They were able to schedule me for repair very quickly. Steve then came out and started working on the issue. The leak was located and it required rerouting lines. This could have resulted in holes being cut in my interior walls, which would have later required cosmetic repairs. Because of his diligence, all cutouts were performed in the garage and behind appliances, rather than in visible parts of the walls. It was an all-day job and it was performed with skill, professionalism and diligence. I would highly recommend Duncan Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing service - everyone I dealt with, from office to repairs, were great to interact with.

    My wife had contacted the water company about a leak by our water meter. The technician said we needed to contact a plumber for the repair so she called Duncan. It was around 8am and the temperature was expected to be very hot. Ms. Erica contacted a customer and asked to reschedule so the technician could repair the leak before the heat of the day. 15 minutes later, Mr. Benjamin and Mr. Walker we’re at our house.     I cant speak more highly of Duncan Plumbing Solutions. Mike and Brian are professional, conscientious, friendly and fairly priced. We called them because our water was running hot and cold. It turned out to be our Rinnai continuum. Since no codes displayed indicating what the problem was he contacted the company tech support. To make a very long story short, Mike could have told us to just go buy a new unit but he worked with the company and eventually they sent us a new unit. He could have charged us full price for all the long hours he spent on this problem, but he gave us an extremely generous discount. I know another plumber would not have done this. During this time we also developed a water leak which saturated our bedroom carpet. They were right on it. I highly recommend DPS for any and all plumbing repairs.

    Duncan came out to assist with a back up in one of our bathrooms. However, by the time they had arrived, the clog had fixed itself. The plumber verified that by flushing the toilet several time and running the shower and xhecking the clean outs outside. I thought to have them run a snake but was advised that he was certain there was no longer a clog. Initially I was charged for the visit. I was later called and offered my full payment back because the extent of the work performed did not reach (from Duncans point of view) the payment amount. I declined but asked to have a service credit. Duncan was EASILY accommodating of that. I sincerely appreciate the call and the customer service that came with it.

    Mike and the Duncan team responded to a major water leak that we had off of our main line at the Waxahachie Family YMCA. Instead of having us cut the water off to our building and negatively impacting hundreds of our members and guests, Mike came back after hours and worked through the night to repair the line. We were back in operation by 5am the next day and our members never even felt the impact...Less than 24 hours after picking up the phone to call them.Thank you Duncan Team for caring for our YMCA!

    My hot water heater stopped working when my husband was out of town. I called Mike on Sunday evening. On Monday Cody came out and we had hot water within an hour. He also ordered a part just in case THAT was the problem. (IT WAS) And we are truly back in business. I cant thank Mike and Cody enough. Now, even our dogs are getting their warm baths!! Thank you so much Cody! Its nice doing business with honest, fair people!

    Dylan was very polite and professional. Fixed the problem and cleaned up his mess. However, I was disappointed with the office. They misled me on the price. $365.00 to unclog a shower drain!
