We contacted CSI because our disposal went out. I’d used them before and my mother had as well. My wife mentioned that we should talk to them about replacing our old water heater. They were out the next day. Replaced our disposal AND our water heater. Very reasonable price and unbelievable turnaround. Leo, the plumber who was sent out, was knowledgeable and personable. He and his helper were on top of things. Overall a five star experience. Highly recommended.

Found a flooding hot water heater, called CSI Plumbing was told how to turn water off. I was told someone would be right out. Next morning, workers arrived and within about 45 minutes had a working hot water heater. Another time I came in contact with CSI in an emergency, I was sitting in my home and someone rang my door bell, it was a man telling me there was something wrong with my outdoor water faucet, it was shooting water straight up, he was working next door when he saw this and fixed the problem immediately. The man was one of the owners of CSI. I appreciate the quick response I had both times I was in dire need of a plumber. I highly recommend this company.
