    We had a pretty bad busted pipe and ended up needing to re pipe our whole bathroom. It was a 4 day job. Guy was our tech he was very professional and friendly. Great customer service and hard working. He kept me updated on everything that was happening, explained things to me because I don’t know anything about plumbing and did the work as quick as possible so we would have a bathroom which we were very grateful for. Definitely will recommend this company and Guy.

    The kitchen sink backed up at my Mother’s house. I called late evening and made an appointment for the next day between 8-12. I received a call at 8:05 letting me know the plumber was on his way. He was here for 3 hours. He had to replace pipes, the garbage disposal and there was a major blockage in the line. He did an excellent job. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and the work completed. The bill came to less than the estimate. I highly recommend Bahama Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have.     I had a water leak in my backyard at night and they were able to be out at my property the next morning.Bryan was the help assigned and it was great having him out here! He was able to talk me through what he thought the issue was, diagnose the problem and then fix it extremely fast. Through it all there was great communication.     Your man was a great guy. I kept him supplied with ice and water during his time at my home. I think the temp that day was 108F. It was a muddy problem and despite a second unexpected issue that came up, the problem was fixed that day. I am a Marine Corp vet , aged 70 and your guy was nice enough to provide a discount to me.     This company is amazing and great pricing!! The staff is very professional and friendly!! Dillon was awesome and answered all my questions I asked.     Aaron and Bobby are excellent! We had a fairly extensive repair and I feel that they were well priced and that provided quality service. They were quick to respond to my questions as well. Kaitlyn who works in the office is also very helpful. If you live in the Fort Worth area, I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    Called to repair water leak at meter. Price quote was quite high as I am on a fixed income. After speaking with owner we agreed on a price. Guy was the tech making the repair. He was very professional and did a great job. The person answering the phonesetting the appt was very friendly.

    I highly recommend this place. I had water backing up in the laundry room. They were able to clean out the pipes and had a camera to show that everything was cleared out from the mainline.     After I called 3 other plumbing companies without answering, Bahama Plumbing is the only company answered my phone call after hours when I have an water main line issues, the lady answered the phone was very nice and patient for scheduling the service, next door morning, Brian also did a good repair and restored my water quickly. I highly recommend to whomever need the plumbing service , I definitely will use them again

    Have been using Bahama Plumbing for the last few years for various repairs and they are always prompt and professional. All cost upfront and no hidden fees. Bobby came out and fixed the repair quickly and even waited for the inspection to ensure we got everything done so we could turn our gas back on that day. Give them a call if you need help.

    I cannot express enough how much this company is top notch! Bahama Plumbing is a premier company with outstanding customer service. The price is right, service is timely, and they are there when you need them most. Aaron came out on Memorial Day weekend and replaced the main water shut off valve that broke in the off position, so we weren’t getting water to the house. Within three hours, Aaron responded to our house and had our issue fixed! I highly recommend. It’s hard to find amazing service, go to Bahama Plumbing for your plumbing needs!!!!!!

Decided to get a second opinion, a friend who does commercial plumbing recommended Bahama. They were fast, efficient and did the exact same scope of work for about $12,000 less than the other company. Highly recommend Bahama plumbing.

    Bahama Plumbing is the best! Aaron and his team worked effectively, diligently and with such kindness and honesty through the mess that was my large-scale plumbing issues. I had tree roots in my backyard and leaks in my 1959 cast iron pipes causing flooding of a bathroom. Aaron helped work and communicate with insurance to help me get a lot of the repiping covered. He eased so much of my anxiety regarding the issues I was having and always described each step in the process. It was a quick 2 week process to repipe all the inside and outside of my house and it was all done with such reasonable prices. Bahama Plumbing is very trustworthy and reliable and I cant recommend them enough!

    Aaron with Bahama Plumbing has been absolutely wonderful! We had a water softener issue that came with our brand new built home Feb 2021 and Aaron helped us replace it at just the warranty repair cost after GE appliance repair people couldnt find any issues. Then when the replacement softener also busted and leaked all into our laundry room, Aaron helped us find a better water conditioner so we no longer had to deal with the same water softener issues. Additionally as of late, he has helped us with our 3 year old hot water heater busting as well as our 3 year old RO system leaking. He has gone above and beyond to save us money and get us working units or performed repairs with excellence!! In a 3 year old home, we never expected to encounter so many issues with new appliances but thankfully to Aaron, we have not felt like anything he has worked on or replaced will continue to fail us or at least not so quickly.We appreciate all of Aarons help, trips to our home and time he has spent explaining everything to us. We have and will continue to recommend Aaron with Bahama Plumbing!

    Bobby, Aaron and a new employee Marcus, repaired a below slab leak at our home. They were prompt, well kempt, worked cleanly and, diligently to locate the correct line that needed to be shut off. They rerouted the line through the attic.Bobby and Marcus initially came out to assess the issue and Bobby answered all our questions professionally and patiently while actively engaging Marcus in his training. The office staff was also very pleasant whenever we called.During the repair, there was an accidental issue with the propane line in the attic. However, Aaron who is very knowledgeable immediately went back to the shop to retrieve parts while Bobby and Marcus stayed on site. Our propane company did come out for an inspection as a follow up with no needed improvements.Hopefully, we will not have any plumbing issues in the foreseeable future. If we do, we will definitely call Bahama Plumbing again.
