    Outstanding service by Mandy, Mason and Dan. I had a small custom bending job that was not straightforward and required a creative solution to complete. Initially, Mason was great at working with me to understand the scope of the job. After that, Dan, the shop foreman took the time to meet with me, describe possible solutions and explain options. The job was completed perfectly and to my surprise, much sooner than estimated. Special thanks to Mandy for great communication and coordination with the shop staff. This is a top notch operation in every aspect and I will definitely return for future projects !

    We needed our furnace serviced. Jon Drake came and did the work. While working on the furnace he repaired other items that had been over looked by other technicians. He was very respectful, courteous, and educated me through the process. We were very pleased with the outcome.I like my house neat and tidy. Jon was willing to help keep his work area clean. Jon was extremely easy to work with.

    Jon Drake, a Technician from Stainless Specialists, came to our house on a Thursday morning to fix our furnace. We called them late on the previous day to tell them our furnace was not working. They were able to provide quick service by getting there the next morning. Jon was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done. Our furnace is over 40 years old, and we have it cleaned and inspected every two years. All of the Technicians who have come for these cleanings have always been very friendly and professional - we have never had a bad experience. Thanks to Jon, and to the entire staff of Stainless Specialists. I recommend them to be called whenever anyone needs assistance with their furnace. Thanks.

    Replaced a 50 year old boiler heater and some pipes that had frozen in early spring when the boiler failed. Kent took a lot of care to insure we had the right new boiler for our place, and Jon and Randy did an excellent job with the installation. Everything done in a timely way. They cleaned up so well - it was like no one had been there. Both guys took a lot of time to talk us through the new equipment and installation. Friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, and they do quality work. Weve worked with them for decades. Highly recommend them.

    Jon Drake was our service technician who responded to our call to American Home Shield regarding issues with our central air conditioning unit. He was very professional, courteous and personable in answering our questions about the situation. Our furnace and air conditioning units are 28 years old. He discovered a inefficient coil and a significant problem with our wiring due to mice. They had created a large nest and had eaten a significant part of our wiring. Thanks to Jon we were able to get service back, but he warned that it could be a matter of time before the coil failed.We were very pleased with his service and would will call on him to due future work when needed!

    I am a real estate agent working with the seller on a transaction. I had called SSI about getting a quote. Jeremiah helped us out and really went above and beyond. He went out to the property the same day and sent the quote right away as well. It really helped us out with the transaction and made go even smoother! We really appreciated the help from this company, and I will definitely keep them in mind for the future!

    Stainless specialists is the most professional and courteous company I have ever used for HVAC work.There Is no BS with them. Theyre always very anxious to help and give good advice over the phone and when they come here for a service call they are expeditious, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their fees are more than reasonable and they are in-and-out. I have used stainless specialists for a few years now after becoming incredibly irritated and disgusted with my previous incompetent HVAC company. Their service person, Eric, is amazing and was quick to diagnose that my motor was failing In my antiquated York furnace. Eric removed the motor from the system and made sure he got the right motor to fit the furnace. Ive never been so happy with a company or a service person so thank you very much. Ken,their service manager, is amazingly sincere and more than willing to help. I wish stainless specialists handled every one of my trades person needs so I wouldnt have to go anywhere else for service. You will not be disappointed by them- in fact you will be pleasantly surprised. I couldnt recommend them more

    Very pleased with how quickly they were able to respond to my request for a tune-up of my furnace, AC and water heater. Jon Aschbrenner did an excellent job, he explained everything to me as he needed to perform some minor repairs and he cleaned up too.

    Outstanding service and work ethic. Quick to respond to our after hours call and very personable and knowledgeable technicians. Upon completion of the repair, the technician cleaned up so well you wouldnt even had known he was there.     I had to file a claim through my home warranty company and Randy was the technician that was assigned. He was professional yet kind at the same time. He explained the problem I was having and he did it in detail so I understood.     We have been working with Stainless since 1996 and have been nothing but satisfied. Over the years, they have installed a furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater. They have also taken care of our service needs and furnace/ac check-ups, all in a timely and professional manner. We recently had to replace our air conditioner.
