    Hello there,We have a few great experiences with River Valley Plumbing but today was the best!Woke up this morning to get ready for work and no hot water. Not a great way to start the day. I called Terry at 7am, not knowing if I would get an answer but I did. We scheduled a time but kept in contact during the day. The timing worked out and he was able to make it over same day.A couple parts replacements and we now have hot water!This place is honest, humble and does amazing work! They are my go to place. The day didn’t start off great but ends with a smile. Thanks for all you do!Much appreciated Terry!Matt

    We had an excellent experience with River Valley plumbing. They were able to respond very quickly. Terry did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable and came in under the estimate.     Best plumbers in town.I am so grateful for the help they gave me with my hot water heater, they saved me hundreds of dollars.I would definitely recommend that if you have any Plumbing issues give them a call.I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

    Had them replace a leaky toilet last summer and they did a terrific job. Last night my hot water heater quit working. They had it fixed in no time today, did a terrific job and did not charge a fortune. HIGHLY recommend!

    Our bathtub absolutely refused to drain, and of course it was the evening before Thanksgiving. But our phone call was answered in person, and the plumber was standing right there, ready to come out. He knew exactly what to do - the tub has never run so well.     Terry is an absolutely fantastic guy. He was able to clear up an issue that I had with the city water department. Not only that, but while he cleared up the issue with my water valve and meter, he fixed a small issue I had with my sink. All this with his free estimate visit!!!He is very professional! I would totally recommend him for anyone needing plumbing work done.Update: I had Terry back for another small job. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would still recommend him to anyone and everyone who asks me for a good plumber!

    Thank you Terry and Renee for taking my phone call late in the evening and helping me figure out what to do until you could come replace water heater. Water heater replaced by noon the next day - very impressed and very reasonably priced. Would use again and highly recommend!
