Genrich Plumbing and Heating recently came to my home to install a kitchen faucet and shower head. Bob was very personable and courteous to me and respectful of my home in addition to being very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to accomplish the tasks I needed and cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend Genrich to anyone.

Ive hired Bob on two occasions. A couple years ago, he replaced my water heater. I arranged this in one call and it was all done by lunchtime. He further recommended a furnace guy who also turned out to be first-rate. Today, I called about a crack in my shower floor and he came right over. He took the occasion to fix a couple smaller problems, and recommended a fiberglass crew to work on the shower. He is very personable and has real empathy for the distraught homeowner in need of quick help.

Our kitchen drain pipe was leaking extensively. I contacted Genrich Plumbing in the early morning. By late morning Bob had contacted me and scheduled an appointment that same day. Bob was very professional and efficient. He had the pipe replaced in a hour and he left the area clean. No messes. I was very impressed by Bobs work. I will be recommending Genrich Plumbing to others.

Bob Genrich is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He solved my clogged toilet problem (which he was called for) then, when I asked him about how to replace a shower head, he went out of his way to go back to his business, got a new shower head and installed it for me. Bob is a problem solver and I appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond.

Both Mr. Genrichs do impeccable work. They came highly recommended to me many years ago and I have absolutely no reason to ever call anyone else. They have been so friendly, courteous, and helpful over the years that I consider Bob a friend. I trust them to be honest with me and get the job done right. I even call one year and they were in Florida. They contacted another plumber who was in town and he came right over to help Bob out. Now that is service.

Bob and Ron did a great job replacing our water heater at our home. They where prompt on arrival an very courteous. The repair was performed in the middle of winter, in which they were very consensus as to not track up the house. The price was reasonable and of the highest quality. They are the only plumbers will will use in the future.

We had a really good experience with Genrich Plumbing. The great service started with the initial call, Genrich was very easy to explain my situation to and was able to make a service call the very next day and 100% resolve my issue. The service providers were quick and courteous, they wore booties and/or took off their shoes when entering the house, laid down blanket under work area and left no trace. They even didnt mind my puppy bugging the heck out of them. :-) Thanks!

Professional and honest work at reasonable rates. The Genrich Bros came over to clear a clog going into the main drain from the kitchen sink. When they left, the sink itself was cleaner than it had been and the piping cleared. Would recommend.
