Had a Water Spigot that completely snapped off. Southport answered my phone call quickly and provided the service needed within an hour. Service Tech Tim Mineau was very respectful and great to work with. He explained the work thoroughly before fixing the problem. He double checked the work after he was done and there was no leak! Southport was great at communicating with my husband and I when our AC system wasn’t working properly. We got a whole new system put in. It took Southport a day longer than expected, but they got the job done well. Very professional overall and great to work with. 4/5 stars for taking a bit longer than expected. We just moved into our new home and unfortunately were met with a nonfunctioning AC unit. The provider who normally serviced the unit was not able to come out for over a week and recommended Southport. They were able to make an appointment earlier and even put in a note to check in with us if a spot came available sooner. Thankfully they came the next day. Brian and Tanner were very professional and respectful. They were able to diagnose the problem on our main unit and our split and order the parts.

The relief valve drain pipe on our water heater was leaking. Initial service call was within a few hours. Technician (Tommy) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He determined that by us setting the water temperature a bit high, it caused pressure to build. Resetting the temp relieved this but the valve itself needed to be replaced under warranty. He had one in his van so installed it right away and was finished within an hour. Cleaned up the area nicely. Overall very happy with the service.

Woke up this morning with no heat. Called Southport and had two technicians, Ben and Marcus, arrive an hour later. Within an hour of their arrival, my furnace was up and running. During that time, Ben and Marcus provided me with an update, stating they have diagnosed the issue, and will have a fix very shortly. The cost for repair was much less than anticipated! Both were professional, personable, and informative.

Awesome job! We called them Monday July 3rd as we didnt have any water, they were supposed to be closed for the holiday the lady who answered was super nice and helpful. We were fine waiting until the 5th as I dont like ruining anyones day off! They are hard to come by in certain fields! They showed up exactly when she said they would and did an excellent job! My husband said two guys who did the work were decent and had to redo our pressure tank plumbing to get water again.Phoned to have them come do more work for us guess when you are desperate they will come but not for pepeat business.

I utilized them to get a whole home humidifier installed in my house and it has made a considerable difference. I am new to the Wausau area and had some troubles with my AC last week. Southport was able to make it out the same day I called. The technician who was onsite was very knowledgeable & friendly. He presented me with repair options and recommended replacement since my unit is almost 25 years old. I decided to have their Comfort Specialist out that same afternoon and he quoted replacement options. My new Furnace & AC was installed a few days later and I couldn’t be happier with the work performed. My basement was left cleaner than before they came. All in all extremely happy with the team work performed by Southport. We will be using them for all our plumbing and HVAC needs going forwards.
