    My service tech Matt Wimberger was prompt and professional. He performed an annual maintenance check per our service plan we purchasedThere were some difficulties with the scheduling secretary who was rather rude but Matt was fantastic. He gets 5 stars which is not necessarily representative of Frasiers as a whole.

    We highly recommend Jonathan for furnace work. He was very engaging, knowledgeable, and thorough, he found issues with our furnace that were not addressed from our previous longtime furnace company. He spent time cleaning our rusty burners, slimy furnace sump, testing and retesting our furnace CO2 and performance levels.He also recommended and quoted replacement parts to extend the life and improve the efficiency and performance of our furnace.

    Had an outlet installed that was fished down to another in the wall so we can hang a tv. Scheduling was fast and easy - Greg showed up early morning and finished his work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The price was high for the work, but service was great.

    Frasiers has been my go to team for our cabin opening and closing for over a decade. Everyone is great to deal with, and the communication is excellent across all departments. We are especially pleased with our service rep, Adam. He is a professional who treats our home as if it were his own, in addition to just being a good person. We couldnt be happier with Adam and the whole Frasier experience. Highlyrecommend!

    Our water heater went belly up, my wife Debi contacted Frasiers, they responded pronto. We were fortunate to get Cody Ottman here to do the work, he is a true professional, answered all my questions and concerns, when he completed the job he walked me around and explained everything in detail and asked if there was any concerns or questions I may have. Cody is a credit to Frasiers and himself. Because of Frasiers prompt response they will be our go too business for our future needs. Another person in Frasiers business that deserves recondition is Karen in your accounting office, we had a few questions that she immediately responded to and answered our questions. Frasiers is lucky to have her as well. Thank You Frasiers!

    Yet again Fraiser’s did an outstanding job! With our emergency generator on the fritz, they expedited service and scheduled Zach the next day. Zach was professional, knowledgeable, walked me through his troubleshooting process, gave me options for fixes, went to get the materials and finished the job the same day. Couldn’t be happier with his service!

    Frasiers updated our electricity panel and installed a new furnace and ac unit. All of the guys were great to work with from estimate through the installation. During the estimate they really took time to look at things and explained all of our options. Brett went above and beyond to help us get everything set to start the process. The guys who installed everything checked in to make sure things were how we wanted them and took time to explain things and answer our questions. The customer service and dispatch team were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

    Had to get my furnace serviced, weather was really bad (blizzard conditions) and Connor still came out and got the job done. Not only was he on time but he explained how everything works and answered all my questions. Probably the best tech I’ve had come out and work on it, very knowledgeable and friendly service. Definitely will be using frasiers from now on.

    We contracted frasiers to clean the air ducts.They advised when the technician was on his way. He arrived promptly.He reviewed the home and advised the price which was accepted. During his cleaning he would show us before and after pictures of the cleaning. During his final few ducts he showed a picture of the inside of the remaining ducts. They looked brand new and needed no cleaning.He contacted his office and extended us a price reduction.I would highly recommend them for prompt and honorable service.

    We just bought an older home that had not been kept up with its maintenance. We had Fraiser come out to do a maintenance check and Adam was our plumber. He had to deliver difficult news but handled all our issues and fixed everything same day. He was awesome and cleaned up everything. I feel very confident that with regular maintenance from Fraiser we will not have any more issues for years to come and I hope Adam continues to be our guy.

    Ive just had a new furnace and water heater installed by Frasiers. The team was very efficient and friendly. This was nearly an all day job and they never stopped working until it was done. I was informed of the progress all along and got a walk through explanation at the end. I didnt have to pick up after them as they did all that too. Should have taken before pictures as just the after ones dont do their work justice. Highly recommend Matt Kloos and Joe Randolph, technicians at Frasiers.

    Lots of praise for Mitch Carroll and Frasiers! My furnace stopped working on a very cold evening this weekend. I called Frasiers, and they had Mitch drive up from Wausau to take a look at it. He got my furnace back up and running again in no time. Nice to have a company you can rely on even late at night in this climate! I would highly recommend Frasiers Home Service Partner Program for $9.95 a month to anyone. Its a comfort to know that I can call on them 24/7/365 to get priority service--without high cost emergency fees being added! Thanks Mitch and Frasiers!

    We had two issues. Low water pressure and air in the water lines. Adam checked out our system and determined that the water pressure tank was bad. He replaced it and told us to continue to monitor for air in lines. The air was still there so he had to make a return trip to correct the problem with some new parts. There was a big iron build on the old parts causing the problem. Adam was very thorough and meticulous in his work. The air in the water lines appears to be corrected. We had one short burst of air after the repairs however Adam advised us that could happen but should clear after a day or so.
