Jeff inspected our water softener, bath sink & shower, and kitchen sink for issues leaks. We received an estimate for services, and the work was scheduled for the very next morning. Jeff installed our new water softener, new shower head, tightened up our kitchen sink and fixed the bathroom drain. He was very kind, courteous and professional and answered all of our questions. We will definitely ask for Jeff for all plumbing projects we highly recommend Vincent Plumbing.

Can’t praise Jeff and son from Vincent Plumbing enough, true professionals. They provided a very favorable quote for a new tankless water heater and soft water system. Signed the deal on a Monday and it was installed by Thursday. Installation took around six hours, they were respectful of our house, our pets and gave us plenty of instructions on how to work with the new equipment. Jeff also advised us about our deteriorating exhaust flue, he capped it and closed off the top and bottom since it is no long used at no charge.Will definitely hire them again for any plumbing renovations or repairs.

Jeff is awesome. He was very thorough and professional. I hired them twice now. First time was to replace our water heater. Second time was to put in new water shut off valves for the kitchen; both upstairs and downstairs. I will use this company again when put in my additional bathroom.

They came out to replumb our washer and wash tub sink in the basement, and replace a cartridge in our bathroom shower. The plumbing looks so nice compared to what we had prior! They came out to do a free quote and I was able to have the work done very quickly. He was quick and did a nice job, and he cleaned up after as well! Highly recommend!

Jeff from Vincent plumbing installed a new water heater. He showed up right on schedule. He was very meticulous, and did an excellent job. The space he was working in was very tight. He was able to maneuver the water heaters without damaging other ducts, walls, etc. I had complete confidence in him. I had a lot of questions which he answered in detail and with patience. I plan to use Vincent Plumbing again, and hopefully will get Jeff again.

Just use this company don’t bother with anyone else!!! Anything positive you can think of is what these people are!!! Had a leak that I thought would be $1000 or more, plumbers inspected and got the work done exceptionally, in about one hour, replacing the drum trap and multiple coroded pipes, and it was less than $1000. Both were friendly and informative, and gave me options to pick from for repair. I would highly recommend Vincent Plumbing, and will call them in the future.

I highly recommend Vincent Plumbing & Heating. Leaking basement ceiling very alarming. Jeff was awesome and found the problem quickly. Old dishwasher connection was leaking. Very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I will be getting a new dishwasher and have Jeff install as he charged for the trip charge and time but offered a 50% refund on what I paid today when I have him install the new dishwasher. So very fair and honest. Rare these days.

Had a leak in a pipe in the basement. Home advisor recommended them. Put in my request was called the very next day. Told me Jeff would be out tomorrow morning at 8:00. He arrived right on time. Took a quick look. Gave me a estimate and immediately started his work. Less than an hour later he was finished. Great job. Great price. What I found even better was his companion. I lost my husband in August and after he was done he prayed with me. Such heartwarming from a stranger. Will definitely call again if I need help and you should too.

Our water heater sprung a leak, and Amy was extremely helpful in scheduling the replacement time and verifying the cost and manufacturer options we had. Jeff arrived the next day as scheduled, on time, and did a great job of not only properly installing the new WH, but removing and cleaning the area of the old WH. Great and courteous service.
