Our water heater started spraying water out of it on Tuesday evening. I called Jeff Wednesday morning, explained the situation, and he made his recommendation to replace our dated unit. We had a new water heater and hot water before 3pm that day. Jeff was responsive and pleasant to work with. Even when I felt like I was being annoying, he did not seem annoyed. His price was reasonable and he was very clear in his communication of what to expect. I will absolutely be using him again for all my plumbing needs.

We have used Cox plumbing for 16 years and have found them to be reasonable in terms of price and reliable. I really like how they stand by their work. There are less plumbers now, so Jeff is really busy handling all the service calls he gets. But we really appreciated that he took care of replacing our water heater on Friday of a holiday weekend, which was really kind of him. People can trust the work that he will do for them. Might need a little patience since he is so busy, but that in itself is a good sign. He is busy for a reason.

Had Jeff over to fix an ugly clogged drain. He worked at it for over an hour with two different sewer snakes and got the job done. I and my son in law worked at it for hours a few days before and couldnt get it cleaned out. Great to have a functioning sink again.

Jeff the owner of Cox Plumbing is amazing at what he does. My Plumbing is 70 years old and outdated and Jeff was very professional helping with removing a very stubborn clog that caused my basement sink to back up with sewage. I have a very happy family who now is able to use the shower and run water as needed thanks to Jeff! Please be patient with him as he is a very busy man and a one man show. HE IS definitely worth the wait! He was very educational on telling me what pipes needed to be replaced along with how he would handle replacing them. He is a master of his craft and I look forward in knowing that he is our neighborhood plumber and Available when needed!

I called Jeff at midnight, I had a tree root clog in my basement drain. Water was backing up into my basement everytime we used the toilet or sink. I called him at 12 he was here by 1230. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He worked very hard and got the job done fast. Thank you Jeff for your fast response and hard work. We will definitely be using your services again!

If you have a 3 inch batman stuck in your toilet, call Jeff at Cox plumbing. He got him out and Batman was given a proper funeral. And if you have hideous faucets and don’t know how to replace them without royally screwing up, call Jeff. After removing the toilet to free batman from the wrong cave, Jeff showed and explained to me the things that needed replacing and was honest about what needed to be done now and what could wait. With the recovery mission and faucet replacement, Jeff worked in a very timely manner and was very respectful of my home and my time. 10/10 would recommend and will be using in the future for additional faucet/sink installation and whenever my children decide to see what happens when they toss a hero into the toilet and flush. Spoiler, the hero loses.

Ive had Cox Plumbing out to my home twice this year - once to replace a faucet in the kitchen, and once to deal with clogs in my laundry tub and bathroom sink. Ive been impressed with how easy they are to work with - no problems scheduling quickly (even in non-emergency situations), Derek actually showed up EARLY - called ahead to see if he could arrive before his assigned window - and was professional and efficient. Everything was cleaned up, and I was advised on potential future issues (and potential costs) with my original plumbing in a 1940s house. I appreciate the entire experience - it makes my life easier to have a plumber I trust in my home. Thanks guys!

We had our sewer line back up into our basement.Jeff was awesome! I called two other places and one called back the next day the other never did call back. Jeff answered right away and came out on a holiday Sunday within hours. He was considerate of our furnishings and went the hard way to make sure to get the job done right and not make our mess any worse.

Called for the first time yesterday late night texted Jeff again 7am in the morning by 7:13am I received a call explained the situation to Jeff sent some pictures got a early estimate and by 1:30pm Jeff was at my house doing the job. Having a fair amount of construction experience, I decided to be my own general contractor and hired Cox Plumbing to help me with a fairly complicated bathroom remodel. The thing that made this a complicated project is that this was the only bathroom in the house and we needed to have a toilet and shower everyday. Jeff was very helpful working with me regarding scheduling of each phase and Tom was great at working around our familys needs everyday. I did all of the carpentry work including the installation of a wall hung vanity and top. When it came time to install the sink drains and faucets, everything lined up perfect. Thanks Jeff and Tom!

Called Jeff in the event of an emergency on a Saturday night regarding water leak. Turned out the water leak was a fire suppression system. Cox Plumbing performed work in a timely matter. I had service out in the morning to perform work, but faucets were not right fixtures for the locations needed. Cox was able to come out after I had obtained another faucet for the kitchen.My only complaint was that I was charged $65.00 Service call for morning visit, and not informed at that time there would be this charge for service.I asked service tech about this after first visit, but he did not communicate to me about service charge. I have used Cox in the past, but I was disappointed with this tacked on my bill without advance knowledge.
