    Highly recommend. Long time customer, both with their soft water brine appliance and plumbing needs. Super professional and most importantly, FAST - have always been out in short order. They honored the warranty on a brine replacement and most recently had my hot water heater swapped the same day as the call. Their tech Elliot is awesome too.

    Ive used Soft Water, Inc. for 10 years now. They have consistently provided excellent service. Sam has been doing my annual RO maintenance for a couple of years now--he has been on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained the testing process and the results. I would absolutely recommend this company and their staff.

    I was experiencing low water pressure at my house. I Got a proposal from a local contractor who said that my rust filter was clogged beyond repair. The replacement cost was $4,800.00I contacted Soft Water that sold me a recharge kit for approximately $250.00. It took a few YouTube videos and 2 hours to do the work. Water pressure is back to where it should be.

    I cant say enough about the excellent workmanship and service from Soft Water. The technician installed a new water heater, new kitchen faucet and new utility sink. Oh and they removed the water softener that I no longer needed. A+ service.

    A small flood in the basement from the iron curtain led to me calling Soft Water. Long story short I needed a new iron curtain and water softener. From Brett coming out to initially explain what I needed (same day), to Dave coming out to do some pre plumbing, to Kristen in the office reminding me of my upcoming appointment time, to finally Eric installing the equipment, I cannot say enough great things about all of them. They were all extremely knowledgeable , helpful, informative, and courteous. I won’t look elsewhere for help with my equipment in the future. Customer for life! I highly recommend them!!

    A friend recommended us to call Soft Water since we are with a local company out here and have not been particularly happy with their service, follow up and recommendations. I wanted to have our water checked by someone else. Luke, their area salesperson, came out and tested our water as well as inspecting our water softener. He actually reset our water softener to work more effectively, told me this equipment should last for a long time yet and also gave me some good advice to make sure it was working most efficiently for the long haul. We talked about an iron curtain, my observations of our water and he explained in very simple terms and showed me from the testing why we would not need one. He was very knowledgeable. Luke also was super respectful to our current company and shared what he knew from other customers. While we don’t have needs at this time for Soft Water, I will not hesitate to call them if our water softener needs to be serviced or checked or eventually replaced. Truly, it was encouraging and refreshing to have someone like Luke come out. I offered to pay him for his visit, his time and advice and he simply said, “this is what we do.” Thank you!

    Well-water was high in iron and our had a slight smell to it. Called Soft Water Inc. and the Sales Rep (Brett) was friendly and knowledgeable in his approach to giving us suggestions. After the initial review of our existing water softener and filter system, we upgraded our 23 year old water softener and purchased an Iron Curtain and our water has never been better! Installation was quick and smooth thanks to another great member of their team!

    Glad we called Soft Water! The water in our section of the Village of Waukesha has a lot of iron in it. Brett came out, got the water tested, and explained all of our options. We chose a water softener, iron filter, and chlorine system. Brett and Randy did a great job of installing our units. They were very professional and neat. Follow through with Brett helped us understand all aspects of the process. Would definitely recommend Soft Water!

    We cant say enough about Soft Water. Brett came and eplained the problem (too much iron in the water) and possible solutions. A few days an iron filter and new pressure tank was installed by Randy.The plumber, Elliott, came 2 days later to install an outdoor spigot we requested and we mentioned that we noticed decreased water pressure in the kitchen sink. On his own he called Kohler and ordered new parts which we found out were under warranty. He came and replaced the faucet head and the box under the sink as soon as the parts came interested. Today Logan came to clean out our water softener. Everyone was professional, quick to address our questions and needs and explained everything thoroughly.

    Soft Water put in a water softener a couple of years ago and I kept in mind that they also do plumbing services. When I had an issue with my water heater, I reached out. The service department tried to troubleshoot over the phone, made a plan, and sent a plumber out the same day. The plumber (Elliot) helped us with a warranty and updated some parts for the water heater. We were very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and support.

    We have been customers of Soft Water for more than 30 years and have grown accustomed to their first rate service. We recently noticed that our 17 year old iron filter was leaking, and called to have them send someone to have a look at it.Their Territory Representative, Brett Husted, stopped by on a Friday morning to analyze our situation and let us know that both the iron filter and water softener would need to be replaced. Brett quoted the job on-site and let us know that Soft Water could perform the work on Monday morning.The installation went very well, and the price that was quoted was the price that we paid. We certainly appreciate the quick turnaround time from analysis to installation and can not recommend highly enough the sales and service that Soft Water provides to their customers!

    If I could rate higher I would. I experienced a water emergency as water seized coming into the house. During this time I was going through a hardship as I was out of work due to an injury. Sean and his amazing team of plumbers came to the rescue and addressed my emergency instantaneously all while quoting us at a price that was so generous. Anytime we have water issues this place will be our go to. They are rockstars that provide excellent service, shout out to Soft Water for being the best in the business.

    Customer service exceptional. Came out same day I called to inspect. Installed 2 days later! Did not try to oversell me on something I didn’t need. Pricing was great with a great warranty.     What a company! They came out to quote our water softener and had one installed the next business day! The installer came in the middle of a snow storm, which didn’t stop him. I have never seen a harder worker! He shoveled and salted my whole drive way ( a quarter mile hill) so that he could get up it! He even used a dolly for some of the pieces while the snow melted enough to drive up! He was efficient ( in and out in a few hours). He cleaned up the area and left it all very orderly!     Everyone at Softwater is very helpful. We first had the out when we bought the house because we had never used a water softener. They could have easily sold us a new one, but instead they told us that we had a great old machine that they dont make as good any more. We also have their quarterly delivery and the young man that makes the deliveries is so kind to schlep the 250lbs of salt down stairs for me. Awesome experience from order to cash and everything in between.

    Good company and reasonable prices however I was pressured into keeping my water softener much much longer than I needed. I called them three times in the past and was always “warned” that I still needed the softener. I hadn’t put salt in my tank for 18 months at least and my water is fine but they argued that I still needed their system. Finally I had to insist on having it removed. If it weren’t for the pushback in trying to cancel the service they would have received five stars.

    Outstanding customer service. Sean and Brian were both very helpful and got me some hard to find parts. They went above and beyond to help me, and gave me some great advice to properly repair and set-up my softener.These guys are professionals, but still took the time to help out a DIY homeowner, which was great, not everybody is willing to do that. They coached me through my set-up, and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I dont need.     Just want to share that you can work with Soft Water Systems in complete confidence. We thought we needed to upgrade our system but when they came out they looked over what we had they advised us it wasnt necessary to get a new system!
