Weve been using Sunset Septic for five years, and they consistently exceed our expectations. Their team is incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. Recently, our septic alarm went off in the middle of the night. I sent them an email, and to my amazement, they arrived first thing at 7am to figure out the issue. I am so impressed!Every time weve needed our septic holding tanks pumped, theyve been extremely accommodating, often fitting us in on short notice. Its rare to find a company that combines top-notch service with genuine customer care. Sunset Septic has earned our trust and loyalty, and we couldnt be more impressed with their work.Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Used Sunset after discovering major issues missed/caused by another firm at our new house just prior to us purchasing it in mid 2019. After getting run around by the other firm when the problems developed I contacted Sunset based on their reviews.They came out quickly and on time. Problems were quickly diagnosed explained and fixed. Sadly they were not inexpensive problems, but I felt that all charges were explained and reasonable.Just used them again for a quick inspection, mostly for my own piece of mind, and service was again great. Would recommend Sunset without reservation!

I’m out of the country and these guys handled an emergency backup I had at my rental property and they were awesome. They were out there within an hour and were so easy to work with; communication from service tech was the best I’ve ever dealt with. They also found that the other company I had pump me four months earlier left two feet of sludge in my tank and they also didn’t tell me my outlet baffle was broken , which is why it plugged up in the first place. Im very fortunate to have called Sunset Septic to get this all fixed before I needed a new septic system. Thanks again Sunset!

I had a septic back up emergency the other day. I called and they were quick to have the service man call me back. Clint discussed my issue and things that could cause it and clearly explained how he would have to fix it. He came out at night 7:45 as we had a bad backup in the basement and needed service immediately. Everything went as planned and Clint really went above and beyond with his explanations and level of service. I will definitely use them in the future for all normal service and any emergencies. Sunset septic did an amazing job for me and came out to my house within an hour or two of calling. They pumped my tank and then did a tank entry and made an attempt to Jet my line, when it was clear that they could not clear the blockage they referred me to an excavator that also did an amazing job for me at a very reasonable price. Great timelines and pricing.

Clint D. took care of our visit and he adds value to the service that Sunset Septic provides with important long term suggestions in addition to explaining and completing state mandated tank pumping. Even with the big truck needed for the job, after leaving, our yard was left looking untouched too. Highly recommended.

I’m normally not one to spend time writing reviews, but due to the excellent service I received from Clint I felt compelled to do so. My septic system was clogged and leaking out of the cover. I contacted Sunset Septic and literally within 30 minutes Clint was at my house, fixing the problem. He explained all my options and what to look out for in the future. Unlike other septic companies I have used in the past who use scare tactics to try to upcharge the customer some outrageous amount – they were very honest with my situation. For those reasons I will continue to use Sunset Septic and recommend them to my friends/family.

Called them about a septic backup. Someone was here within an hour. He inspected and pumped it out. He made a phone call to his office and they came within another hour to replace the float switch. Very pleased with them. Highly recommend!

We just bought our house within the last year. We have never owned a house with a septic or well so we are very new to this and have much to learn. We woke up to a very loud noise and it was our septic alarm. Not having a clue what to do we googled companies and found this company. I cannot express how amazing everyone we worked with was. Of course this issue had to happen on a Friday before a holiday weekend. The lady who I called not only helped us schedule but gave us a guide for us to learn more. They were out that day and helped us resolve our issue. Their pricing was fair too. All in all we have decided that we will not go with anyone else. I would and will recommend them to anyone.
