    Rainsoft is a great product that comes with great service. We feel it was an investment, but we feel it was worth it. We have the Ultrefiner Drinking Water System that we use for all of of water bottles on the go - they stay clean - no yellow or pink film…. The Water Conditioning System is efficient and we used about 6 bags of salt in the last year - active family of 2 with family stopping in. Would highly recommend Rainsoft.

    Our old unit wasnt performing. It was over 20 years old. A young knowledgeable RainSoft technician had our new unit installed in about 2 hours. Wow, that 1st shower felt so good.

    Will make this short. Had some problem with our water softener. Had water on the floor. It would make all kinds of noise and the our water softness was inconsistent. Lucas came and took the time to fix it right! Our water softener has never worked this well. Be sure to let Lucas know much we appreciated his work!!

    We have been with Rain soft since 1999. We recently purchased a new softener and decided to stay with Rain soft because of their excellent service and quality of product. We have had the reverse osmosis system since the beginning and have also added the chlorine removal tank. We enjoy having the quality water that our system provides us with. Thanks to rain soft.     There was a delay with the project ahead of my filter replacement and Rainsoft contacted me to see if I wanted a reschedule or to continue with the day scheduled. I chose to keep the schedule as planned. The service tech called prior to arriving and performed the changes promptly. Overall a good experience.

    Blake was awesome and the warranty on the products is very good. Blake took the time to replace all potential problem parts in the system at no additional charge. Living in the country with well water is hard on the system but I don’t know what I would do without it. Blake also had some extra bags of salt on hand to save us a trip. Very professional and obviously took pride in doing things right!

    I had a new water filter system installed a few year back to purify our water 💧 I am very pleased with the system and real glad I have it it makes our life so much more worry free and protects us from all the unwanted chemicals we had in our water 💧 I am notified when our system needs new filters and they work with our schedule couldnt ask for any better customer service from the office to the maintenance.     Very prompt service on the upper side of the time window instead of the lower. Lance B had his work cut out for him but came in worked hard to get things figured out. He was very friendly, very informative and didnt do any unnecessary work.

    Terry was professional but very friendly and helpful. Explained everything well. Lance was so courteous and also explained as he installed. I appreciate promptness, which they both demonstrated. Good product, great service and employees!

    The service (for our water filter system) is good but the trip charge of $150 when they are already coming out this way (they schedule my way at least once a week per Kim), and then an additional gas charge of $20 for the cost of higher prices gas was excessive. The trip charge should have been enough to cover the extra gas costs. The trip charge used to be $125 from Davenport... Now it is $150 from Waterloo.I am glad they offer to mail filters etc. out to customers, but that doesnt mean we all know how to change something.... Such as a tank membrane.And, since we only get our system looked at once annually we had to ask that everything get looked over and flushed, whereas before they would look at our past service records and ask if we wanted the same (filters changed, lines flushed, system looked at and reset if needed, tank bladder checked and refilled, and any additional service as needed).Plus the service dates are kind of odd days and times ... Not exactly easy to work around when you work.

    Great service. Love that I can prepay monthly for new filter changes including the cost for the technician to come change it a couple months beforehand. Technicians always arrive on time! Love my filtration system.

    I had Nic as a plumber and he fixed our kitchen sink leak and put in a new garbage disposal. Rain soft was on top of communication, courtesy and flexible. Got a free estimate first and final total was really close to estimate. Highly recommended.
