Shawn was brilliant right from our first interaction. He made me comfortable about not being physically present at the time of inspection (I live 4 hrs away) and also guided me on the various tests to be performed. He was very patient in dealing with various scheduling issues and professional throughout.After the inspection Shawn spent over 30 mins walking me through his findings, the red flags as well as maintenance items to keep a track of. Highly recommend Shawn and look forward to availing his services on a recurring basis

I have nothing but great things to say about Shawn and Elite Home Inspections. I called last minute to get a home inspection done and Shawn was able to get into the home this past Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He provided me with a thorough and honest report. I am a first time home buyer and he talked/walked me through everything and advised me on what to do. For example, I needed to get a plumber in the house to give me an estimate regarding some serious issues found and he gave me a number to call and the plumber was there within the hour. I was very impressed. I felt confident in his work, knowledge, and advice he provided. Thank you, Shawn!

When it came time to order an inspection on our potential new house, I was referred to Elite Home Inspections and was not disappointed. Shawn was great. Laid back guy, really tells you what is necessary when it comes to the home inspection. Very thorough and a great price for a big home. Full inspection report was detailed and emailed right to me that night. Took the time to go through the entire house with me at the end to give me a summary and a few of his own thoughts.
