On two weekends on each side of a holiday and with family staying with us from out of town, our water heater went out--then went out again. Both times, Youngs was able to send out a tech--first to get me back up and running for a few days, and then again to install a new water heater. The techs were professional and fast, the customer service was responsive, and the work was great. My in-laws were appreciative of the hot shower!

Furnace stopped working on a cold Saturday morning. Called for service and technician arrived in 20 minutes. Diagnosed problem and ordered the new blower motor which was not available locally. Was told that it would be in on Monday or Tuesday. New motor was installed Tuesday afternoon to complete the repair. Very satisfied with the prompt and professional service.

Tech contacted me 10 minutes into the two hour availability window and arrived within just a few minutes after confirming that I was home. Showed up in clean attire even though it was an afternoon appointment, addressed me with courtesy and professionalism, and handled the problem I had (leaking bathtub faucet) in less than 20 minutes. 10/10 communication, service, and attitude. This is the first time I’ve had to use Young but it will not be the last, they will be my go-to as a homeowner moving forward for projects and repairs that exceed my ability.

I was so pleased and impressed with Young Plumbing. When I called to schedule a service call for my central air during a heat wave I fully expected to have to wait, at least, a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they could have someone there within 2 hours! And, whats more, they actually did show up within 2 hours! Tim was very kind and explained things to me in terms I could understand and went the extra mile in diagnosing the problem. Fast, professional and accurate service, just what you want when dealing with any issue in your home. I highly recommend Young Plumbing.

I left a message over the weekend and was contacted on Monday morning. I set an appointment for Friday between 1 and 3 pm. I received a phone call around 10 a.m. and the plumber was there in about 15 minutes. My situation was not as bad as I thought it took about 5 minutes and he was finished. I will definitely contact them in the future and will also recommend them to friends.

I had requested a check for my hot water heating system installed two years ago. The service man came on time or a little early. He clarified what service wS requested and indicated he would do an initial assessment the leave to secure the appropriate tune-up kit. He was prompt, careful to ask about removing shoes, and completed the task carefully and efficiently. He showed parts that were replaced evidencing wear then set the thermostat as I requested.Young is a company I have used many years. This serviceman was exemplary and a great addition to an already great company...5 stars in my book.

We had a lot of extra circumstances around our need for a furnace and A/C that were related to my daughters disability, Stacy at Young’s went above and beyond to make sure we had what was necessary for the installation to go smoothly, even when we had to delay the process for circumstances beyond our control. Once we were able to move forward, they were here on just a few days notice and the 2 guys who installed everything were extremely thorough and quick and explained everything we needed to know. I was so impressed with how great this business was to work with and they have gained lifetime customers!

We noticed last night that water heater was leaking and we knew it had bit the dust. The issues also caused a leak at one of our valves. I called Young this morning, which I picked because I liked that they had up front pricing listed on their website. They were kind, responsive, and managed to squeeze me in today so the leak could be stopped. The two men who came to fix it were very kind, and explained everything in a clear way. I did not feel like there was any persuasion to upsell me to spending more money. That was important to me- I dislike companies that feel like they are more concerned about the upsale than the customer relationship. There ended up being a small issue with the new pipe and I called to let them know. They were back in less than 30 minutes to get it all fixed up.Really, I am genuinely impressed and wish more businesses operated like this. Well definitely be using them for any future needs.

The guys were great and were out within the hour of me calling. They were not able to fix right away but we had yo wait for the city to come out to mark the shut off in the yard. The guys were not able to shut water off at the street so they had to arrange for the pipe freezing team to try and stop the water flow in order to replace the bad valve. Very friendly bunch of technicians and they kept me informed every step of the way. Great Job

Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year(-5F) which was a Saturday. We called Young P&H and they had a tech out in 45 minutes. He confirmed our furnace was toast. Gave us some heaters to use until the installation team could get there later that week. The installation guys did a great job getting us up and running. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and professional. They left the work area cleaner than it was when they showed up. Ive used Young P&H for years and will continue to do so moving forward.

He handled it professionally, sprayed them and was very through explaining how I could clean out the bird’s nest in my exhaust pipe once the hornets were gone. I was capable of doing this and resolved the issue. He also offered to come back if I needed more assistance.

We had been experiencing problems with our new thermostat, basically since it was installed last year. When Dustin arrived at our home last week, my wife was on top of telling him all about the WiFi connection issues that had plagued and persisted since the installation. She described how, when she was walking laps around the house after her knee surgery, she noticed that the thermostat would reboot periodically all day long and that it was constantly connecting, disconnecting and then rebooting. Dustin agreed when she said that those issues didn’t seem right. He quickly assessed the situation and determined that it needed to be replaced, called to find one, picked it up and installed it. We have not had any issues since the installation of the new thermostat. He was very efficient and effective in addressing our issue and seemed very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful in getting the app installed on my phone and connecting to the system. We couldn’t be happier with the speed and efficiency of this service person and the outcome of this service call.

Had issues with my old HVAC system back in January (about 3 months ago) and they showed up quick and fixed the issue even though I hadn’t used them in the past.Fast forward to today and since my existing system was 22 years old I had it replaced. Back when I asked for a quote when the old system had a problem, I got one within a few hours and it’s for a name brand Trane furnace and AC unit. On install day, they quickly removed and installed the new unit plus they’ll handle any rebates that are available with my utility company.Based on my great experience with them, I‘ll use them again.

Not only great price and brand water heater installation, nice people and extremely accommodating when I had an emergency. Called ahead as promised, did a great, clean installation, removed the old one(and the box) and delivered on their promises. I would absolutely call Young Plumbing and Heating again for other work!2nd job, months later. Called them with a big AC problem. They worked with us to fix it, even when they could probably have sold us an unnecessary new system. Always courteous, their workers were clean and respectful of our home. And our AC is renewed and working great. Trust these guys, they are the real deal.

The system was original to the house from the late 1990’s and they serviced it to keep it running for the last two years; cautioning me that it was on “it’s last legs”! This was the year to replace when it failed again. The new system works wonderfully and the new Wi-Fi thermostat is great for when I travel. I can finally put my worries to rest thanks to their great work! I highly recommend Young Plumbing and Heating!
