Isaac was able to come out to my house after hours for a plumbing issue. Was a very nice young man! He was quick to respond back to me, was quick getting to me and was quick at getting the job done, efficiently! Pricing was also quite reasonable given the situation and that it was after hours. You never realize how precious it is to have a working kitchen sink until it doesn’t work anymore. Last week our sink backed up and would very slowly drain. Like it would take hours. We tried waiting it out. We tried various methods to get it unclogged. Today we finally had enough and called around, most places couldn’t come out until next week. Gibsons heating and plumbing said they could have someone out today and we were pleasantly surprised to see them show up about 30 minutes after I initially called. Leonardo and his coworker spent a few hours using some sort of jetter system to flush our pipe out until it finally was fully cleaned out. They were both extremely friendly and professional. Pricing was up front and fair. They even made sure to clean up the floor after and but everything back the way it was. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have a working sink again!! And if we ever have issues in the future, I know exactly who to call.

We moved into a lake cottage and had no idea how to manage the well, water softener, and rural sewer pump systems. For $95 Gibson’s sent out a plumbing expert who explained each of the home’s plumbing systems, including winterization tips. He explained what it might cost to replace individual components, and offered a service plan that saves us some $$. Joe answered all of our questions, and is the second Gibson‘s employee we’ve met in-person. Gibsons people seem to be hired for their expertise as well as their honesty and friendliness. We feel like Gibson’s will take good care of us, and the $95 we spent today was worth every penny!

Patrick Boyd was my installation team, Mgr. He was extremely impressive from beginning to the end. Prompt arrival time. Took measures to ensure that there was no mess between living space and working area. Probably installed and cleaned up inside and outside the home before leaving. He explained general furnace maintenance for the following year and what to check for in six months. I would recommend Patrick and Gibsons for a positive experience. A++

We were very impressed with the service we received from Dayton! He showed up within hours of calling and after deciding to replace our water heater, he was able to install it the next day! He was very respectful and great at communicating each step! We loved working with him and would be happy to use him or Gibsons again! When we had to replace our hvac system, we met with several local companies to receive quotes and learn more about them. That was 3* years ago and not only did the unit they installed in our 120 year old house vastly improve our comfort and quality of life (which we didn’t think would be possible without redoing /adding duct work) but their service and all interactions with their techs has been amazing (including Austin today!).

Adolfo was extremely knowledgeable and professional, we had to get a second opinion because we didn’t believe the first plumber sent out by a different company, had our best interests in mind. Adolfo came in and fixed the problem right away. He was very courteous and above all helpful with every step. This guy seriously needs a raise because he is a key asset to his company. Although I’m not looking forward to having another plumbing issue, I definitely look forward to doing business with him again. Quick and wonderful service from the dispatcher to the service tech. Blake arrived and quickly diagnosed the possible problem with the water heater and fuse box. (The breaker should have been 30 amp not the installed 20). He offered me 2 estimates (depending on what the coil looked like) and quickly drained the water heater, examined the coil, installed the proper sized breaker and had the hot water heater up and running in a short amount of time!

Jason was very thorough in his approach even though he was not able to smell the odor I described. He checked everything but when he checked the venting, he noticed he couldnt hear the toilet flush very well. There was attic access to the vent. Jason went into the attic and discovered that the vent dead ended in the attic and the pipe through the roof was an old disconnected vent. He removed the old vent and connected the new vent through the roof, tested to hear the toilet flush and said he actually felt the air rush as well. Im more than happy with his persistence in discovering the actual problem and correcting it. Thank You, Bill Paquette.

Unfortunately, I had a clog in my main line. They were very professional & there were no hidden costs or fees. I called Gibsons because they had visited my place of employment several months ago. They were great then as well! I told the guy if I ever needed any service at my personal property I would be reaching out. Well, that call happened today and that same technician showed up with the jetted truck.Jason, the first tech that arrived, explained the pros and cons of snaking vs jetting along with the cost. There are so many potential risks involved with hydro jetting, especially when done by inexperienced plumbers. I knew I was in good hands and opted for the jet service. In considering cost, I did keep in mind that the equipment and expertise are both incredibly valuable. While Gibsons may be a little higher priced, the value is worth it.

Mike from Gibson’s was awesome!!! I called about a flood that was coming from my kids bathroom - he found the problem and it had a simple solution that I could fix myself. He walked me through what to do and was so helpful. While he was here, I mentioned that I was going to eventually need a new sump pump and battery back up. He took a look, gave me a quote, and got it all done and installed in just a few hours! I had no idea he would be able to do it same day!! He was nice and polite and very helpful! I will be calling Gibson’s back soon for my heating and cooling maintenance as well.

They were even able to save the sidewalk slabs that needed to be pulled up to dig, so we wont need to have any sidewalk re-poured. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had Gibsons come out for a blocked main line last week. Adolfo came out and tried to snake it but was unsuccessful due to the abundance of tree roots in my line in multiple sections. They suggested I get the line jetted as it would clear all the roots in the pipe. Adolfo and Richard came out and jetted the line and were able to clear everything out to the main. I mean every inch of the pipe was spotless without roots. They then did the root treatment to help kill and prevent. I can honestly say Adolfo and Richard were awesome to work with and I couldnt recommend them more. Adolfo was very easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. I woke up at 1:00 AM and my furnace was not working it was 60 degrees in my home and the thermostat is set at 68. I called the number on their site they took my information because there wasn’t someone that could do a service call in my area. They called before the promise time of 8:00 to get a technician out and put us right on the schedule because there was a technician in the area. We have two small children and they made sure to get the problem resolved in a short amount of time. While there we asked questions about a quote to get out AC unit replaced. Their lovely technician Ashley found that when the furnace was installed it was not wired correctly she quickly fixed the issue, and the AC unit does infact work, and runs as it should! Our thermostat went out yesterday and we called dispatch to open a ticket letting them know we have no heat.We didn’t hear back, so we called again this morning and dispatch said there is no one on call this weekend for any emergency services and that the office will call us Monday. We give Gibson the benefit of the doubt that this is a dispatch training problem not a company problem, but we have no way to call them directly. Using Google review as a way for them to see.Once it’s fixed we’ll update the review accordingly.

Very happy here!March 2024 - Austin came to investigate a plumbing stoppage. Unfortunately, my older home has a few quirks, like no clean out that could be found. He tried for an hour but could not get to the stoppage. So, they will give me an estimate to intall a clean out. Thank you Austin for your effort and for your friendly, professional service.February 2024 - Taylor Miller conducted an annual furnace inspection at my home in accordance with the maintenance plan with Gibsons. He was friendly and professional. He changed the filter which he had stocked on his truck. In all, the inspection took only a couple of hours, and when he was finished he thoughtfully turned off the basement lights for me. Nice! Taylor demonstrated the usual care and professionalism I have come to expect from Gibsons Heating and Plumbing.May 2022 - I was worried after finding a spot of water in the basement below where I thought the toilet was. With family coming in June, I wanted any problems taken care of ahead of that visit. Jason checked and determined there was no leak - good news! While he was here, he took time to answer some questions about my plumbing, and provided a quote for future work. Thanks again, Jason!February - Jason was here today for an annual inspection and maintenance of my furnace, water softener, hot water heater and plumbing. I got a call about 20 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way - very appreciated! He thoroughly inspected the furnace, tested the water quality, and plumbing throughout the house, asking me if I had any concerns. I got a complete report of everything that was done. I am very happy with the service he provided.October - Today Nick replaced the last outdoor faucet. Now I dont have to worry about freezing weather and a burst pipe. He also adjusted the temperature on the hot water heater installed a few weeks ago, and adjusted the shower faucet to allow more hot water flow. I am completely happy with the service Nick provided. I highly recommend him and Gibsons. I will continue to rely on them for all my plumbing, AC and furnace maintenance.September - Nick is a gem! He installed a new stainless steel hot water heater and a new high efficiency water softener. He replaced the water line to an outdoor faucet and the faucet itself, and added a water cutoff so I can drain it for freezing weather. I know I am set for winter. He was on time and worked through the day to get all that work done. He answered all my questions and left the work area clean. I am very happy with Nicks work and with Gibsons. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing, heating and AC needs.

I choose Gibsons to replace my aging GEO after obtaining a total of three different bids. Price was a factor but not the most important one. Dave was my first contact and sold me on choosing Gibsons. He came prepared, spent the most time, answered all of my questions, and didnt oversell. Shane and the rest of the install crew did a great job despite some unexpected bumps (not of their making). Communication was great during and after the project. I would highly recommend Gibsons.
