Flatpack picked up a sideboard from Ballard Design at Tysons Corner and delivered it to our home. The customer service experience was terrific. The pick up was scheduled within 48 hours and the truck arrived within the time frame quoted. But most importantly, the delivery foreman was outstanding. I wish I had gotten his name, as he deserves a promotion!

Carlos did an amazing job assembling our patio heater. We had ordered a new one because a previous one that was assembled for us by a handyman looked very crooked. We decided to hire FlatPack since they specialize in assembly to assemble our new heater, and Im so glad we did. Carlos was next level professional. He even had some kind of special leveling tool to make sure everything came out just perfect. And then... he fixed our old heater and straightened it out for us. We are so pleased, and I will definitely use FlatPack Assembly & Delivery for any future purchases that I need to have assembled.

Beyond satisfied! Im So glad I contacted these guys to install my Dads Pergola. Not only did they come prepared with the necessary tools for the job, they were on time, worked in extreme temperatures and without complaining. We tried to make them as comfortable as possible but the two of them were more focused on doing the job right and to OUR level of satisfaction. Even though the. pergola company did not send all of the hardware (not Flatpack Assemblys fault) as this was a preordered item, they wrote a damaged report so that the company would conveniently without hassle send the missing pieces. They even came back out with minimal costs of course to install them once they arrived and a mosquito netting which was an addition. Great job Flatpack Assembly. Thank you.

I was referred by a friend and now my mom may be using their services for her long distance move she is planning to make. If youre reading this, youre likely in search of a reliable, friendly and affordable mover or assemblage company - and you found it. FlatPack Assembly & Delivery saved the day for me as I was planning to move furniture from DC to Maryland - from my desk in Colorado. Dave was a joy to speak with - and in no time, an email was sent to confirm date/time and rate - which by the way was far lower than the market. Theres just no reason to go anywhere else. Trey from Flatpack Assembly was right on time for our scheduled appointment. He set up his work space in our entry room and assembled a 58 TV console with shelves and doors. He did so in good time and helped us to put it in place in our living room. Above and beyond, he also took the time to help us hook all the cables back up. TV working and console is a great improvement over the old one. Some very happy customers here in DC.You wont be sorry that you called these folks!

I have used Flatpack Assembly and Delivery twice. The first time was to assemble a bed from Ikea. The second time a wardrobe from Wayfair. Both times the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. He even took the boxes to dispose of them when we he was done. The hardest part was getting an appointment, but once that was done it was smooth sailing. I will definitely use them again .

Wow - these guys were incredible! Professional, organized (need to be with 360 pieces for one ikea dresser!), methodical, polite and put the desks, dresser and chairs together perfectly. Bonus - they also take away all the cardboard boxes! Communication was thorough and easy. Priced right and do an exceptional job. Would use them again. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Flat Pack Delivery. My chairs were supposed to be delivered on a Monday and the store where they were did not open until 10 am; so when the delivery came at 9:15 am I was surprised and thrilled. The delivery man said he called the store on the Sunday before to get the chairs early so he could deliver them to me early. Now that is customer service!!

I used Flatpack to assemble a natural gas Weber grill. When it was delivered in 93 pieces I nearly lost my mind. In less than one day - on a weekend - they showed up on time and were amazing. It took a long time but they did an excellent job for a VERY reasonable price. The tech also had a good sense of humor given my state of mind which also helped. I could not recommend them more to anyone needing to assemble or work with any kind of grill.

Trey was terrific. He was spot on time, and came with a truck FULL of tools. He was clearly experienced and knew his stuff, and was very precise and careful with everything in my home. He had two pieces of IKEA furniture put together in very little time, and they are rock solid. I highly recommend this company to anyone. The service, scheduling and work are superb. I will not hesitate to call on them again when I need furniture assembly assistance.

Flatpack Assembly did a superb job on the jobs I hired them to do: disassemble an Ikea queen bed, assemble a platform bed, hang an 84 rod and curtains, and assemble a file cabinet. Trae was thorough, precise and very professional. Im hiring them to hang another curtain rod and assemble more furniture. Flatpack was reasonably priced (flat rate rather than hourly) and it was absolutely the *best* of any service Ive ever used in 40 years of hiring service providers. Top notch.
