I had a pipe break that essentially made the kitchen unusable until it was repaired. I called JH Plumbing at 10:30 this morning and they were able to squeeze me in the same day! Evan was very nice and explained the issue to me clearly. He also did me a big favor by taking extra time out of his day to add some much needed valves under the sink. I will definitely be calling JH next time I need plumbing help!

JH Plumbing is nothing short of a god-sent. I am so thankful I came to them and sought out a second opinion. Not only did they fix work done by a previous plumber that wasn’t up to code, they let me know my pipes were salvageable after a plumber tried to get me to re-pipe my entire house.They were honest, trustworthy, fast and extremely fair in pricing. Additionally, the communication was perfect.Hopefully I won’t need any work for a while but I have such peace of mind knowing I have an excellent resource when I need it.Thank you for all your hard work!

Woke up to find water rising in the basement. Apparently, so was half of the city. JH Plumbing was the only place to say theyd put me on their list and call once they were on their way. About an hour later, they called me and suggested that I call the city. After 3 of their other visits they noticed that every one had the same issue - storm drain blockage causing basement water retention. They also told me that if the city wasnt going to intervene to let them know and they will still come out. After calling the city and getting no help, I called JH Plumbing back and made them aware. They (and every other plumber in the area) were swamped with calls for basement clear-outs. Unfortunately, they said the appointment would have to push out to Monday (all this took place on a Friday), but Id have the first appointment slot. I was surprised to receive a call later that Friday evening. They asked me if I was going to be home around 9 am Saturday, and that they can stop by to help. That took a lot of stress off my shoulders. They showed up on time, were friendly & personable. Within an hour the storm drain blockage was cleared and things were returning to normal. It really felt like a friend came over to lend a hand, rather than someone I had just met for the first time. Fair prices and professionalism. This is the first number Im calling for any plumbing needs going forward. This is probably the longest review Ive written, but I had to give the full story. I wish I could do more to express my gratitude. Good people. Thank you!!!

J.H. Plumbing, specifically Bailey and Evan, came out this morning due to my hot water not shutting off in my bathtub, along with a few other issues. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and educate me about the leak behind my shower wall. Bailey and Evan were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very safe with them in my home being an elderly woman. I have always used J.H. Plumbing Inc and have never had a a problem after they have fixed plumbing issues and greatly appreciate their knowledge and efficiency. I always recommend J.H. to anyone who needs a plumber!

Bailey was very polite and got the job done without any issues. Can’t give 5 stars though because he showed up ~2 hours late from a previous job (and didn’t communicate this to me, I had to call and check) and the cost to unclog my sink was more expensive than I was hoping ($229)

I had experienced a leak from my ceiling from my upper bathroom into my family room. The service was prompted, professional and most importantly HONEST. I’m big on treating the customer fairly, he could have cut a hole in my ceiling first to problem solve the issue but didn’t. Would recommend to others.

I can not praise them enough. I called panicking because I was told by a different company that I had no clean out and that I would need to dig up my back yard and replace 10ft of pipe because there were roots in the pipe.The receptionist was so sweet even though my phone kept breaking up and she had to repeat herself about million different times, she had me send a video of the previous scope over to have them review it, I got a call back explaining what they thought and why they thought it.Then JH plumbing came out, found the clean out, scoped a before and after of cleaning out the roots. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, what he saw on the camera, and why it was there. He took his time and did an amazing job. I will only use them in the future!

When we called about a basement issue we had yesterday, they were here bright and early this morning to get it handled. J&H Plumbing came in and not only fixed our issue within the hour, but they were also very kind and courteous. J.H. Plumbing showed up, their equipment was top of the line, they made sure that they left it cleaner then when the arrived. The covered all of the details and options, they explained the cause, fixed the issue and when I got the bill it was way less, then expected. After I paid them, I new they earned their money so I gave them an extra $50 because when you get treated as good as they did, you want to be at the top of the list if there is an another repair. Great Job!!
