    After my grandmother had a stroke we needed a quick turnaround on a bathroom renovation to make her home life more comfortable and safe. Greg was able to fit us into the schedule only about a month out, he answered any questions we had about the materials we wanted to order, and when we ran into multiple problems with the materials as they arrived (it happens with every reno) he was there to resolve them without delaying the project. Ashley, who was on-site every day handling the bulk of the labor, was quick to adapt when surprises were uncovered during demo (it happens with every reno), and his work was fast, clean, and thorough. Dont hesitate to reach out to Preferred Enterprises for your needs, we certainly recommend them as a trusted local contractor.

    The guys tore down the ceiling, cleaned everything up, brought everything in put it back up young man who was doing most of the work was did a great job of keeping everything clean. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again

    I had an old floor taken up in my kitchen and laundry room and new put on. Also had a new toilet installed. I was very happy with Greg for telling me of any issues that were not foreseen and letting me choose what should be done. I am very happy with the work that was done! He and Austin were very polite and professional. I will use them again and will recommend them to other people.June

    Our church had a pipe freeze and break in our social hall. We called Preferred, Greg and his partner responded very quickly, got the water shut off, identified the problem and called with a report. We had a funeral scheduled at the church the following day and panicking that we would not be able to serve the meal afterwards at the church. Greg and his team got the burst pipe repaired and did a complete cleanup so we could have the funeral and meal at the church. Greg and his team did an awesome job working directly with our insurance agent and giving them a complete report on what needed to be done to get all the water damage repaired. The list of repairs were many:1. 2 bathrooms that needed to have drywall replaced, newvanities and toilets installed.2. All ceiling tiles replaced in the dinning, kitchen andbackroom replaced.3. Replaced our old outdated lighting with new LEDlighting.4. Replaced sub flooring in printer and kitchen and installed newvinyl plank flooring.5. Paint and trim in all our rooms.Everyone at church was so pleased with the quality of work performed as well as the professionalism of the workers. They stayed within budget and got the job done in a timely manner.I would definitely call Preferred Enterprises to do work at my home, knowing that I could trust them to give a fair and accurate estimate of all work, and stick to that budget.

    Had a tree fall on our house and we called Preferred Enterprises, they were there that night to cover the damage that the tree made. We then had them make the repairs to our house and they did a wonderful job. Greg handled all of the correspondence with the insurance company which was a tremendous help. They did great work and were very professional.

    Strongly recommend Preferred Enterprises. My mother in law passed away and we had major water damage happen to the house. We ended up having the Insurance company cover the damage. It was a very stressful situation and Greg Clopp handled my home and our Insurance company with ease. He made the whole process so much lighter for me. They went above and beyond to help us empty the house and fix all the damage including new pluming, new boiler, electric, drywall, floors, roof work, heating, new windows, and more. They took over in making the calls with the insurance guys so that I wouldnt have to be the middle man. He has a lot of connections and was able to find someone to empty the house and do some landscaping. Very trustworthy company and they are willing to help with everything they can. I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of home needs you have, they do it all!

    The guys at Preferred installed siding, soffit and new windows at my house, and completed other miscellaneous tasks, all of which were done on time and professionally. They were clean and courteous and worked hard every day. Highly recommend.

    Greg and Jerry are great to work with! Had to get some things done at my dad’s house after his passing. During a very stressful time these guys made it happen perfectly and I will forever be grateful!!!

    John Mack was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing. He was not able to fix the outside sensor light as the light itself is old and no longer functions as it should, so this will be replaced down the road. I would recommend this business

    Preferred did one big project for us, a total remodel of a bathroom that included all new wiring, plumbing, drywalling for the ceiling and walls, new flooring and all new fixtures. They also did 2 different smaller jobs for us. We originally chose them because they came in with a fair price (they were just about in the middle of the people we had bid), but mainly because we liked and trusted Jerry, now one of the owners of Preferred. All the guys Jerry and Greg have on their team that worked on these projects for us were very knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful and friendly. Preferred does great work. In the event that something does go wrong, as did happen with the big project, Preferred stands behind their work and makes things right. Jerry and Greg are honest and fair. Preferred will probably not be the cheapest option for a project but they will work with you to give you the result you are looking for.

    Preferred Enterprises just finished a kitchen renovation for me. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my home. Once the job began they were there each day until it was completed. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Their employees they sent were skillful and knowledgable of the work they were doing. Mary, in the office, was pleasant and helpful each and every time I called. I would highly recommend them and definitely would hire them again.

    I cannot say enough about Greg and the crew at Preferred Enterprises. This past February, I was bringing my mother home from kidney removal surgery, and opened the door to the entire first floor flooded from a burst pipe. I asked several people from the area, and they all said the same thing: Preferred Enterprises. They were able to come out the next day and got to work right away. They are experts in not only remediation and remodel, but also helped us to navigate the ups and downs of dealing with insurance. They handled the project from start to finish, including water damage remediation, demo, asbestos testing and removal, renovation, plumbing, electrical, and so much more.
