Tim from TJM was fantastic! I asked for a quote to move an existing water heater for some work I was having done. I received it quickly with a home visit. The work was explained and reviewed as well as any potential changes that may impact the quote once the work was underway. The scheduling process was easy, I received professional automated texts when he was on his way and the work was done timely, without deviation from the quote. We looked at the work and he was able to answer all the questions I had. Great experience, would recommend he and his team without hesitation!!!

My experience with TJM was terrific from start to finish. Tim and his crew are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price I paid was fair and reasonable for the job and the amount of time it took. Unlike other companies, these guys actually answer their phone; I called two other plumbers before I found TJM and neither called me back. I was actually able to speak to someone when I called, and I was able to get an appointment within two days. The second time I called with a more urgent issue, and they were able to come out that same day. It means a lot to have a contractor I can rely on when issues happen. I recently had a leak that damaged my kitchen ceiling and so I called TJM Plumbing & Heating to figure out what was causing the damage. They promptly responded to my call and I was impressed with their careful process of elimination before it was determined the source of the problem - a tiny hole in a heating pipe to the second floor radiator. As in previous instances I was extremely pleased with their services, skills, and professionalism. I highly recommend TJM Plumbing & Heating to others. For me, I will continue to call them if I have any other future plumbing needs.

I called TJM plumbing on a Monday morning and spoke to someone about replacing a section of a sewer pipe in the basement. They checked their scheduling and called right back to say that they can have someone come out an hour later to take a look and give an estimate. Their price seemed fair so they proceeded to do work immediately after. They cut out about 10 feet of cast iron pipe and replaced it in kind with a new cast iron pipe. They worked very quickly and did a great job.They were very professional and did a very good job. They made sure to run water to test the pipe and it all held without any leaks. I would definitely call them back if I need any more plumbing work in the future.

Needed to have a new gas stove installed, which included disconnecting an old one, and connecting a new one. Setting up a time was simple and easy, and the guys that came were professional, and did a great job. The communication between the dispatcher and guys he had was phenomenal, confirming we already had the stove delivered, and they showed up early during their time window. Well definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Tim Meuse installed a new gas hot water boiler and hot water heater this week. While it’s at the end of our heating system , I’m sure we’ll be using it soon. The owner, Tim, came out on a Friday afternoon after short notice to repair two leaking boilers in my basement (one of which is a steam boiler). After fixing the problem I had called for, TJM also checked the pressuretrol and cleaned the pigtail on the steam boiler which was an added bonus. The work was done very efficiently. One of the circulators in my boiler stopped working so I called TJM. They were able to come the same day, they already had the spare part just in case they needed it, fixed the circulator, flushed the system, tested the heat, and left in no time.10/10 will use again
