In November 2024, Falite Brothers in Wakefield installed a new air conditioner unit to replace our 19-year-old one.We have had Falite service our old a/c for about the past 17 years. We have been happy with their service through the years and when it was time to replace the old unit, we hired Falite.The whole process went smoothly and the responsiveness of all that were involved was impressive. We first met with the John the Sales Manager who helped in selecting the unit to be installed and promptly provided us with an estimate. Sue from Billing was very helpful in guiding us through the electronic process of accepting the estimate and the process to make deposit payment. Matt the Installation Manager kept in contact with us to plan installation dates. He was always quick to respond to our questions and so very helpful.On the day of installation, we were very pleased with Jim, Andrew and Armando. We couldnt have asked for a more impressive crew. It was a hard job, carrying the air handler up and into the attic and working in not very comfortable attic conditions, along with the outside work installing the condenser and making sure everything was hooked up and went well. They were diligent and thorough in their work and attentive to our questions during the process. They were truly professional and most pleasant and respectful workers we have met.We were very pleased with Jim, Andrew and Armando. I have been using their A/C system maintenance plan for a long time. This year the process did not go as smoothly as I would have liked. Some miscommunication perhaps. Albert is one of their service managers and he reached out to me and solved my issue professionally and quickly. Appreciate his help. An A/C system is more complicated than I would have thought and certainly more expensive than I would have expected to maintain but in the end if you keep asking questions and allow them to answer they are great people to work with.

I have been a long time customer of Falite Bros HVAC contractors . My unit is very old and sits on a roof deck. Recently, the system stopped working during the middle of the winter. The response from the office was great. Within two hours the technician , Jared, arrived and was able to temporally fix the system. He was professional, understood my concerns and provided a temporary resolution for a major problem. The office staff are great (they answer their phone). Very personal service. I would highly recommend Falite Bros.

From start to finish, Falite established themselves as a highly professional and well run operation. They initially sent an experienced Representative to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. He then came back with an installer to be sure everything was appropriate to proceed. Two installers came to do the work. Both were extremely professional, polite and considerate. When they encountered an unknown obstacle they just worked through it. It took a bit longer but there was NO additional charge. While they were doing the install they were visited by their supervisor and the Representative who gave the estimate, to be sure things were proceeding well. After the job was done they cleaned up and moved everything back into place as I requested. Finally, they provided me with the paperwork necessary for me to receive a $2750 rebate, which I did get. Does this sound professional? It certainly was. And the price was on par or less than several others. The one thing I cannot know is whether the unit will perform as expected over the long run, but I have every reason to believe the work they did was top notch.

After just purchasing my home, I was pretty upset to learn/realize it needed a whole new hvac system pretty much immediately. I was quoted by a few other companies and Falite Bros was the most reasonably priced, responsive to my 100s of questions , and attentive. They quickly and efficiently installed my new heat pump system during a pretty bad heat wave (my unit was in an outdoor closet) without any complaint. Frequently checking in with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work during the process.After installation, dealing with mass save was a whole other issue. Falite Bros kept in contact with me and assisted me throughout that whole ordeal. They ended up fixing mass saves error for me so I could put that headache and frustration finally behind me. Every person I interacted with from John in sales, the technicians, and to Sue in the office went above and beyond. They actually care about us customers and our satisfaction, which you can’t say you see very often anymore.

I personally request Trevor for any issue regarding my system he is always extremely professional and knowledgeable, our heat or cooling going out is always very stressful but he always has a way to fix our problem as an immediate fix or a temporary fix that will be solved a few days later I highly recommend him and falitie for there efficient and quick service as well as there very educated technicians

Had to replace my unit in my condo, so I got in touch with Falite Bros. Inc to do the work. From setting the appointment to getting the estimate and the installation all was great. Once they had the unit installed they realized what caused the issue in the first place which was an out dated part. They replaced the out dated part and I had ac again. They did a fantastic job ,not 1 complaint.

My A/C broke (condenser/compressor). My HVAC guy had retired, so I called several businesses - none but Falite Bros were responsive. John and his buddy diagnosed the problem the next day, quoted me two options for repair and gave me a repair appointment on the spot. For the repair work, John was punctual, and all work was completed professionally. The new unit works great, better than any previous one. I dont get to say this often, but this team was fantastic.

Hi all, so I have a nest system at my house (also highly recommend). Saturday night when it was in the teens, by far the coldest night of the year, my house felt particularly cold, but it typically does when it’s colder outside and windy. I turned my thermostats up saw they clicked on and never paid much attention to it. I crawled into bed and bundled up. At about 1:30am I get an email saying my house temperature has dropped 4 degrees in the past few hours, and according to the thermostat it should have got warmer. At first I think it’s a spam email because it was saying do you need service? But then I thought about how cold it was and looked at the email again and it said it was from Nest. So, I go down to my basement to find the email was correct my gas furnace is not firing. I start trying to trouble shoot it on my own, checking simple things before I give up and start reaching out to places. I reached out to Falite Bros at about 3:45 am on a Sunday morning and around 4 am ray was on the phone with me walking me through getting it up and running until I can get someone out to replace the parts. If that’s not the best customer service I’ve experienced I don’t know what is. I highly recommend them.

Falite took a job to replace a complete HVAC system in my condo that not every company would take on because its a P.I.T.A. building with awkward accesses, such as having to use a 10-foot ladder to get into the kitchen ceiling where the air handler sits. They stuck to their quoted price even though the job took two days instead of one due to the tough accesses plus a heat wave. What I am most grateful for, however, is that when a tech accidentally damaged an appliance in the kitchen while up on the ladder, the install team rushed to have Falites insurance department take care of everything, didnt bill me for the job until the appliance was fixed, and gave me a 5-year service contract for free when pandemic-related backorders meant getting the replacement part took a while. Nice guys on both the install and admin sides (Joe, Al, Matt, Dan, Brian), and so far, six months in, everything is working smoothly.

Matt Adams handled my HVAC installation and he did a fabulous job. I live in Beacon Hill which made this project more complex. He worked with me to find creative ways to install the system while meeting the requirements of the architectural commission. I recommend the Mitsubishi floor units for city dwellers in historic homes. They blend in better( somewhat similar to a radiator). Falite sometimes offers promotions on their HVAC systems. I highly recommend Falite!

You won’t be disappointed, I had a leak because my system was over pressured by another company. Everyone was unavailable and I was stressed because of water damage occurring. Jared Zolubos came in the same day I called and they were the only ones available in the Middlesex county. Mixed bag for review....On one hand they did correct my refrigeration problem on the same piece of equipment that they serviced last year. Cleaned my condenser and added freon...same as last year. I give it four stars now and I will change it to five stars next summer after I start using it and dont run into any problems. John Mclellan and the whole crew were very professional. Communication between employees, John and myself was excellent. When the crew came to install the air conditioner, they new exactly what they had to do.

From the person who answers the phone to the technicians Who maintains and fix my HVAC units I have nothing but good things to say. Have used them for quite sometime now and this is my first review. Wildly expensive for a 40min house call that didn’t even solve the issue... hard to recommend other than the guys seemed nice enough. They don’t set the prices though.Update 7/23/20: So I’m giving Falite Bro’s another twirl, why, because they have won me over with their commitment to both rectifying my 1st experience with them and remedying my current problem. My AC condenser is fried and needs to be fixed/replaced. They have come up with several service options and are working closely with me on prices and availability. As a LL I’m dealing with my tenants inability to stay current with their rent. Falite Bros., (JW) is working with me on an affordable solution. A rebuilt condenser and accompanying warranty may be just the option needed at this particularly stressful time. I belive they will be a solid partner in this process. I will return for a final update once we agree on the ultimate cost and the work has been completed to my satisfaction. - BGR

John Bunn, Falite Brothers service technician and is apprentice were very professional during their recent onsite visit to my home. Johns experience and knowledge were apparent as he diagnosed the root cause and properly resolved my AC issue. John was very personable and took the time to educate me on my home HVAC system. I appreciate the skill level, honesty and thoroughness I received from my service call. I will place Falite Brothers at the top of my list for any future HVAC home service and or maintenance needs.
