I was anxious about putting a new water filtration system in my new condo. I was impressed how Phil, the JLB Plumbing & Mechanical technician, quickly and efficiently installed the Kind Water System, and explained how it worked to me. The new filtrations system looked like a work of art given how Phil used many copper elbows and straight copper pipe to make the filtration system operable. Given the installation had many potential leak points, it didnt leak because he tested it several times as I watched. I would recommend JLB Plumbing & Mechanical for any plumbing needs. Technician Phil is a credit to the JLB Plumbing & Mechanical company.

Exceptional Water Heater and Pressure Tank Installation Experience.I recently had a water heater and pressure tank installed by JLB Plumbing & Mechanical on 12/05/2024, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We’re so happy to have found this company! They are so knowledgable, professional, and personable. We’ve dealt with the owner, Joe, Kevin, and Phil and they are all wonderful. Phil replaced a leaking baseboard heater in our old house and was on time, friendly, and did a great job.We discovered that our main water shutoff valve was leaking recently, on a Sunday. We left a message and Joe called us back right away. He arranged for the city to turn off the water at the street the next day and Phil came right away and replaced the valve. Can’t ask for better service.We find the prices very reasonable and the service top notch. Great company!!

Phil came by at the end of the day on a hot summer Friday to help me with a mysterious leak coming from an enclosed area. He worked really hard to find the source, promptly fixed it, and checked to make sure all was well. He was personable, conscientious, and knowledgeable, and he gave me peace of mind for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

My central air conditioning unit, after 22 years stopped working at the end of last summer. Finding a company to replace my old unit was taxing. I had 4 companies come out to give me a quote on a new system. I chose JLB Plumbing and Mechanical. Kevin, their technician, came out to my home to look over the system that was currently in my home. I liked Kevin immediately. His Personality, confidence, and knowledge helped me choose JLB. The quote for my new system wasn’t the least expensive nor was it the most expensive. My system was replaced in 2 days time. Kevin and his co workers were lovely- they left my yard and home clean of all materials that were removed and packaging from the new system. My new system is up and running. Kevin told me I can contact him if I have any questions or concerns in the future.

We had a furnace issue that required us to shut off our heat unexpectedly one morning in December. I got connected to JLB through a friend and they were able to come out within a few hours. Our technician Kevin was super helpful and great at communicating technical issues to a layperson such as myself. Kevin was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and get our heat going again during that visit. We will never go elsewhere again for HVAC; I highly recommend JLB.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called to ask for plumbing assistance with a leak. Kevin called me to say he would be arriving outside my appointment window as he was tied up on a previous job, and then called again when he was on his way. He traced the original source of my leak, even though it was somewhat removed from the stain on the wall that had caused me to call them. Kevin was very polite and courteous throughout his visit and kept me informed about his progress. When he had completed the leak repair and cleaned up he even asked me if there was anything else he could do to help us. I highly recommend JLB and I will certainly call them in future with any plumbing or HVAC needs.
