We had water coming into our basement from a drain and contacted the city of Chicago regarding the water in our basement. We wondered if the city main sewer was clogged, or if we needed to repair our main sewer pipe. Yesterday evening, the city water department came out and informed us that the issue was with our main sewer pipe. Now were thinking how much will this cost and how long will it take to fix.At 9pm, wanting to shop locally (60630) I sent a message to Roots Be Gone and I got a response within the hour. They had a crew out today and resolved our problem by 1pm. Wow amazing.Great response time, the work was done in a timely fashion,at a reasonable price and the crew was fantastic. Hands down the best solution to all plumbing problems! Had a clogged drain line to the street. Roots in several locations blocked the flow almost completely. The drain line cleaning tool/machine owned by Roots Be Gone is revolutionary and returned our entire length of pipe to 100% flow with zero evidence of roots. Completely cleaned the inside of the pipe. They also fixed multiple other plumbing challenges in our house as renovations continued. Fast, professional, at the right price!

My main line ejector failed during a fall rain storm and I had flooding in my basement. I was able to get a plumber out to my house the next day and the team was quick and helpful. Ive used Roots Be Gone for my sump pump earlier this spring and will continue to utilize them as my GO-TO plumbers

Very good service and problem solved! We had a dead Emerald Ash near our storm sewer line and in heavy rains it the water backed up because the line was fill with old roots. Their new tool did the trick and we no longer have any issues.Lisle, IL

We needed a drain for our hair salon and Brian and his team came by and installed it for us. We were so pleased with how efficient and fast they worked to get it done for us! The drain is working great and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest company to come out and do work for them.There is no doubt we will use them in the future for other projects when we need them done.

I cant say enough about Roots Be Gone.Our slow moving water from the laundry room to the street was getting worse. My wife saw a home nearby with a Jetter machine in the driveway.She contacted them and about our problem and they came over the same day.The machine was much more effective than traditional rodding and the results were have been great. It cost more than traditional rooter service but well worth the investment.I expect many years of maintenance free drainage issues.I highly recommend for tree roots.5 stars!
