Great store overall. I was very excited for this new Container Store to open in Ashburn, I do have to say that it seems to be smaller, or emptier, and maybe lacking more products than the Tysons location.Service can be pretty slow as well, there always seems to be someone taking their sweet time at the cash register which can be attributed to slow systems or just issues with coupons, this has happened pretty consistently even at random times in the day.Their selection of kitchen and in-home storage goods is great and they also have a great selection of small gifts.Besides the slower than expected service, the staff is always SUPER friendly and very helpful. Very glad that this shop is here.

This store is awesome, and yes, this is a real place! Theyve got containers for every situation and today was no exception as Bavi from the front desk was very quick to point out to me exactly the right products for my specifications, and she even tested them right then and there to allieviate my concerns- thats above and beyond! Its a joy and a treat to shop here, Ill have to come by more often.

Great location, the staff are extremely helpful, especially Hanna and her service dog, along with Juan they know how to work together and under pressure, most of these stores are under staffed and overwhelm with orders, but these guys took care of business.

✍️Purchased elfa custom closets as part of extensive renovation project last year. All things custom made are expensive but my experience and opinion is that custom made products yield higher satisfaction because best quality materials are used, superior quality craftsmanship is in custom services and outstanding design consultation brings your vision to life. That is what distinguishes custom products from ordinary off the shelf products.Elfa designed closet systems fit and finish are visibly outstanding. Closet systems delivered on time and installation was efficient and flawless.

The store is filled with so many amazing things that I cant afford 🤣🤣🤣 literally had a container for anything! The store was clean, beautifully designed, and had so many things to choose from. Definitely an organizers dream come true. I didnt purchase anything, but it was fun to browse.

I have use Container Stores Elfa system to build 2 garage spaces and 2 closests. I love the Elfa system. I use the older tech and its good. I think the newer system is even better. I installed the systems myself and got help from my friend for a few of the pieces. Overall, easy to install, great design and you get good quality for complete custom spaces.

I am a HUGE fan of The Container Stores Elfa closet system -- I have slowly updated all of my closets because Elfa is so versatile, easy to adjust, etc. That said, Im not here to review Elfa! Im here to review the customer service of the wonderful people who work at/with The Container Store, and specifically at this location. They seem to really care about finding you the best fit!We recently had the owners closet in our new home replaced with Elfa. I had already partially designed the space, but we came in and worked with a designer to finalize it. The designer spent a lot of time walking through things with us and helping us modify according to our needs. He also helped ensure we were able to save as much as possible with the coupons and deals we had access to. We drove to the store last week to pick up the components, and their team were really quick at getting everything in the car -- just barely! -- they must play Tetris in their free time!From experience, I knew I wanted an installer -- not that Elfa is hard to install, but its a LOT of pieces to sort through for a large closet, and 4 hours of a professional installers time would take me days... the installer (3rd party) was GREAT -- he identified early on that there had been a mix-up in the colors we ordered (heads up that platinum and graphite look VERY similar!), so we actually had a few components in the incorrect color. We were also missing a few pieces. He called it in and the stores manager immediately called me to resolve the issue, and kept me updated throughout the day.We had PACKED the car with components, so it didnt surprise me that there were a few errors -- despite their very thorough process, mistakes happen! They offered various options for swapping the pieces, and reminded me that the install cost came with additional visits, as necessary.While the best kind of review is probably the kind that describes a flawless experience, I think its nice to acknowledge how businesses react when mistakes happen. I was really impressed with the customer service -- you can tell they really care about their customers and about getting things right when the inevitable human error creeps in!

I like the new location for this store, next to the Best Buy. There is more parking here for than the previous location and getting in and out is easier too.The store is similar to the other location and finding things are easier. Staff is helpful as ever!I like the selection of products this store carris and am able to find most of the things that I am shopping for.Also a good place to find one of a kind unique products that you wish for but are not able to find it anywhere.

While the prices are a bit high I do love this place. Any type of container you need for an organizing her home improvement project you can find here. I live about two hours away and every time Im in the area I come to the container store. they also have some good organic cleaning products and their alpha shelving system is totally customizable and really good. the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. however I do recommend going to the back of the building and parking in the back that way you have closer access to your car and you do not have to go up and down the stairs

We always love to browse at all the handy stuff that the store stocks. The staff are courteous and friendly and super helpful. It moved from across the street a month ago. Free parking in front, and easy access from Route 7. The only negative is the shortage of cashier at times, especially on weekends.

Great store for all of your container needs. However, they are low on in-stock items. The store doesnt just specialize in containers. They also have items for organization. A lot of the items are spontaneous buys so be careful. This store is 100 times more potent than target lol.

Beautiful new store - very spacious. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I also like that they have standard household items around on display so you can, for example, see if canned goods will fit on a particular shelf or container.

If you would like even the most mundane items in your home to sparkle with refinement, please come here. On my last shopping trip I bought sock clips and an ergonomic chair, if that gives you any idea of the span of items you can find here.

This is part one for my review of my big purchase. I am working on making a small bedroom into a master closet so I signed up for a virtual consultation to see what kind of ideas I can entertain. Joanna C was my consultant for the session. She was friendly, knowledgeable, insightful, funny, and very willing to figure ways to fit my budget. I was very satisfied with the final version after an hour of discussion. Much appreciation to Joanna for all her help and effort in making my project come true! Next review will focus on the installation and overall impression of the Elfa system. Stay tuned.

Always finding cool stuff here. During the holidays, they have the best gift wrapping supplies. The paper is good quality, not the cheap kind that rips while youre wrapping. Gorgeous ribbons & tags & baked goods containers. Terrific ideas for stocking stuffers.

If youre looking for this place and you think you know where they are best to check again because they moved across the street from their old location. the day I went in there they were having troubles with their computers so things were a little backed up. They were nice and apologetic about it and eventually got everyone checked out. I think most of the people in there were just grumpy Tysons corner people who dont like to be delayed. Its got all the things youd expect from a container store but it seems just a little bit smaller than the old one.

Its nearly impossible to find one particular item, and employees dont have an idea either, so if you come and youve never been do expect to be looking for a while. There is a really large assortment of items though, so it is worth it. Parking is a bit odd and it can be difficult to access because the road its on is busy. The best place for quality travel containers, just be wary of anything being overpriced.

A pretty unique store and fun to roam around in. Imagine the kitchen and storage section of bed bath & beyond and then expand it to 10 times the size. Lots of stuff for home and office. Youre guaranteed to stumble upon something that you never knew you needed. If youve never been I would highly suggest checking it out. You can almost think of it as a mini Ikea minus the furniture and lighting.

⚜️Good evening ladies and gentlemen, workers and owners of this large container store,⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️I hope and pray that all goes well with you on this pleasant day earlier today. ⚜️I had a lovely and wonderful but productive visit arriving at your store on this beautiful sunny day from me. ⚜️I barely come to visit the store because its not my cup of tea at all, but more of my own dear but lovely close family member himself. ⚜️I find it interesting that she really likes this store.⚜️ The store members at my visit were more than happy to serve me without problems and I was very impressed, happy, happy and also asking for help. ⚜️Since I needed something and they were more than ever to serve me well. ⚜️I went in for an international lock for boxes and an employee found it for me in the store where she showed me with a beautiful smile indeed.⚜️I thanked her for her service and support and am went on my sweet, kind, loving joyful path to the checkout line itself. ⚜️She helped me at the checkout counter as usual and everything went smoothly. ⚜️Before I leave on a high note, here is my final parting of a classic French quote that describes my short experience with them. They have any type of packaging that is needed and small necessary items at an affordable price. Cleanliness and order is constant. Their employees are very professional and knowledgeable about what they offer, taking into account the clients wishes.
