    Had my kitchen done with Matt this Aug, the work was pretty good over all, especially with a lot of customization that we have requested. There were total three companies involved and Matt and his crew as the main contributors.Matt was very understandable and was able to make adjustments based on the specific circumstances that my house presents.The work was mostly clean, and the crew were professional.

    I wanted to share a great experience that we had with Dulles Kitchen and Bath. I’ve lived in my house in Vienna for 24 years and haven’t done a lot of remodeling and upgrading due to raising 5 kids. I decided this year to get 2 out of 3 bathrooms remodeled and couldn’t be happier. All the way through the process I was met with professionalism and great customer service. Johan helped me from the beginning with designing both bathrooms and did an amazing job helping me keep to my budget. Omer, the project manager, was always available and went above and beyond many times. The crew onsite was punctual and even worked on one bathroom while we were vacationing out of the country. From start to finish the experience was exceptional and I couldn’t be happier. Well done to a great team!

    I’m so happy with my new kitchen & bath! Cemmy designed the space to suit meet my needs, removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room to really open up the space. The update looks great as well! I’m not great at design and decorating, so he helped me with all the selections and paint colors. I love it! Omer handled the entire project as my single point of contact with the technicians, flooring and countertops installers. He also coordinated with Cemmy to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. They were both great to work with, and I highly recommend them!

    Dulles kitchen and bath just remodeled our complete kitchen and would highly recommend them. Johan the sale rep and Matt the onsite supervisor provided excellent and professional service. The quality of the material and craftsmanship is excellent. The crew, that came every day, to work on the kitchen were very professional and accommodating to make minor change we requested. Plan to use them to redo our bathroom also.

    We recently had Dulles Kitchen and Bath redo our 35 year old main bathroom. They did a wonderful job from design to installation. Their designer patiently worked with my wife and me to select the perfect tile and fixtures and incorporated our design ideas along with a new look shower that they suggested. The renovation crew were excellent, with great attention to detail and daily cleanup. Project management was always available to handle questions. Our new bathroom is simply beautiful.

Even when we made last minute changes to things he was always available to help. The design team started off by walking us step by step in the way we wanted it and offering suggestions but never being pushy. Great job all around. My only complaint is that they did such a wonderful job on our kitchen I now want my bathroom redone!!

    We are thrilled with our new master bathroom! The team turned a former dining room into a large bathroom-laundry room. The team expertly designed the gorgeous tile work, modernized our electrical, water and sewer lines, and kept the worksite tidy and clean every day. They were a joy to work with.     Excellent experience! We had a bar built and the Dulles team were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything was done on time and on budget. Great company. The tradesmen who did the carpentry, masonry, electrical and plumbing were very sharp. Not a single thing was troublesome. Highly recommend.

    We wanted to say thank you to the team at Dulles Kitchen and Bath in Vienna. They just finished the remodel of our bathroom from tub to walk-in shower and new floor. The team did a great job and it took a week. The materials are beautiful, Ayden helped us pick out our tile without any spousal disagreement. Our project manager, Omer, kept things moving and was great at answering all of our questions. Wilson and his team did great work installing and making the whole process painless.     My kitchen renovation with Dulles Kitchen & Bath far exceeded my expectations. I worked with Johan and John, who were both amazing. I had a long list of things I wanted in my new kitchen, and Johan worked with me on the design and finishes to make sure I got everything I wanted within budget. My project manager John and the crew were also outstanding. John communicated with me regularly throughout the remodel, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. He always let me know what I could expect to be completed each day. During the remodel, Luis and crew were mindful of my two cats and treated my home with care. The entire remodel took only about two weeks! I could not be more pleased with the results. I still can’t believe how smooth this whole process was. I had such a positive experience I will be using them again for my bathroom remodel.

    Matt Altun, project manager at Dulles Kitchen and Bath in Vienna, gave us an estimate and a four week time frame, from start to finish, to renovate our kitchen. During our first meeting with Matt in our kitchen, he impressed with his knowledge of building codes. Within less than a week, he had drafted a design, we went to the show room and chose our materials and signed a contract. No pressure was applied, just efficiency on Matt’s part. Matt gave us options of various cabinet and tile colors and styles. He was like an artist laying out the various options. Matt then ordered and organized delivery of all materials and began work on time, as promised. The work crew, led by Wesley, consists of true professionals who take pride in their work. It was such a pleasure so see them accomplish the project seamlessly. Matt came regularly to cheer them on and to keep us abreast of the progress. The work crew came on time daily and cleaned up before leaving in the evenings. When needed, they stayed late and even worked a Saturday (due to snow closure one day) to keep within the schedule. Four weeks later and within budget, our kitchen is complete. It’s beautiful and feels solid and sturdy, thanks to quality products and quality workmanship. I’m sorry we don’t need our bathrooms renovated. Would love to work with Dulles Kitchen and Bath again.

    Highly recommend and would absolutely use Dulles Kitchen and Bath again. They are the most responsive company our family has ever worked with. We did a complete kitchen overhaul and remodel, which involved removing walls and moving all plumbing. Patrick the designer and Joshua the project manager were incredibly responsive and communicative through every step of the project - and often worked with us after hours. As with any major remodel, questions and issues arise and both Patrick and Joshua listened and took care of any concern quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The crew, led by Javier, were all true professionals and did a great job. Given our horrible experience on a bathroom project a few years ago with another local competing firm we were skeptical going into this renovation. Dulles Kitchen and Bath delivered. On time.     DK&B did a complete renovation on my 1951 original bathroom and it came out absolutely beautiful! I had a picture to show them of what I wanted; and they worked closely with me over the project to get everything just right. In an old house, you never know what you will find when you tear out the walls and their team went to work cleaning up and rerouting a complicated mess of plumbing under the floor. There were many unexpected twists and turns and throughout they were top professionals both in their work and demeanor. Always good natured and helpful and wanting to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction as well as done correctly. If you are considering a major renovation project like mine and nervous about who to put your trust and money in, I highly recommend DK&B.

    Our hall bathroom remodel has been wonderful and completed in 2 weeks! I sourced the materials myself and hired Dulles Kitchen & Bath to oversee the work. Sourcing your own materials is not an easy task, but its an option. Dulles Kitchen & Bath offers their own design/sourcing services as well, which may be a better option for some. The contractor for the project, Adonis Osario & his team, have done outstanding work on all facets of the bathroom remodel. Adonis has been here every day, on time (within a timeframe), has been very professional and EXTREMELY hard working. Our project manager, Matt Bidgood, has also been a big help in terms of answering questions and sharing his opinion on design/material decisions, etc... I highly recommend this team!

    We recently worked with the Vienna location of Dulles Kitchen and Bath to remodel our kitchen. The project involved tearing down walls, relocating appliances, and a complete redesign of the space to make the kitchen more open and functional. The project also included remodeling the mudroom and laundry room next to the kitchen. We worked with Patrick who was our kitchen designer and Matt who was our project manager, along with their on-site construction crew.Patrick was an exceptional kitchen designer and absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very attentive to our requirements, was always enthusiastic to discuss ideas, and was very patient if we changed our minds. He had many aesthetic, practical, and functional ideas, which we truly appreciated.Matt managed the project very well and made sure everything was completed as per design and schedule. He was always available to answer any questions and stayed on top of the many moving components of a kitchen remodel project - cabinets, countertops, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc. just to name a few. He was able to troubleshoot any issues that were uncovered and made sure everything was completed to code and to our satisfaction.In addition, Luis and the construction crew of Dulles Kitchen and Bath had great attention to detail and did high quality work. They worked diligently, were always on time, kept the area clean, and handled everything with care. They worked late or on weekends if needed to make sure the project stayed on schedule. We were very impressed with the high quality of their work, attention to detail, and how they stayed on schedule.All in all, we had a great experience working with the staff and crew of Dulles Kitchen and Bath. My only constructive feedback will be for the owner of Dulles Kitchen and Bath at the Vienna location to be polite and respectful to his customers. But don’t let that hold you back as you mostly interact with his crew - the kitchen designer, the project manager, and the on-site construction crew, who are absolutely top notch.The Vienna showroom of Dulles Kitchen and Bath is very well stocked, bright, and inviting with lot of functional and design ideas on display. They are a one-stop shop for kitchen remodeling and offer excellent service at very competitive pricing.All in all, I am a very happy customer and recommend Dulles Kitchen and Bath highly to anyone who maybe thinking of taking up a kitchen remodel project.

    Working with Dulles Kitchen & Bath was a truly excellent experience. This was truly the best home improvement experience Ive ever had by far. We did 2.5 baths at the same time, so it was a big project.Cemmy was an excellent designer who had great vision and ideas. He came out to our house twice - once to plan and once for detailed measurements. He also spent several hours with us choosing tile, flooring, countertops, and finishings. He also put a lot of time into sending and validating recommendations for paint colors, lighting and other fixtures.Matt did an outstanding job managing the project. He kept us in the loop on decisions large and small and made sure we were really happy with every detail.Alfonso and his crew were talented, reliable, and considerate. We had a consistent crew for the entire (nearly two month) project and they showed up every day and even worked Saturdays to move things along.The project was completed on time and at a very fair price, and the results are beautiful. There were no hidden costs. We did one electrical upgrade that was recommended, but it was optional.I highly recommend Dulles Kitchen & Bath and would use them again in a heartbeat.

    We worked with Dulles Kitchen and Bath on two separate projects on our 1970s townhome, a major remodel of the master bathroom and later for the powder room. Johan and Matt were the initial consultants for the two projects, and Matt was the project manager on both. They, as well as the two teams doing the day-to-day work, were great from consultation to completion of the project. My experience with most contractors in this area have ranged between bad and worse, between lack of timeliness, shoddy workmanship, low quality materials, and taking advantage on pricing by nickel-and-diming on every miniscule thing they find. I can safely say that working with Dulles Kitchen and Bath was the exact opposite of all those experiences. While no project is perfect, they worked with us to quickly resolve the inevitable issues that come up. They have a great selection of materials and customization for remodeling, Matt was on-site every day to make sure everything was going smoothly, the pricing is fair, and they are willing to work cooperatively with you from beginning to end to make sure you are happy with the final product. The bottom line is: we were so happy with the work they did on the first project that we hired them again, and obviously would highly recommend for anyone else looking to remodel their home.

    We were lucky enough to connect with Johan from Dulles Kitchen and Bath and we hit the jackpot. Hes the perfect mix of guiding you and respecting your style. He listened to what we wanted and incorporated it into our design. This sounds trivial but his customer service skills are extraordinary. He was responsive, empathetic and a problem solver. He certainly made the process much easier for us and when we hit bumps, he always handled them well. Issues always come up, its how people handle them that really show you who they are. We would highly recommend Johan to everyone and everyone. We also live in a townhouse and he worked with us without a ton of upselling realizing that we love our home but its not our forever home.If youve met someone that says no problem by default but never follows through? This is NOT Johan. If he says no problem it happens.Second part of the review... Jose. I have never in my life met someone with such attention to detail. Jose is clearly super experienced and will also tell you when he doesnt agree with what you are doing, which is a trait I respect. Using no sparingly, means its worth listening when someone says it.Both Johan and Jose handled issues SO well it really was as painless as a remodel can be.

Dulles Kitchen and Bath turned my outdated kitchen into a modern, inviting space that I love spending time in. Throughout the entire remodel, Ramin (the project manager) and his team were professional, paid attention to the littlest detail, and truly understood my vision for the space. They offered valuable design insights that enhanced the overall functionality and aesthetics of the space. The craftsmanship was top-notch. Everything from the cabinetry to the countertops to the lighting and backsplash is not only beautiful but is also very well constructed. The team really paid close attention to the smallest details and it really shows in the end result. And the team worked together very effectively together and communicated with me throughout the project with regular updates and a clear timeline.     The team at Dulles Kitchen and Bath was truly amazing. We were looking for someone who would be able to help us from start to finish. It seemed that many of the contractors we found were only experts in one area or another. We moved into our home in December of 2017. The house was built in 1992 and the bathroom was carpeted and the toilet was not framed in. There was also a huge Jacuzzi tub typical of that time.Bob is the design man on the team. We explained our desire to have the toilet framed in, for a two person shower and heated tile floor. Within a week we were meeting Bob at the design center where he showed us the drawings he had come up with. Next, we picked out the tile, cabinets etc. We actually were able to select everything in 1 ½ hours.For the next stage we met with the project manager, Sinan. Sinan was our single point of contact and kept everything moving along smoothly. We started the project in the mid-January and had the project completed by mid-March. I typically like to do my own work, but as the project unfolded I realized that it could take me a year to do the project myself. It required removing the entire bathroom floor, pulling circuits from the basement, a new custom shower floor, and all new plumbing.Nelson and crew were the workers for the project. They too were amazing. Nelson worked with the permit inspectors and made sure everything was done well and to standard. I would definitely use them again. The project stayed very close to on budget with just a few bumps due to some of our changes.If we were to do it over again we would’ve placed the light switch on the inside of the toilet space and we might’ve picked a different tub because the tub we picked based on its size is made of fiberglass and I’d prefer porcelain. The one thing I did do was fill the void in the bottom of the tub with insulation to keep the water warmer longer.Lastly, I was unhappy that our water pressure was terrible on the faucets. I procrastinated for months and finally got the nerve to call. Sinan came out the next day, come to find out the aerator was filled with crud possibly from our water heater. It was a simple fix that I could’ve done myself, yet Sinan didn’t complain. This was the one thing keeping me back from giving them this review.We couldn’t ask for a better team from start to finish. The project moved quickly (less the five days we went without power from a storm) and stayed on track. The budget strayed very little and they were very easy to work with and resolved our concerns and issues quickly. Communication was excellent. I think we picked the best company for the project and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

    We highly recommend Dulles Kitchen and Bath. This was our first kitchen renovation and we couldnt be happier. During this process we evaluated three companies and one of the major reasons we went with Dulles, besides our confidence and comfort level with Ali, was because they do it all. From the hardwood floors, cabinets, countertops, lighting, appliance installation and more. This was very valuable to us because we could have one point of contact for everything. Ali was awesome and patient during the design process which we made several changes. He was extremely quick to respond to emails and questions we had. Ali came to our house and offered suggestions on design and next we went to the showroom to pick our cabinets. He even gave us a cabinet door to drive out to their countertop distributor in Sterling to help us make our final color pick as we placed against full size Quartz slabs. If you are thinking of a renovation look no further. The installation crew led by Firuz was great and respected our home and wishes. They stayed in constant communication, completed the job on time and even handled an unexpected sub floor issue. They handled all permits and appointments with county inspectors and had a detailed installation and renovation schedule. Over two months later and both Firuz and Ali have checked in to see how we are enjoying our kitchen. We cant speak highly enough about them and we love our new kitchen!

The Master Bath remodel was pretty complicated and included building a fully sealed custom steam shower with a digital control panel. As a first-time homeowner, I was concerned about making the steam shower as water/vapor-proof as possible to prevent mold from growing behind the tile. DK&B went out of their way to add extra vaporpoofing to make me feel confident about the remodel, and didn’t even charge any additional fees!I highly recommend them to anyone in the DMV area looking to remodel their bathroom, and would hire them again in the future.

    We could not be happier with our entire experience with Dulles Kitchen & Bath. We have done a couple of other major projects and several smaller renovations on our house over the years, all of which went well, and our experience with DKB was the best of them all from start to finish.Our house was built in 1972, and our kitchen hadn’t had a significant renovation since it was built. Our vision was to transform our main level, which consisted of a small, congested galley kitchen and separate dining and living rooms, into a seamless modern, open concept floorplan that combined all three rooms. This entailed removing all of the interior walls on that level of the house, relocating a door between the kitchen and the garage, and relocating the sink, stove, and refrigerator.The designer and owner, Johan, was a pleasure to work with. He promptly came to our house for the initial meeting, attentively listened to our concerns with our old kitchen and desires for our new kitchen, and within a week had a preliminary design for us to review. The 3D CAD computer model that he showed us allowed us to walk through his design virtually and really helped us to visualize what the finished product could and would look like. The design he presented us incorporated all of the functional elements we asked for in a very stylish, appealing manner with a keen attention to detail. Johan willingly accommodated a few adjustments we decided to make as we changed our mind on a couple of things to get to the final design. Unlike some of the companies we interviewed, Johan did all of this without any upfront fees.At contract signing, we agreed on a start date, and Johan committed to completing the job in 25 days after starting. About a week prior to the start, Johan came back to our house to introduce the onsite project manager, Sinan, to us and familiarize Sinan with the job. At 8:00 on the start date, Sinan and his crew arrived and worked six days a week until the project was finished. Sinan proactively communicated the plan to us, kept his crew on track throughout the project, and was very helpful and responsive in answering our questions. The crew expertly went about their work and skillfully addressed each of the challenges that came with working on a house that is nearly 50 years old. They were friendly and very considerate of the fact that we were living in the house during the project. They were conscientious about controlling the dust and cleaning up at the end of each day. Because of Sinan’s attention during the project, the punch list at the end was short and consisted only of minor items, and 25 days after starting the project, we moved back into our new kitchen.Throughout the experience, we found ourselves repeatedly thinking, “this is the way all renovation jobs should be handled”. Johan, Sinan, and their crew were knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and personable from beginning to end. Without hesitation, we would hire them again for any future kitchen or bath project.

    I just wanted to thank Dulles Kitchen & Bath, Vienna location, and their crew with whom we worked - Patrick K., Matt, Alfonso for a job well done. Everything went so smoothly and their workmanship is FANTASTIC.We had 2 bathrooms remodeled and have only GREAT things to say. Patrick K worked with me initially on materials and build out plans. He was easy to work with and very accomodating. I was very particular about my choices of materials. Their estimate was 10K less than a competors down the street and they kept to this throughout. The crew headed by Alfonso was meticulous in their workmanship as well as cleaning up each day, arriving daily on time even on the weekends and finishing the master BR redo and powder room in 3.5 weeks! They went above and beyond fixing several issues that developed in another room due to the construction. (i.e. the ceiling paint in our DR chipped and nail heads were sticking out; they replastered the ceiling and painted it and also did a few other repairs unrelated to their construction in that room as well!) Matt oversaw the work and also was extremely easy to work with, helpful and available on a daily basis to oversee the workers. Overall the experience was great and our BR looks fantastic!     Dulles Kitchen and Bath completely remodeled my master bathroom in a timely fashion. I am very happy with how beautiful it looks. Note that if the tile is being delivered to your house by another delivery service and not Dulles and it is a significant amount the driver may not be able to place it where you want. We had to help him move the tile up the driveway-not a problem for us but keep it in mind. I was bummed that the soaking tub was fiberglass but honestly it is beautiful. If you select illumirror LED mirrors there has to be a 5” clearance between the sink or fixtures and the sensor on the mirror in order for it to work properly. I had to do a lot of digging online to find out that is why the lights weren’t working correctly. The guys spent a lot of time getting them to work but were wonderful. One minor issue was found during our inspection that I need to reach back to Dulles about but nothing major. Overall very happy!!!

We decided to go with this place because they were reasonably priced and we were very happy with the vast selection of options for the kitchen. Johan came out to give us an estimate and he was there every step of the way after. As for the guys who completed the work, Rothnny and Valentin did the majority of the work and they were amazing! They worked so hard to get things done. Out of all the bids we received, Johan was the only one who kept his word on timing. He came to our house on a Saturday and told us the design and proposal would be ready the next Saturday at his showroom. We went to the showroom and he had everything ready for us. All other companies took a week or two longer than they promised, and some obviously didn’t remember some of the things we wanted or didn’t want, because their designs were not reflective of what we were looking for. These guys are genuine, they care, and they go out of their way to help and anticipate your needs. Johan was always very responsive via email and phone when we needed him or had some questions. He was never pushy or impatient.The crew that came out to install our kitchen was fantastic! Rothnny and Val were detailed, conscientious, and meticulous in their work. We felt comfortable having them in our home for a month and really appreciated their approachability and openness to discussing project details. They really thought through all the details, which is not always the case with many contractors. Sinan, the project manager, is a good guy. He was always courteous and helpful.     We used Dulles Kitchen and Bath to perform a partial renovation of one bathroom (vanity, sink, countertop, faucet, medicine chest, towel bar, and lighting), and to add a decorative tile sink backsplash to a second bathroom. Other bath and kitchen renovators would not even talk to us because we were not doing a total renovation. They told us to go to a big box store, however we wanted to deal with a vendor who would take total responsibility for the job. Dulles treated us as though we were doing a much bigger renovation.Ben Nowlin, our salesperson, was very helpful in selecting the various items we needed, and pricing out various options. The work crew, managed by project manager Firuz Z., completed the work very quickly, and clearly wanted to please us. There were two minor issues which remained to be addressed when the work was completed, and they were resolved the very next day. We were very pleased with the final product.

    I have never used a remodeling company before so this was my first experience and I’m glad to say it was a success! I am very pleased with the results of my kitchen and bathroom, which had to be completely gutted. I found they do all types of remodeling and are not limited to kitchens and baths so I will be calling them again for the rest of my condo. I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate my last minute changes and customization requests. I had some reservations at first because the building where I live is an older one but they took their time and were very careful and still finished rather quickly.     My wife and I were almost ready to sign on with another contractor for our kitchen remodel, but decided to check out Dulles Kitchen and Bath just for completeness sake. Were glad we did! Their designer came up with the best design wed seen yet from the several suggested by the various contractors wed interviewed. They werent the cheapest bid, but they were far from the most expensive as well.Throughout the process, DKBs management and employees were unfailingly polite and attentive to our questions and requests. There were some minor communication issues, but they were quickly resolved, and the one time there was a communication issue which caused a small amount of work to be redone a different way, DKB redid it graciously and without any attempt to pass the cost onto us. That incident exemplified our experience with them -- they were clearly focused on providing a great customer experience.The work was not 100% perfect, and I took away 1 star to reflect that fact. We had to call them back a couple of times to correct some issues; that said, they came out quickly and addressed them without complaint. We also fixed a few issues ourselves, but Im confident that if we had brought them up, DKB would have handled them as well. And even if the work wasnt perfect, it was quite good, and for such a large job (involving tearing down a load-bearing wall and rerouting gas and plumbing, among many other things) expecting perfection would be unrealistic.We are very happy with our new kitchen and are grateful to DKB for being so easy to work with and attending so carefully to our needs. My car had a flat tire and don’t expect a refund but they need to be more mindful of that. Second, I paid a lot for aesthetics of my fireplace but it still feels undone (missing a mantle) I feel like I overpaid for that. I asked for one for the price but was brushed off.

    We had DKB do a complete remodel of our master bath. We almost doubled the size by removing one wall and adding another and took it down to the studs. It took a bit longer than planned (about six weeks) but the work was excellent and the new bath looks great.     We love our renovated kitchen! We give Dulles Kitchen and Bath the top rating without reservations. We’re happy for several reasons. We expected that renovating our 1986, builder-grade kitchen would be a horrible imposition on our life. But it wasn’t. That was because the staff at Dulles Kitchen and Bath collaborated with us on a series of detailed plans that captured our design ideas and preferences perfectly. Then their construction crew implemented the plans carefully and accurately, without unnecessary noise or impact on our life. And it all happened more quickly than we expected.Our renovation was a floor-to-ceiling make over. Our floor was upgraded from linoleum to black matte porcelain tile. We replaced all our old oak-colored, builder-grade cabinets with beautiful, white cabinets made of birch wood. We added a peninsula, and we replaced all our old builder-grade countertops with 3CM gray quartz countertops. We upgraded to a large stainless steel farmhouse sink with a stainless steel apron. We added a dramatic backsplash of black and white subway tiles. We added bright, white ceiling lights and bright, white under-cabinet lights. The Dulles Kitchen and Bath crew did all of this carefully and expertly.Finally, very important to us, the project was predictable. For example, it followed its schedule, and people worked at reasonable hours and showed up and left when they said they would. Patrick was our superb designer. Sosa was the skillful construction crew leader. And Matt was our good-natured, capable, management bridge between the construction crew and our contract administrators. It was always easy for us to communicate with this team about the state of the project.

    Basically got an entire first floor renovation that included the kitchen, 2 sets of stairs, big window installation, flooring, and lighting. I solicited bids from three contractors. DKB won on price and complete service offering. For instance, their bid did not require us to independently find cabinets or temporarily move large furniture out of the house, unlike the other bids. They did a fabulous job, including with the installation of a large window and a raised bar that we requested be made of burmese-teak wood. Some photos of our kitchen attached. Two final kickers that more than warrant their 5 star review: (1) subtle selections of good taste; (2) action regarding a warranty issue. Regarding (1), I strongly recommend working with Ali. There are 1000 decisions that go into a kitchen or other remodel, and having someone with a good sense of taste is really an essential part of the process that you do not always get with contractors. Ali was terrific for those subtle, recurring decisions that require good taste. Regarding (2), we noticed after a couple of months after we sent them our last payment that they accidentally left some of our outside wall exposed, requiring us to contact them for a warranty claim. They patched the wall quickly, which is appreciated and goes to the integrity of the company generally. They did a great job at a great price, and we love our new kitchen and first floor!One constructive suggestion though, I think that they need a special notes section in their contract. The only communication that will be read by those making the contract and those implementing the contract is the contract. If you have a special ask that does not typically go in the contract (e.g., pullout shelving placed in an atypical array), that idea is unlikely to trickle to the person who actually implements what you were wanting. Any such miscommunication was corrected, but I felt like they were making thing hard on themselves by not having such a section.I would definitely use the company again for other remodeling! Great job, DKB!

    Working with Dulles Kitchen and Bath for the remodel of my guest bathroom was one of the best remodeling experiences I have ever had. It started with the designer Johan, who listened to my ideas and made suggestions based on his vast experience, and then provided a timely, detailed yet concise proposal. After a few minor clarifications, the contract was signed within a week, and then, amazingly, work began only 3 weeks later.The team assigned was headed by project manager Martese who proved to be reliable, professional and responsive when issues arose that required changes to the original plans (major drain pipes that had to be moved or worked around). But it was the team of two installers, headed by Carlos, who truly made this project go amazingly smoothly.Carlos is a superb professional craftsman, knowledgeable about all aspects of a building project--plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting, and tile setting. He and his brother were attentive to every detail, flexible as needed, and able to problem solve any minor issue that arose. And although this is a minor detail, they kept the work area and adjoining areas so clean with drop cloths, dust covers, etc, that every evening when they left for the day the house never looked like a major renovation was underway. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional.I will be remodeling another bathroom soon and will definitely be going back to DKB. They provide superb quality at a reasonable price and with a level of professional and concern that one rarely sees these days. I will recommend DKB to all of my friends, and appreciate that DKB never asked for a review. This glowing review is spontaneous and well-deserved.

    After 24 years my kitchen was in a urgent need of a remodel - from ceiling to floor and everything in-between.After discussing the project with four remodeling companies I select Dulles Kitchen and Bath and I am extremely glad that I did.First their price was very competitive.Their showroom was very nice with wide variety of examples of countertops, cabinets, tile, lighting, flooring, etc.Johan, the General Manager, was very helpful in helping me select the types of materials, the colors, and styles, etc.Matt, the project manager, came every day to oversee the work and make sure that there were no problems.Pedro and his assistants did excellent work. The work included adding recess lighting, repairing popcorn ceiling, removing wall paper and painting, installing new cabinets, new countertops, new flooring, updating the plumbing, and installing four new appliances. He even when above the requirements by patching and painting the ceiling in an adjacent hallway. He was very meticulous about his work.All discarded material, old appliances, cabinets, etc. was picked up within hours.The estimate for this work was for ten days, but all of the work was done in eight daysWork was timely, neat, and very well done. I would definitely recommend them.

    Dulles Kitchen and Bath remodeled my 1970’s era condo bathroom and did a beautiful job. I had the tub replaced by a walk-in shower as well as a new vanity, toilet and tile flooring installed. Although the bathroom is extremely tiny, it now looks much more spacious with a new, modern design and light colors. Alex was my project manager and was great to work with. He was very helpful and responsive through the whole renovation, and the guys that actually did the construction were professional and very neat. I really appreciated the way they kept the construction dust under control and left the work area tidied up at the end of every day. The whole project took just a bit over two weeks, and when they finished the entire project they removed all leftover construction supplies. If you are considering redoing a bathroom, I would encourage you to call Dulles Kitchen and Bath (and make sure to ask for Cemmy as your designer). This is a very professional company and I can tell you that I’m extremely pleased with their work.This is an update to my review from 2 months ago. I had my master bath remolded because it was original to 1973, but more importantly I had knee replacement surgery plus two patellar tendon repair surgeries not long after the knee replacement, so I really needed to get rid of the tub and have a walk-in shower installed. As I started using the shower I realized that the vertical grab bar by the shower doors was too far in ….it was placed close to the middle of the back wall of the shower. I needed to have the grab bar closer to the entrance to the shower to help keep me steady especially when stepping out of the shower. I called Alex at Dulles Kitchen&Bath (he was my project manager) and discussed this with him. I told him I would be fine with another grab bar being installed without removing the one that’s not in the right place and of course I’d pay for any and all costs. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from him. He seemed to feel, during our phone call, that it wouldn’t be a problem at add the additional grab bar. But the fact that he hasn’t gotten in touch with me about it is frustrating and quite disappointing. I still love my remodeled bathroom but wish the shower was safer for me at this point in my recovery from 3 knee surgeries.

    Dulles Kitchen and Bath does great work at a reasonable price. Visit their impressive showroom on Mill Street in Vienna to select tile and fixtures. The work was scheduled soon after our visit and completed exactly when promised.The work crew removed the old tile flooring in our hallway bathroom, repaired the subfloor, and installed new flooring tile and baseboards. Also, they replaced the old toilet. The work crew was professional and efficient. They were careful in removing the old tile and meticulous in installing the new tile. They kept us informed of progress, as well as small problems they solved along the way. The crew cleaned up each day and all debris was removed as part of the job.We will return to Dulles Kitchen and Bath for our next bath or kitchen job. We give them a high recommendation.
