    My experience with RoofER was probably one of the best interactions i have had with a company. RoofER rep Richie Riley was going through my neighborhood talking to people about roof replacement but i really wasnt in the mood to hear a sales pitch but I went ahead and listened to Richie. The guy was very genuine and i told him about my previous experience with my insurance company and he said he would make sure this was a smooth process and being a man of his word, it was extremely smooth from start to finish and in the end I paid my deductible and that was it. RoofER handle everything with my insurance company and i couldnt be happier with the results. Thanks RoofER and Richie and i would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

    After attempting to work with other roofing companies with, either poor follow-through or no desire to work with my insurer, Roof-ER got the job done. My experience began when Mattias caught me rushing out the door to an appointment. He was not pushy but offered his card and asked me to call at my convenience. He was willing to begin an inspection with my permission, which I granted. He followed up with his findings and we discussed a way forward. Mattias was extremely pleasant, honest and knowledgeable about his product. He was very sensitive to my time and was willing to meet me to assist with filing my insurance claim. He made another home visit to review and mark areas he wanted captured when the insurance company’s inspector came, then came the day of the inspection to be sure everything was captured. There was continued follow up with both me and my insurance company to move things along. It felt like a friend who cared about my success was helping me out, rather than a salesperson.     Jason Brown from Roofer provided a very thorough inspection of our roof after a recent hail storm. He clearly showed the damages to the roof, leaf guards, gutters and down spouts and worked with our insurance adjuster to get all damages approved for coverage of repairs. He was able to work with the insurance company to get all damages approved as they were not all approved initially. His explanations and pictures of damages when talking with the adjuster clarified damages which then got the remaining items approved for coverage.

    We highly recommend RoofER for their excellent communication, professionalism and quality of work. We had our roof replaced, as well as the replacement of 2 attic fans and a skylight. Communication beginning with Justin Wines in helping to submit our claim to the insurance company, Mike Rafter the project coordinator and Cadell Barnes the project manager, was always timely and excellent in coordinating the details for completion of the project.     My husband and I recently hired RoofER to repair our roof and put new shingles on our house after a hailstorm.     After many months of persistence and tenaciousness we have a newly sided house and a new roof and gutters! We could not be more thrilled with the entire process from end-to-end.     RoofER was great to work with and made the process very easy. I am a planner and researcher by nature, so when they knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection after a storm in my area, I almost declined. I let them inspect my roof while researching their reviews online and was impressed. They replaced my roof, gutters, down spouts, indoor drywall water damage, and all of my siding to include door & window trim. My house looks brand new and the process was incredibly smooth and at the right price. They helped us work with our insurance company to get the coverage for the storm damaged items and were very competitive with the upgrades we had chosen. Everyone we worked with was awesome but we wanted to call out Francis, Kris, Zach, Kyan, Ford, and the entire work crew for each portion of the project. There were many moving pieces and everyone was so professional and ensured the project progressed at the appropriate pace for high quality workmanship. Each area of the company was always super responsive every time I had a question; regardless if I chose to text, call, email, or whatever! Truly top notch! I personally never leave reviews; this company just really did impress my wife and I and we wanted to let everyone else know they are out there.

    The is a great company to work with, they do a really well job. They keep you updated on everything happening and they also make sure their clients needs are met.     I have a beautiful new roof thanks to the folks at Roof-ER !....and my insurance company.From my first contact with Justin, to the installation co-ordination with Cadell and the business aspects handled by Mike, I was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness with which the job was handled. They even did 95% of the co-ordination with my insurance company which was a bonus.As to the installation crew, these guys obviously took pride in their work and knew their trade well. Communication with the installation team was excellent.My endorsement of Roof-ER has to include the prior days staging of the material required to complete the job. They have a very impressive truck with a crane that was most entertaining to watch, as well as a most efficient way to get the material on the roof where it was destined to go.I highly recommend Roof-ER to anyone contemplating a roof replacement.

    RoofER did an exemplary job installing our new roof and hardieboard siding on our house. Mike was very helpful walking us through the various roofing options and patient when we decided to change the color and product for our siding. Melvin and the installation team were very fast and efficient for the installation as well. They noticed one of the rolls of aluminum flashing did not quite match the color we selected. They immediately brought it to our attention and found a more appropriate product that matched our original selection. They were also very thorough when inspecting the final product before signing off on the job as complete. I would definitely recommend their services.

    After we started noticing some water staining on the ceiling of our master bedroom (top floor) we had two separate contractors come out to give an assessment. The first was unable to locate a leak while spraying the roof with a hose (I climbed into the attic and was able to locate it within minutes the following rainfall). The second contractor barely got out of their vehicle, let alone inspect the actual roof. Both contractors offered a $700 patch job. My largest concern was going through the effort and expense only to have another leak appear down the road.When RoofER came out, they inspected the roof, took multiple pictures, and were able to present a clear case of storm/hail damage. They worked diligently with our insurance (and patiently with me) to get a full replacement approved. Even after the first adjuster reported findings of partial coverage, RoofER stuck to their guns and demanded a reinspection.Pre-install, we were presented with the options going forward and how they would compare regarding quality as well as expense to us.Lo and behold, while work was being completed, water damage was found on a completely separate part of our house and was handled appropriately!Shoutouts to Richie & Matt, we are very thankful for the services you provided!

    RoofER had done roof and siding work for other neighbors, and they came highly recommended from the beginning. We worked with Pat Robertson and Keith Ziemba for the majority of the process and they did a fantastic job of keeping us posted regarding the timeline and cost of the project (we had siding and roof done). Huge thanks to those guys for taking the lead on working with our insurance company to get everything squared away……I would have rather pulled my teeth out rather than work with insurance. The crews that showed up to perform the work were courteous, professional, and craftsman. Our finished siding and roof look fantastic (we changed siding color from tan to navy blue and it looks great) and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. If you’re on the fence about choosing a company to do your roof and/or siding, I’d definitely recommend RoofER.

    From the day Patrick knocked on my door and said I can help you get your roof replaced by your insurance company because of a local hail storm. I had others in the past try to get claims approved but they never came out when the insurance adjusters came. Insurance (Travelers) didnt approve full roof replacement right away and actually it took them several attempts to get them to come through and Patrick never gave up always having an argument including my shingles being discounted that mix match wouldnt work and finally the insurance adjuster came out and the shingle split so he gave me the full roof. Once approved he handed me off to Mike who told me through picking shingles and other upgrades that were options. Did have to pay some out of pocket for the skylight, extended warranty and upgraded tar paper. But the install team wrapped up my roof in just a day and they did an excellent job. Cant say enough good things about them.

    I had the pleasure of working with Richie, Alex, Nestor and Ford at RoofER for my roof replacement. My claim with the insurance company ran into issues. Richie worked patiently and dilligently with me and got the issues sorted out with the insurance. I also have a 1967 home which posed some technical challenges adhering to the modern day code. Alex worked closely with me and the project team and got to an acceptable resolution that meets the modern day code. On my request, Ford helped with scheduling the soonest installation date that worked for both of us. On the day of installation Nestor was easily reachable for any requests or questions I had and they sent a well mannered professional cheerful crew who did the job in about 7-8 hours. I really have nothing negative to say about the team at RoofER.The true test of an organization is how they handle difficuly situations and there were some complicated situations with my claim and the overall project. In my view, RoofER has withstood the test of character and come out with flying colors! I have no reservations with making a strong recommendation to engage with RoofER for your project needs. They are an extremely professional group of people with high integrity to work with and will not let you down.

    Roofer repaired our roof from damage caused by a hail storm.Initially Patrick Robertson inspected our roof, took lots of photos, and presented our case for a damage claim to our insurance company. Patrick was very courteous and very knowledgeable in preparing the report.After our insurance company approved payment, Mike Rafter met with us and explained what types of materials and installation would be available for the amount approved by our insurance company. We considered the possibilities and decided to also spend some of our own funds to get the upgrades we desired. Mike Rafter was very knowledgeable of the available roofing materials and their costs and answered all our questions as we deliberated the possible choices.After having made our choices of materials, the installation team arrived and began the process of removing our existing roof and installation of the new roof. One of the great things working with Roof ER is how they helped us every step of the way with the insurance company. It was a long and involved process making the claim (hail damage in this case) but Roof ER really did all the heavy lifting. Their expertise working with insurance company was invaluable. Then, when it was time to do the job, they were very responsive to our needs during planning.     Getting a new roof with Roof-ER could not have been easier. The original estimator, Eric was professional and answered all our questions. He even helped us make the appropriate insurance claim over the phone. We next met with our service rep, Keith Ziemba. Fast forward to last weekend - high winds caused a small section of rake board capping to almost come off the front of my house.     After noticing my roof was visually deteriorating and seen mold growing on some areas of the roof, I was approached by Roof-ER company. One afternoon, Roof-ER representative (Austin) explained me the urgency on getting my roof inspected due to noticeable hail damages. I immediately contacted my insurance company and asked them to have an adjuster come and inspect the roof for any damages. My insurance company along with Roof-ER inspected the roof and found hail damage in several sections of the roof. Soon after the inspection, Roof-ER prepared an estimate for the repairs and the estimate was submitted to the insurance company for approval. I should note that meeting with “Francis” was a very pleasant experience, I needed to update the quality of roof tiles and he was very clear and provided me with an updated version of tiles and new plywood to the carport area for a very reasonable price. In addition to this he introduced me to a new concept (SMART VENT) to re-route the airflow on my attic and make it more efficient. The claim was approved and soon after Roof-ER delivered the materials and in one day, they worked non-stop with a small lunch break but together and in coordination with each other. From time to time (“Eric” the person in charge) gave me small progress updates during the day. At one time, Eric and Andy brought to my attention that around the chimney area there were several layers of glue and roof covers from previous roof installations that should have been removed prior to those installations, (previous installers failed to remove and replace these areas with new roof materials). Andy removed all these layers of glue and old roof materials and installed a new aluminum cover to protect the roof and the chimney. This excess material left from previous roof installation, explains why my “carport floor” was wet every time it rained and I could never figure out where the water was coming from. For me this shows the quality of work that the workers from Roof-ER go that extra mile to follow established procedures and provide me with top of the line installation!Thank you to Eric, Andy and the entire crew for taking attention to details on every step of the way to give me a top of the line installation, I know my roof will be good for many years to come.     Roof ER was extraordinarily professional and responsible from the beginning of the assessment through the very end of clean up and payment. They managed all of the paperwork and phone calls for the insurance claim which made it so easy for someone who doesnt have the time to make laborious calls to insurance companies. They were also very keen to discover interior damage, which I was not even aware of, that was included in the claim, thus interior repair and painting was also included. The teams were very knowledgeable, performed great work, were expedient, efficient and cleaned up such that you never would had known they were there. This includes the painting service, Wow Painting, who got in and out in one day even though they have a ridiculous number of (2 story) ceilings to paint. They literally covered everything on my main floor and upstairs within an hour and had everything put back together at the end of the day. Unbelievable. I cannot recommend both businesses enough. Would give 10 stars if I could!

    RoofER did a full roof and gutter installation at a reasonable price and with surprising speed. In fact, RoofER was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than the three competitors we had received estimates from a couple of months earlier. And it only took a day or two for the roof, and another day later on for the gutters! Matt, from RoofER, went through the insurance claims process for us (we had never made a claim before) and, for the most part, the insurance adjuster agreed with RoofERs assessment of the situation. So our out-of-pocket expense for the roof was the insurance deductible and a bit more for damaged plywood sheets that our insurance wouldnt cover. The gutters were entirely our expense.You should note that RoofER does not accept credit cards. It is prepared to do a bank transfer from your checking or savings, and may offer financing (we didnt consider that option). We certainly will call RoofER if we need any future repairs!

    I had an extremely positive experience working with Mike and the folks from Roof ER. From start to finish, they took care of all of the heavy lifting (ie working with our insurance company). Not having done a roof claim or even replaced the roof on our house before, they took the time to walk me through the process and help me understand what they would do, what the insurance company would do and then what I needed to do. When they initially inspected the roof, they marked damaged areas with chalk. They then came out and met with the insurance adjuster to walk the roof with him during their inspection and discuss the chalked areas. There was some back and forth with the insurance company to make sure the adjuster captured all of the things that needed to be done per code. But they took care of that as well. There was a bit of downtime as the insurance company and Roof ER had to work out some details. But that’s to be expected.Once we got the job scheduled, the Roof ER Team showed up on time and knocked out the roof in a day. I was a bit nervous that I was going to have roofing nails to deal with when they were done. There were so many that came off during the removal of the old roof. But that’s to be expected. Surprisingly, after their clean up, I haven’t found a nail yet. I hope that continues to be the case.Overall, the new roof looks great, and I was very pleased with the service that I got from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors for their roofing needs.

He was relentless with them, and he was able to get my claim approved for a full roof replacement, as opposed to them just wanting to replace 12 shingles on a discontinued line.     Oliver and his team were professional. He helped us throughout the whole process and never gave up until he was able to give us what we wanted. Answered all our questions and was very patient with our insurance company. Workmanship was great as well. They came back a couple of weeks after to make sure everything was installed well and within Virginia code. Highly recommended for your roofing and siding needs.
