    Kevin called me back within 10 minutes after I left a message and then showed up about an hour later after I spoke to him. Two days later he installed a water softener system. Showed up when he said he would. Job was completed when he said it would be. Very happy with his and his helpers work! Will definitely use again. A satisfied customer

    I called Kevin this morning, he said he could be by within the hour, and he was. I had a minor clog and he and his employee fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price.

    Awesome experience. I had called three plumbers and Kevin was the only one who made my problem a priority. Brandon was courteous and friendly and got the job done quickly and cleaned up nicely. Prices were reasonable to what I have paid in the past. I would absolutely use them again. Two thumbs way up!

    I normally do not leave reviews but I just felt as this one is very necessary.I called Kevin around 9:00pm not super late but not an hour you normally call a plumber. He answers on the second ring. Right away, he starts helping via the telephone. I explain my situation and being that it’s not as emergency he tells me he can be there first thing in the morning… great.5am comes along works calls no way either me or my husband can miss work today. I sent Kevin a message because if he had someone else he needed to tend to I did not want to stand in the way. Not even a minute goes by and he answers the text. First off that’s amazing communications, great customer service and over all just a general care for a local guy. I use to serve pizza to Kevin on his lunch breaks at a local pizza shop and as soon as my husband broke down and finally said call a plumber I knew who to call and now I know who I will forever recommend.

    Great experience! Called for a leaking kitchen sink (3rd time having to address this issue). They were able to squeeze me in and came within an hour of my call. Figured out the larger issue immediately and fixed the problem. Thank you!

    Kevin and his assistant Joe were awesome. I had another plumber come in the day before and try to figure out why my sink was backing up. I spent over $350 on this company and they didnt solve the issue. Kevin spent almost 4 hours here. I know it was a tough job but they eventually got it. He was fair on the price because he knew I was beat the day before. He didnt have to do that. I really appreciate it and highly recommend him.

    Being relatively new to the area. We never had wells, well pumps… I looked on Next Door Neighbors and got Kevin. He came out that afternoon, assessed the problem and he was here the next morning at 8AM.Very nice person. Very kind to my husband and I.

    A big thank-you to Kevin and Brandon from Kevin’s Plumbing & Heating! My hot water tank blew last night and they were here today to replace it and haul away the old one. Very professional, nice guys and they took the time to explain the new one’s operation to me. Totally recommend them!

    Very quick reliable service. Emergency services are often jacked up to all hell, not here. Kevin brings a human element thats quite rare in most businesses nowadays. Had to have an emergency tank replacement, job was done in under an hour from start to finish. No mess, no stress. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair as well.

    Kevin is an expert plumber. You can tell he has been doing this his whole life. He can diagnose a problem within seconds and fix it very quickly. His work is clean and professional. His prices are reasonable. He has done all the work in my house since i bought it a year ago. Recently put in a water softener and a hot water heater. The work speaks fo rdd itself, you wont be disappointed. I highly recommend him.

    Kevin has been our plumber for over 15 years. Why? First because he ALWAYS comes to fix the job - does it fast, does it right. He has come to my house for more than one emergency as well as regular work. When I say emergency, I mean, he came to my house on a Saturday ,during a major snowstorm to help unfreeze pipes. He brought and left a propane heater (like jet powered) in my garage and told us to call when the pipes thawed. They did and unfortunately we didnt thaw them soon enough. They split and water was running in everywhere. We called Kevin back at which time he came back on Saturday NIGHT during that same snow storm (did I mention I also have a long steep driveway difficult to navigate in snow?) to stop the water coming in. After getting things stable he left and said he would be back Sunday morning to fix the pipes. And guess what? He showed and he did he job - fast and correct.Now I have used him for regular stuff and I cant recall him being late - its possible though. However, if he showed up 4 hours later to my house to work on a non-emergency, I know its because he was helping someone else who is living without their heat. I write this as I just read a few of the poor reviews and dont think they are fair - I dont know you but I do know that Kevin has been nothing but consistently reliable and professional all these years. And if you cant afford to pay for something, why would you call for service? Plumbing is, in general, expensive and Kevins rates are better than others I used when I first moved here. Being a previous small business owner (fixing computers) I can count on 2 hands the number of times the instances where people did NOT pay or gave me a check that bounced (one of the reasons we stopped doing it.) Once the job is done - I cant unfix it due to non-payment. So,its not unusual for a service tech to request cash payment, especially if after getting the bill you say you cant pay that much (Its your job to ask questions up front). And if Kevin removes debris from your house - thats called cleaning up - not stealing. If he charged you only 20 percent of the total job because you said you couldnt pay, and hes cleaning up extra copper pipe that can be used at another job - thats called payment.And shame on the person who had more time to waste on filing a frivolous police report in an attempt to tarnish Kevins reputation - there are so many things to be done in this world to improve things (no matter what your abilities are). Why would you waste so much time in that? And from reading your review - its obvious the police did not believe this was an issue either.Lastly, it should be noted that I write this (at 6AM) as I wait for Kevin to arrive to fix my furnace that got fried during the power outage yesterday. I got home from work at 7PM last night (I have a long commute and work crazy hours professionally, support my kids activities and volunteer for several charitable organizations - I dont have time to mess around) and called his office. I got a call back from his administrator at 8 to tell me she sent him the message. He called me back at 9PM to tell me he would be here at 7am this morning. And as I wait, we (of course) are getting snow. He will be here. And if you are someone waiting for service today and he happens to be a little late, its because he added me to the schedule because we have no heat or hot water and its 25 degrees out. He will be here, he will fix it, the job will be done right and he will be fast. Thanks Kevin! You truly are the best.

    I called Kevin at 1:30 in the afternoon with an emergency situation. My water Heater was leaking. Kevin was kind, professional and more than willing to help out in any way he could! He knew this could have caused major problems. He was in the middle of his workday and said he would help me. Within 3 hours I had a new water heater ! Thank You so much !     Pipe started leaking under kitchen sink on Tuesday night, late. Tried getting a 24/7 plumber with no luck. Btw, there is no such thing. Called Kevin at 6:30am and was at the house by 8:30amHes all business in my experiences with him. Shuts water, diagnosed the issue and got to work. Not much for small talk, so if youre looking to BS, youve called the wrong guy. Hes efficient, cleans up and extraordinary good at what he does. Will continue to rely on him as long as I own a home.
