Sometime ago, I reached out to Dale the Plumbing Pro for a pipe fix. The technician, lets call him Roger, did an exceptional job, prompting me to request an inspection of my powder room due to a lack of hot water. Roger came back and informed me that hed need to run a new pipe and get a portable electric hot water unit. He had to open up the ceiling in my basement to do so, which was fine as he assured me hed be back in a week or two. However, I found myself waiting and constantly calling, growing increasingly frustrated with the delay. The customer service representative, Camden, seemed to be giving me the runaround about the parts and service. He claimed the parts were slow to arrive and each time I asked him to schedule me for other plumbing repairs, he promised to call me back but never did. This left me wondering if I would receive any service from Dale the Plumbing Pro at all. I considered moving on, but Im one to insist on fairness and my basement ceiling was still open. Despite all this, I have to revise my initial frustrations. Dale, another technician, recently completed the repairs impeccably. The pipe in the powder room was significantly clogged, and Dale managed to install copper piping under the floor. I didnt receive the portable heater as initially discussed, but I am actually relieved about this. Plus, I got a new toilet and sink faucet installed. Thanks to Camden for keeping track of my project, and to Dale for being an outstanding plumber. Dale the Plumbing Pro combines traditional courtesy with modern technology, which is a refreshing blend. I may have to wait for their services sometimes, but I know the job will be done right, which gives me peace of mind. Consequently, Im revising my initial rating from a 2 to a 5. They offer unmatched plumbing service experience in Vernon Hills, and I am absolutely satisfied. -

Tracking down a reliable plumber in the current market can be a challenge. There are all too many tales of plumbers and similar professionals who dont respond in a timely manner, if at all, or who are only interested in major jobs. Yet, I have called upon Rogers plumbing services around four or five times now, for tasks ranging from faucet replacements to potential gas leaks, and even a slab leak in the beginning. Every time Ive hired Roger, he has been swift to respond, arrives punctually, and leaves the area even tidier than when he arrived. I highly endorse his services, as he is one of the few remaining in this industry who genuinely values his customers. -

My kitchen sink needed replacing, which involved removing an old cast iron sink first. The two plumbers, Roger and Dale, showed up punctually, evaluated the task at hand and promptly got to work. Its far from the truth to label it a simple task. There were some challenges in removing the old sink, but Roger and Dale handled it exceptionally well. Not a single scratch on the countertop! The new sink, along with the water filter, garbage disposal, and plumbing, were all reinstalled seamlessly. The sink now looks fantastic! Roger and Dale really did a superb job! -

Working with dale the Plumbing Pro has been a delight. They skillfully repaired our dripping water main and later returned to change out the whole line. Each time, they were quick to respond, polite, delivered top-notch work, and made a real effort to return our yard to its original state post-repair. After swapping the line, there was a minor hiccup with the link to the meter. Roger and zachary, however, promptly showed up first thing on a Monday morning to rectify the issue, even reaching out to the local authorities. These two were fantastic and provided assistance when we needed it. I strongly endorse them! -

Our water heater broke on a weekend day, and a quick call was placed to dale the plumbing pro. a message was left and roger returned the call within an hour, requesting pictures of the issue to better understand the situation. the following weekday morning, dale made a visit to confirm the need for a new water heater. his friendly demeanor and thorough inspection of the water heater confirmed it indeed needed replacement. they promptly ordered a new unit and by the next day, dale returned with zachary to install the new water heater. their work was outstanding, leaving the area clean and free from any leftover debris. their friendliness, respectfulness, and top-notch job left us extremely satisfied with the service. a big thank you for getting the job done so quickly! dale the plumbing pro and their team are highly recommended! -
