Had an extremely positive experience working with Jason and Tyler as well as Nick and his electrical team on the installation of my ductless heating/cooling. They were very patient and thorough in explaining the various options for what the process would look like and the trade-offs on the different decisions I was considering on placement, etc. Even when we had to adjust course mid-way to accommodate the feedback/preferences of a neighbor, they were understanding and worked hard until the later hours of the evening (even after it was dark) to ensure we would have heat that night. Throughout the experience. Jason and Tyler were never rattled, and demonstrated a level of professionalism and service that far exceeded my expectations!

CPI was great. Their field technician (Tyler Cherryholmes) was on time, polite, knowledgeable and determined to identify the problem. He was comprehensive in the diagnostics performed on my heat pump/propane backup heating system, and clearly communicated to me his findings and what they might mean as he worked. The diagnostics lead to the conclusion that the root cause of the problem was one of propane fuel ‘starvation’, but this was not immediately apparent, and required a systemic exploration of possible problems, which he did.

CPI offered a different and better solution to cool/heat my open concept home, with competitive pricing, and zero interest options. FAST, crew on site in less than one week! Professional, uniformed crew, trucks labeled, staff was polite, quiet, efficient and cleaned up all of their mess, no dry wall dust, no boxes or garbage left behind. Careful, explained how system works and basic maintenance. Happy, I was able to show and tell all to my husband later in the day. Local, I like to support my community and was glad they weren’t a major national corporation, the workers live in my county, happy to give my project to a local business.

Ryan performed the replacement of our water heater. When the new heater was removed from its packaging, Ryan noticed the replacement was 40 gallons instead of 50. A new heater was supplied within 20 minutes, and Ryan and his assistant finished the task without incident.I would like to explain without incidents.We recently had our home painted. We had an incident. One member of the painting crew severed our Internet by cutting the wire leading into the house.CPIs Plumbers and their assistants know their tasks, so theres no need to worry about unexpected incidents.

Jon and Christian did a fabulous job in rerouting a pipe to circumvent a leaky pipe. The leaking pipe went through a concrete foundation to the outside of the building. Because the leak was within that concrete hole, it was not able to be plugged at the source. Jon and Christian took their time to assess the situation and came up with a game plan that worked beautifully. it took them close to three hours to complete the job. They checked the system a few times just to make sure there were no leaks apparent. My husband and I were so pleased, as we thought this would have been far more extensive and expensive to fix. The leak has been going on for quite a while without detection and was causing water loss out of our cistern. We are so grateful that they were able to come up with a game plan that worked. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality And the time spent in making sure the solution was going to be the correct one. Fortunately, they were able to be there a lot sooner than originally scheduled, which gave them the time they needed to make this correction. They were efficient and very professional in their mannerisms. CPI will definitely be on our radar if we ever have another problem with our system. The best part of this whole experience was the fact that they were able to be at our home the day after I called. I have been told by other companies that either they would not service me, because I didn’t buy anything from them, or they were months out. What a treat to know that somebody could respond so quickly. Thank you, Jon and Christian.

We have had 4-5 plumber visits at our home since we moved in 5 years ago for the same problem…lack of hot water in our double head shower upstairs and then the main floor shower. We spent a lot of money for the past misdiagnosis of the problem. Finally, Ryan Frizzle from CPI came over, diagnosed a need to replace a valve in our instant heater and the cartridges that regulate each shower. We have reliable hot showers throughout our home now, and appreciate Ryan’s diagnostic and repair skills. Well done, Ryan!

However, I was desperate so I contacted them, and surprisingly enough they answered the phone on a weekend. I spoke with (Abby) and she was very helpful and informative. Trevor was dispatched to look into the leak coming from my main waterline and he was able to repair it within 2 days. Trevor was upfront and honest about how much the whole project would cost which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

They came during time frame they said they would. The electrician Shane was very nice and efficient with his time.My issue is with original operator and the information she did & did NOT communicate. The costs explained to me over the initial booking was not complete.If paying cash, I was NOT told it had to be exact amount. I was told it would be 129.oo for diagnostic visit but NOT that only was for 20 min. If diagnosis takes longer you pay well over 100 per hour for continued time to diagnose issue. It cost 147.65 to be told no problems could be found.ALSO, if its not doing the problem/issue when they are here its nearly impossible to diagnose. So it might have been nice to have been told that in initial appointment set-up with operator.As to your response...I guess I didnt write the review very well. You were of NO HELP EXCEPT TO DEPLETE MY BANK ACCOUNT. THE PROBLEM IS STILL HAPPENING!!

This was our second time using CPI. We had an outdoor faucet connected to our house with hot and cold water taps bust from this past winter freeze that caused some flooding into our living room. Set up an appointment for a quote and had our faucet repaired the same day. Brandon A. our technician went above and beyond in expected service for us. The job turned out to be a little bit of a challenge and took longer than expected but, Brandon was a trooper and did not take any shortcuts to ensure a thorough repair and maintained professionalism. Truly exceptional and top notch service, Brandons vast knowledge and experience in his field clearly shows through his work and we would request him again for future repairs! I requested a quote from CPI for a new water softener. They were very responsive and communication was top-notch. Ryan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the options and pricing. I’m still reviewing the bids to decide which company to go with but I was very pleased with their responsiveness.The installation of a post water softener filter and proper softener flush line installation was contracted for today. Wesley Born and one other tech arrived on time (they called in advance), and worked until finished - about six hours later. Wesley listened to my preferences for the flush pipe routing and they did a professional job. I won’t hesitate to use them for future jobs. It’s nice to have a trusted plumbing company in the area!I requested that CPI proceed with the final phase of the job and install a new water softener. The wanted to update the cost proposal and frankly I was getting a bit frustrated with the number of inaccuracies in the revised bid. Things I’d already paid for were listed in the final bid and other inaccuracies. I was about just to go with someone else when they offered to come back out to the house to validate any additional changes needed to support a new water softener. Coady Pike and Ryan came out and confirmed that a revised proposal was in order. This was provided and the cost more in line with what I had been expecting. I’m still waiting to hear if their water softener can support WiFi or not but because this is a recent tech capability for this vendor, but Coady said he was in contact with the company that makes the water softener. More to come, I suppose. Coady and Ryan were great though.

Very thankful that CPI was able to provide me with a same day appointment. Calvin (the tech) was a very nice young man and did a good job at answering all my questions and providing me with the available options. However, these guys are VERY EXPENSIVE, as I had to pay them $283 to remove a 5/8 nut ( yes one bolt/nut) on the bottom side of the kitchen sink faucet that I was unable to get off myself (sucks not having the right tools). It would have cost me approximately another $500 to have them install the new faucet (by the way I did it myself in less than 30 minutes). So I would definitely recommend calling around and avoid using a plumber whenever possible as you will pay through the nose!

I had a need for plumbing service as there were two sump pumps underneath the house that had issues. One failed and the other was not the proper pump. Incorrect pipe sizing and not laid out properly. All of these contributed to some water overflowing in the crawl space. I called CPI and thankfully they were able to send someone out fairly quickly to assess the situation. I could have gone to other plumbing companies to get quotes to compare, but didnt because there were some outstanding things about CPI that I really liked.First of all, the technician that came out to assess and quote the job, Vasily Beliy. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had my neighbor with me when Vasily came by to give a quote. My neighbor is a construction guy, so he was asking all the questions for me. And Vasily answered him patiently and was very solid with his answers (according to my neighbor). Also, Vasily answered in a way that I also understood what the issue was and what the fix will be. I wasnt talked down to in any way. Vasily also did the install of the sump pumps today. He, along with his assistant Parker, again were very professional, efficient and courteous. They just kept on working on the project until it was done. Vasilys assurance that things are properly working now gave me peace of mind - which, honestly, how does one put a value to that?Secondly, when I initially called in to CPI - I got through right away and I actually spoke to a live person instead of being put through some automated answering system. I believe I spoke with Daryl at CPI and he too was very professional and helpful.Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from CPI and very glad that Vasily was there to oversee the project!

I noticed some fairly substantial leaking(to my untrained eyes) and they were, fortunately, able to come right out.Ryan F. was a huge help, was very polite, and he did a great job explaining things to me and my father in law. I’ve never owned septic, so it’s new to me, and it had been pumped right before we moved in 2 years back so I didn’t even think about it. However, we failed to account for the influx of people in that time. Ryan was able to quickly troubleshoot and then recommend various courses of action based on what he saw. We currently, don’t have need of them, but if our tank checks out good tomorrow I will 100% be calling back and asking for Ryan to help out again. They’ll probably be first on the list when I need to redo stuff around the house when we remodel in a few years too.

Trever came out early and was very helpful giving us multiple options and informing us that our piping underneath the house wasn’t sloped properly. I was extremely pleased with the expert rescue that Manuel and Luis performed! My wife and I had just returned home from a week of camping. Along with us came a pile of dirty dishes and even more laundry that needed washing. We were dismayed, however, to discover two clogged toilets and sewage gurgling into our shower. We were running out of clean clothes but could not risk contaminated water backing up into the washing machine as well.Phone call after phone call put me in touch with plumbers who couldnt handle emergencies, couldnt tackle our plumbing problem, couldnt schedule an appointment less than four weeks into the future, couldnt see us until after they were back from vacation, couldnt answer their phones, or couldnt reply to my phone message. I was shocked when CPI Plumbing answered the phone right away! I was immediately given an appointment inside a 24-hour window. Meanwhile, CPI contacted Manuel since he and Luis were in the same area.These gentlemen agreed to help me the same day just as soon as they wrapped up another job. This was in spite of the fact that it would mean working into the evening hours. Manuel called me to let me know when he would be at the house. He and Luis arrived right on time!Manuel and Luis were genuinely friendly and obviously professionals. They took pictures and ran tests on our well water and checked the water pressure. Manuel patiently explained the situation at length, making sure that I understood the problem and the procedure necessary to fix it. He appraised me of anomalies he found connecting the cast iron pipes of our original house from 1950 to more recent upgrades. He also mapped out the corrections that would need to be implemented so as to prevent this nightmare from recurring every few months.My wife, Lori, and I were so relieved to have our bathrooms clean and operating smoothly in such a short amount of time! When remolding our bathroom we found our toilet flange was sunken into the concrete and multiple wax rings were used to seal the toilet. I called and had them come in and repair it professionally and thankfully I did. Brannigan blade was professional and did amazing work. He took the time out to explain it to me. He also showed me the hole in the pipe. He told me who to go through to dry out the water in my crawl space.I would recommend this company to whoever is looking for a good repairman. I will be using them again.

We have the upmost confidence our issues are fixed and we will not have any further Problems with those particular pipes. The young man that came to look at my plumbing problem was Corbin. He was great at explaining what he thought the problem was and how he was going to confirm that and fix it the next day. I was given an estimate and it was spot on. Corbin and the gentleman with him on the second day where super with my floors keeping their booties on and cleaned up after themselves removed my old toilet with no muss or fuss. I would use CPI again, recommended to my friends and definitely request Corbin.
