    Highly recommend! Andrew and his team are fabulous. I contacted them to address a concern with our well water. The appointment was scheduled quickly. Cole arrived right on time. Very kind, polite, personable, and clean. Tested water from each room with results on site and even checked the water filter we had installed a few months back. Cole reviewed the individual results with us while providing a thorough explanation that was easy to understand and strong recommendations for both our current water system and when we plan to do an addition on our home. Very knowledgeable, patient, and honest!

    I just had the best experience with Dan from Ray Page. Friendly, timely, reasonable priced, efficient service the day after Christmas no less. I had a leak coming from ceiling in cellar which turned out to be a dishwasher issue. Dan did a great job plus great advice. Could not ask for better.

The team handled our plumbing issues (burst pipe and water valve replacements) professionally and in the time frame they set out.     We have been using Ray Page for our plumbing needs for quite a few years and have always been pleased with there professionalism and friendly work ethic. We recently had them replace a jet pump in our basement with a submersible pump and Scott was excellent in explaining the process and performing the work along with Dennis. in addition to the work they did they arranged the excavation contractor(Steve and Darby-Pollansky Construction) who made every effort to minimize the amount of digging that needed to be done.     Just moved to CT a few months ago and are converting a small bedroom to a laundry room. Ray Page Plumbing was a lucky find after experiencing months of difficulty getting a plumber for the job.     After having horrible experiences with many local plumbers and a well company, a local realtor Refered me here. The most professional company I think I’ve ever dealt with. Went above & beyond- they all were very knowledgeable, kind, courteous & cleaned up their own mess. Cole was the employee who was dispatched out to the job. He explained everything in great derail, very friendly, extremely professional & HARDWORKING. Was a 13 hour job they had! Poor guy had an hour ride home after 2 long days here. I’m in Danielson, CT.     We hired Ray Page Plumbing to inspect and locate our septic line (beneath an existing deck) between the house and tank, to see if it would be impacted when we replace the deck next year. They were very quick to respond and were able to perform the work the next day. Both technicians that were on site were courteous and completed the work in short order. They flagged the line through the yard and determined it would be impacted by the proposed deck layout and that the existing cast iron line should be replaced regardless of the deck, as it was heavily corroded and was at the end of its working life. This is the 2nd time weve used Ray Page and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

    I did a chat with RayPage Plumbing to inquire about getting a shower drain unclogged and much to my surprise I was told a tech would be here between 2 and 4 that very day! I was very happy! Dennis and Ricky arrived on time and reviewed the shower drain and quoted the procedure and price and got right to work, even with the little dog barking the whole time!     Called Ray Page Plumbing in a panic. The bottom seam of my water heater has rusted through and was leaking and flooding my basement. Andrew the owner came over to shut off the water and set everything in motion to ensure a technician came that day to install a new water heater. They even handled the details of scheduling the electrician! Luke the technician was beyond great! Best decision ever to call Ray Page Plumbing. Fair prices and excellent customer service.     I could not have been happier with my experience. My well pump was not functional so I was out of water. Within 48 hours the technician came and fixed the problem. The job is a little challenging because the pump is in a small crawl space under my stairs. Although I know it is difficult to work under there he was not phased. He also cleaned up! He was very calming and kind. He explained exactly what the problem was and reassured me that I did not do anything to cause the problem. I will call them again if I have a problem.

    When I woke up this morning I had not anticipated that I would need a new water heater. I called Ray Page to ask if I could get an estimate for a water heater. The woman( I am sorry that I did not get her name) couldn’t have been more helpful. Within minutes she was speaking to Scott, their technician, who happened to have time available to come to my house for an estimate. I could not believe, a Free Estimate. I made a decision not to procrastinate because of an upcoming party ant my house over the weekend and I proceeded to have a new water heater installed.     First off: They answer the phone. Ashley promptly extracts the necessary info without being flabbergasted and steadily plows through the needed details to schedule a plumber to come to my home with an estimate at no extra charge. Having made up my mind that I wanted and needed a furnace leak fixed I asked if I called for something that Ray Page does. Immediately, after verification of my specific need, I was told that there was an opening in a few hours and l scheduled. I got a text confirming the appointment. About 20 minutes before the appointment I got a confirmation text with a geolocator link as to where the company van was physically located.The plumber arrived on time and after a quick inspection knew my issue was within Ray Pages service focus (since some furnace issues are not). I authorized the repair quote and within an hour I was relieved to have my matter resolved professionally and within code.

We were not sure if we were able to get water connection behind our fridge due to the complex architecture issues with it being against an inside wall and no where near a water line with a finished basement underneath but he was able to do it!     We used Ray Page Plumbing to replace our shower fixtures, waste drain, several shutoff valves and a new frost free silcock.Chris was our plumber, and he was joined later by Daniel. Chris was excellent! He took the time to explain and show me what was going to be done. We did not have an access cutout in our closet behind the fixtures so Chris made precision cuts to remove the drywall necessary, and I was able to screw those pieces back on afterwards, do a little patching and painting and they look good!! Chris is very personal and has a great sense of humor 😃. I would get a text alert when Chris was dispatched, along with his picture, so I knew who was coming. Chris arrived within the first 30 minutes of the window I was given.I am extremely satisfied with Chris workmanship and the company in general.

    I will recommend Ray Page Plumbing over and over now. I thought I could handle my new vanity plumbing but, once I got into it, discovered I needed a different vanity, new shut off valves, and drain pipe. I texted them during off hours and they replied by 8am the next morning. They sent Scott out the same day to go over what we needed and give me an estimate, no charge, and offered to check anything else I thought I may need in the future. I scheduled for a few days later. What they did was definitely worth the cost! Scott was great! He was polite and efficient, walked me through steps and questions I had while he was working.     Smooth sailing. We had already purchased a hot water tank and needed a pro to install it. I went to the web page, chatted with JR about my situation, he scheduled a visit from Scott this morning.     I had a great experience with Cole from Ray Page Plumbing! He listened when I explained what I wanted, which was filtration of sediment from my well, but NOT filtration of chemicals. He showed me exactly what he was doing in my awkward-to-work-in basement crawl space and recommended moving the filter to a slightly different location with easier to use water shutoff levers. I took his advice, which cost more, but made it possible for me to change the filter myself, rather than paying a plumber to do it every few months.

    Scott and Cole from Ray Page Plumbing were awesome when I called on a random Monday with a sewage pipe leaking into my basement. I called just looking for a quote, and they were able to come out same day. They gave me a quote, which ended up being very competitive, including telling me honestly how delicate an operation it could be since the cast iron was 68 yrs old and could shatter leading to a much more extensive (and expensive) repair. They had another team member bring more parts and were able to repair it same day! I would highly recommend it. They were professional, clean, and quick!

    We knew of Ray Page Plumbing from living in the area but had never used them. What a pleasure to deal with. Dani, who answers the phone, is courteous, friendly, and efficient. Luke, the plumber who came to run a gas line for us, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Additionally, they came out to assess the job and give us an estimate for free. Everyone else we called required a dispatch fee to give us an estimate, so we would have to pay $90 to have them give an estimate and not know what the estimate is because no one would ballpark over the phone. Ray Page came out and gave the estimate with no charge. That alone won us over (plus the enormous amount of positive reviews they have). We will absolutely call them for all our plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

The company was pleasant on the phone and very informative. They advised me who the technician would be (even with a photo), and I was contacted by him en route (very helpful!). Dennis arrived on time, took his time addressing the problem and went the extra mile to be sure all traps and clean-outs involved were cleaned and functional. I was very pleased. Not inexpensive, but a fair price for the nearly 2 hours Dennis spent resolving the problem. Also, he had a great sense of humor and taught me along the way about what was happening.     Scott from Ray Page plumbing came to my house to repair a leaking water pipe from an upstairs bathroom tub that leaked into my downstairs kitchen and created ceiling damage.     I had a great experience with Ray Page Plumbing. First of all, we had a leak from a valve on our toilet. When we called, they were able to come out the same day, they had a cancellation, so that was great! Luke came, and was very friendly, and attentive. And he explained that if the first thing he was going to do, didnt fix the problem, it would be more extensive, and he might have to come back.     We had a running toilet that started out slowly running then overnight increased to using lots of water in a short time. We called on 7/5/23 and were informed that technicians were all busy and it may need to wait until Monday. However, they were able to fit us in only hours later that same day with a window of 2-4pm. Scott arrived right at 2, assessed our situation and explained what was going wrong with the toilet. He showed us the parts not working (fill valve) and explained what we would need to get it up and running ( but not continuously running lol).     Luke, the Ray Page Plumbing technician, was great! He was professional, courteous, and most of all thorough and resourceful in identifying an issue that didnt present itself immediately. Luke listened attentively to all the symptoms I relayed that our basement level mascerator pump and plumbing system was exhibiting. He asked good questions to get as much information as he could before getting to work. He ran the system multiple times, as it wasnt presenting the problem. He did clear a related issue but went the extra mile and continued to investigate. It was then he detected the problem we were experiencing and fully assessed the source of the malfunction. Because of this thoroughness and diligence I believe he avoided having to come back out a second time to fix the larger problem (and we avoided having to go another week or two without the use of our bathroom!)     Ed and Dan were very responsive to all questions we had. Very easy to talk with. They diagoised the problem and provided an estimate. Pictures were taken. We liked that Ed used compression fitting to fix the issue as opposed to solder.We received the invoice, but id did not break down the charges among labor, material and taxes. That would be nice.We had an appointment between 10:00 and 12:00. We were not notified until 12:00 that the repair team was going to be late. Should have been notified sooner.

    Luke and his apprentice (Jamie?) were amazing! The were courteous and professional. They showed up right on time, and they explained everything they were going to do and why it needed to be done.     Once thing that I noticed was that when Dennis was there he removed my tenants washing machine drain hose from where it is supposed to drain into from the washing machine and never put it back. There was also some dirt on the top of my tenants washing machine. For the most part a really good job but more care in putting things back the way they were would help to avoid an accident.

    Ray Page Plumbing has worked at our house on four different issues in the past four months. They are attentive to detail, listen to the problems, diagnose thoroughly and have been here within the hour during an emergency issue. A couple of weeks ago Luke discovered our hot water heater had a small leak while he was here diagnosing some standing water In the basement due to a different issue. Andrew installed new hot water heater last week. Hewas very professional, explained everything in detail, was sensitive to COVID prevention issues, and did an excellent job including thorough cleanup.     They replaced a faulty water heater for me a couple weeks ago. My only complaint is that of the 3 appointments I had with them for the project, they showed up later than the 3 hour scheduled window for 2 of them. If they had done a better job keeping me informed about the cause of the delay and when they would be arriving, it wouldnt have been as frustrating. As far as the actual work performed, everything seems to have been done well. I do appreciate that you keep up with customer feedback. Just to be clear, my appointment window was 12:00-3:00. I received 1 call from your office that day at 1:55, where I was told it would be closer to 3:00. I called your office at 3:20 when no one had arrived yet and was then told there was a further delay and it would probably be after 4:00. The plumber ended up arriving at 4:30. This is the reason I dropped a star.

    Chis was extremely thorough to make sure he analyzed the problem correctly and then offered me various options. He was also very helpful in suggesting other steps I should take with the retail business that essentially caused the leak and additional damage.     I used a different plumber in the past and heard of Ray Page plumbing and the great reviews and recommendations from others so I figured I would give them a shot. I had a few issues I needed taken care of...valve replacements under the kitchen sink as well as a leak behind the wall. I called and made the appointment on Tuesday morning and the woman that answered the phone at 7:30 am was very pleasant and courteous. ( Its killing me that by cant remember her name) anyways she was able to get me scheduled for the next day first thing in the morning. As soon as I hung up i received a text confirmation...I was impressesd with that...then I received another one at night as well as an email to confirm my appointment. The next morning I received a text at 7:30 am stating Luke was on his way. Once he arrived he was very pleasant and listened to the issues i was explaining and he knew right off what needed to be done!! He explained everything to me and what had to be done including cutting into the wall to access the leak. He then went over pricing which to me is very reasonable and took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done. He set off right to work once I approved. Lukes work ethic is SUPERB and his confidence in the work he was doing shows in the neatness of the work he did and cleanliness of area after he was done.Bottom line...you have won a customer and I will also be recommending to friends and family. The technician gets 5 stars but Ray Page Plumbing gets 4 stars as price charged for work performed and time spent repairing problem was excessive. Can’t afford too many minor repairs like the one they just performed.After learning of my concern over fee charged for the original work performed and time spent repairing problem (replacing frost free outside faucet replacement stem), I was contacted by Ray Page Plumbing, Inc., who offered me replacement of the entire frost free faucet assembly (with warrantee) at no additional charge. James and Andrew showed up on schedule, were professional, personable and showed their considerable expertise. I am very impressed at this level of customer service/satisfaction.     I cant say enough good things about this company. We have used them a few times over the last few years but the most recent interaction we had shows exactly what kind of company they are and how much they care about their customers.They came out to fix some issues the day before we left for vacation. Upon our return, we found a new issue but at the time we were not sure if it was related to the recent repair or not.I didnt discover the new issue until 3pm on a Friday and called them in a complete panic. Its the last thing you want to deal with after coming home from being out of town and I was definitely frazzled. They had the technician who had been out previously, Luke, call me almost immediately even though he had his hands full with another job. He walked me through shutting off my water (I have no business being a homeowner and have no idea how anything works) so this was a huge lifesaver in itself. He took the time to listen to what was happening with the new issue and his best to assess it from my terrible description.They got the on call guys out to me within an hour of my original call. These two were so great and very quickly realized the issue was unrelated and pinpointed the actual issue was a faulty dishwasher.Again, being the worlds worst homeowner, I had no idea what to do but Drew did. He got me the card of a guy to call and even walked me a bit through the process of what that other company would do.Needless to say, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially when I was definitely all over the place.They will have our business as long as we are in Vernon!!
