I wanted to give a big shout out to DeDona Restoration for really helping me. We had a water leak in our kitchen, brand new custom cabinets… Our instant hot water dispenser started to leak. I was out golfing very early that AM, my wife comes downstairs to a flooding kitchen. She was able to shut off the water and do her best to soak up the water but it had certainly run underneath the cabinets. My buddy Mike said, I know the solution and turned me on to DeDona Restoration (theyre Mike’s next door business neighbor in the Valencia Industrial Center). They gave me two of the industrial blowers to use over the weekend and it did the trick and dried up the cabinet and surrounding areas. When I returned them this AM, they didn’t charge me either. Great people, if you have an issue where you need restoration from water / fire / mold, I’d say give them a call, you will be happy you did! There are lots of ’national’ guys out there, but as a small business owner myself, I’ve always been a big supporter of local, small business, you should too!

I definitely recommend him and am thankful to have his help when my clients need it most.

DeDona Restoration was recommended by our kitchen contractor, Dannick Designs. We are glad that we followed the recommendation and went with DeDona. Brian was thorough, careful, listened to our concerns, and really helped to ease those concerns. He even made sure the crawlspace under our home was cleared of wet insulation and throughly dried out. They were the only company that we contacted for remediation that would go into the crawlspace. Also, we appreciate that they only removed what was necessary, communicating very clearly why x or y needed to be done. Unlike some remediation companies that treat you and your insurance company like an ATM, DeDona is a small family business that treats you like family. If you want to get a job done well, and cleanly, we highly recommend DeDona Restoration.

My family and I are very grateful and satisfied with the water mitigation DeDona completed at our home. A contract company, that was assigned to my claim, failed to provide the insurance company the required documents and information, delaying DeDona from completing their work. Mike went above and beyond and contacted the insurance company directly and got the ball rolling. What he did meant a lot to my family and I. It showed us that he really cared and made us feel like family. Brian and his team were extremely professional as well. I definitely recommend DeDona Restoration to family and friends.

No one likes dealing with mold in their home. We were unaware of a leak in the faucet drain which was in the wall behind the vanity. The leak subsequently turned into mold in the drywall, the studs, and the vanity. Dedona came in and had to tear out the vanity and the drywall, and they cleaned everywhere there was mold. Dedona was great to work with. They were very efficient and diligent in what they had to do. They made accommodations for my partially disabled husband so that he still had access to the shower. And when they left, everything was spotless. I highly recommend them if anyone ever needs mold remediation. Thanks to Brian, Gina, and Michael! You all were great to work with and did an excellent job!

This company was a referral from our plumber.Was a bit hesitant at first, but after the initial interactions with them it was clear this was a good call. Brian was super helpful and very respectful with us. It felt like we were more than just another job. We are so thankful for Mike from Core by DeDona Restoration. We had water damage in our kitchen but there was no mold at all. However our insurance required us to have a mold specialist to examine or they would not renew our policy. We were so desperate to find one who was honest and did not try to make money out of us. We called many places but Mike was able to come just within an hour after my call. After examining he agreed with us there was no mold. He offered to call my insurance to tell them what he saw in our kitchen. Our insurance then required us to take some pictures at the kitchen area, kitchen sink and under sink. Just a few days later the insurance confirmed the continuing of our policy. It was around Easter and we felt so blessed. Mr. Mike is such an honest, kind and thoughtful contractor that I have ever met. He didnt even charge me anything. Even though I offered to pay, he said, I wont charge you to make a call to your insurance company. I cant thank him enough. I am writing this to express our gratitude toward Mike. If you ever need his company service, please dont hesitate to call. I know I will.

In their estimate they included the mold mitigation which another company would not. Most importantly when they discovered that the project required less demo than they initially anticipated, they lowered the final cost to reflect only what they did. I would highly recommend them and - God forbid that I would need their services again - they would be my first call if any thing like this were to happen again.

I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to have DeDona on the job when we had a flood in the kitchen that ruined a good portion of the floorboards in our dining/living room. This company is the real deal. I dont think Ive ever had this level of customer service and just flat out care and compassion from an emergency service - hell, any service like this before in my entire life. No hyperbole. These guys are as friendly as can be, thorough, communicative, caring etc. THIS is what exemplary customer service and treating your customers like family actually means. When they say on their website that they treat their customers like family, man, they might beat out some families on that promise. I was kept in the loop and informed of my situation by DeDona more than my own landlord. The level of consideration with these guys is off the charts.If you are in need of any of the services that DeDona performs, dont bother looking anywhere else. Theres no comparison. My family was displaced by a flood in the upstairs bathroom that forced is to move into a hotel. We have a one-year-old and a three-year-old and moving into a hotel was absolutely miserable. DeDona Restoration was basically the only brought spot in our ordeal. They were always responsive even when insurance wasnt. When we couldnt get the general contractor on the phone, DeDona was there to reassure is of the timeline for us to move back home. Could not be happier with their customer service. Although I hope to never need them again, I definitely know where Ill go if I do!!!

Five star service from start to finish!We were working on renovating room in our house when we pulled up the floors and peeled back an outside facing wall and found lots of very smelly (and most likely toxic) mold. I contacted DeDona on a Friday afternoon and right away Brian volunteered to bring us over a HEPA air scrubber to help us get through the weekend. This was so helpful because we were suffering from health symptoms from the mold like itchy eyes, headaches, coughing, and other reactions from the toxic air.By Saturday DeDona was able to quote the job and after we accepted they got to work soon after. Always prompt and on time, they came in and contained the effected area, then got to work remediating the mold and completely cleaned up the area. Within a few days the work was done, and we received our post abatement test results, proving that all the mold was removed. This is a wonderful company to work with, great communication every step of the way, and cannot thank them enough for their excellent service!
