We are absolutely thrilled with the meticulous, pristine, and outstanding workmanship performed by Miguel Lopez. In October 2024, we noticed a leak in our 20+ year old water heater and decided we should get a new one before it became an emergency situation.To our good fortune we came across CastleWorks Home Services. Within a few hours, Miguel Lopez met with us, analyzed our situation, provided us with a great quote, and began the job! And what a job it was! From removing and disposing of our old water heater to installing a new one, Miguel worked doggedly, meticulously, and with precision! In fact, he labored for more than five hours, working into the evening hours, to finish the job! From beginning to end, his workmanship was exceptional.A few weeks later, an inspector from the City of Chula Vista, stopped by to inspect our recently installed water heater and noted that the installation was exceedingly well done. Technician Andres Z did a great work today so as the company he worked with. He patiently waited for more than half an hour because I have to do a quick errand. He explained thoroughly the work to be done like what caused the water leak, how to prevent it from happening again in the future, packages offered by the company, tested our water ph levels and the health benefits of drinking alkaline water. He represented his company well by providing exceptional customer service. Finished the job within 3 hours. Customer representative Emmanuel and Vanessa also provided professional customer service. We were very pleased with the excellent service provided by Scott and Chris on the day they installed a brand new water heater at our home. They arrived on time, answered all of our questions, and professionally installed the new water heater. Then, to everyone’s surprise, the new water heater failed as soon as pressure was applied. Not to worry, even though Scott and Chris had worked diligently for several hours in the installation of the first water heater, they promptly secured a new water heater and installed a second heater at our home on the same day. Elston Walker, while pointing out the need for replacement, did not put pressure on me - but rather cheerfully, efficiently and professionally fixed the immediate problem. They were the original installer of my existing water heater and they will be the company that replaces it - probably next summer. This is the second time Andres Z has come to our house to help us with water issues. The first time he had to replace a cracked and old water heater late at night and did a wonderful job. Today he came on short notice due to a faulty pressure regulator. As he was double checking everything, he noted that the high pressure in our system caused the water heater safety tank to malfunction as well and he replaced it. He was able to accommodate us on short notice and was very professional. Everything working normally if not better than before!

He was there after I called the fire department because smoke was pouring out of my hot water heater closet and water was leaking out of the pipe above, and also to replace the hot water heater. AWHP sent someone to my home the next day, which was the 4th of July! My water heater was leaking, and Lee arrived right on time to my home and diagnosed the problem. Lee diagnosed my water heater, and proved to me that it was indeed the water heater, and not any other leak causing the problem. He gave me many scenarios of replacements to choose from, and there was one to fit my budget at the time. Lee had a replacement water heater on his truck, and took care of me the same day, at the same appointment. I was so thankful to him and AWHP that they were able to do this for me on a the 4th of July. Lee had to do several adjustments to make my new water heater fit and work. He installed it perfectly, and cleaned up after himself as well. He did a great job, and I am so glad that I had their phone number to call! Thank you!

I had a major water leak with my water heater. I called late on Tuesday night to schedule an appointment for a repair or replacement. The phone service was able to make an appointment for the next day which was amazing. The installer who arrived at 8am was Manuel who checked the existing water heater and determined the leak was unable to be fix. He gave me several options for a new water heater one included a feature that will help speed up my water heating to the second floor of my house which at times could take five minutes or more of wasting water to wait for it to get hot. I must say Manuel did an amazing job. He was very clean, explained everything in detail and the install was absolutely perfect. I’m a very picky person and he went above and beyond to make everything look very nice to the eye. Once done, the payment process was easy and now the upstairs bathrooms hot water is almost instant. I highly recommend this company and especially Manuel!! Thank you for the great service which unfortunately is lacking these days.

I needed to replace a 3 ton package A/C and heating unit at my home. The unit was only 5 years old and installed by a different company and kept breaking down. After getting 8 bids, I chose to work with Temperature Control Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a great experience working with the team. First, they gave me various options for new unit configurations, including the installation of a heat pump versus a gas powered heating unit. I have solar panels and decided to move away from gas and chose the heat pump option. Temp. Control arranged everything, including the crane rental and disposing of the old unit. When the old unit was removed, they discovered that the A/C unit had been placed above a vent pipe from the bathroom below which explained all the moisture issues that were plaguing the old unit. Temp. Control diverted the vent pipe out from under the unit before installing the new unit. I was so grateful that they called out this defect and addressed it in real time.The installation went well. Their team is skilled, professional, courteous and their pricing is very competitive, in fact, they had the best pricing for high quality equipment among all of the bids I received.I was so happy that Im going to sign up for their twice annual maintenance plan where they service the equipment on a recurring basis.
