Service technician, Christian, arrived on time identified the problem and got it fixed - on our spa equipment - in a timely manner. He identified the part and found it and got it installed same day. We were quite happy with his performance -

I was very concerned when Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) assigned Unified Contractors to handle my broken pool heater, after the hassle I had with FNHW and reading online reviews for Unified. However, Unified actually did a great job installing a new pool heater. I also had some of the issues that other reviewers mentioned, but I believe they are the fault of FNHW not Unified. The Pentair replacement that Unified chose seems superior to the Raypak it replaced: smaller, more efficient, and a more corrosion-resistant enclosure.Unifieds installers did a good job with the installation. I was especially concerned about adapting the plumbing to match the new unit, but it looks great. I was able to schedule installation right at the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine and am happy our spa has been operational while weve been stuck at home. There are only a few things keeping me from giving Unified 5 stars:1) FNHW brought Unified on in December as a 2nd opinion. It took until March to finally get the heater installed. I pin most of this on FNHWs process and poor communication, but I feel like Unified could have been a better partner in getting the repair done quicker.2) Due to the plumbing, heater size, history of problems with FNHW, etc. I wanted to know which heater Unified was going to install before I paid the $375 service fee. I had to call several times but finally got the response I needed.3) Unified cancelled the initial installation appointment - the morning of the appointment - due to rain. It actually didnt rain that much and stopped by the time of the appointment, but I dont blame the installer too much for not wanting to work in those conditions. -

Im having a hard time understanding how this could be the same company with all these bad reviews. Robert came out to deal with an electrical outage in my bathroom after City First Electric (which somehow has 4 stars) came out and lied on the home warranty report claiming it was an overloaded circuit due to a lack of GFCI. Robert went through every bathroom in the house and confirmed they all had GFCIs an then said there had to be one in the bathroom with the outage. He searched every cabinet and corner and finally found an outlet hidden in a cabinet that was the GFCI, diagnosed a simple bad GFCI, replaced it and everything works. So I dont know why other people arent getting the same kind of service because I was very happy with them.
