They have a great deal of knowledge in the proper construction requirements and best way to correct/complete the work needed. The work was done as scheduled and as promised. Communication on the status of the work was provided, and they cleaned up the work sight daily. Had a water pipe burst under the house and had two inches of standing water before I could shut the main off! A& F we’re doing some work at my neighbors so I spoke with Felipe and he gave me a fair quote. Luckily I had no mold so it was just in need of drying everything out to prevent mold. His workers David & Jesus were punctual, friendly, informative and always left everything very clean and they hauled away any trash. Nothing was ever put into my trash bins.

We recently had two bathrooms completely remodeled and it was our good fortune to have A & F Ramirez Construction Inc. as our contractor. Their whole work ethic is really commendable. They listen to what you as the customer want and then they make it happen. Their workers are respectful of the customer and their property, they show up on time every time and do excellent work. In addition, they are neat and clean during the whole process.We believe communication is the key to a good working relationship and A & F Ramirez Construction Inc is excellent at communicating. They never fail to follow up with a text, email or phone call to make sure that you as the customer are satisfied with all aspects of the project. There are never any loose ends to worry about. Everything is done according to code and therefore inspections are never a problem. A scheduled payment plan is presented at the beginning of the project and payments are promptly acknowledged and receipts immediately sent. We always knew exactly where we stood with regard to the financial aspect of our project.Remodeling can be a challenging process to undertake, but if you have an excellent contractor you will sail through and end up with spectacular results. We are so glad we chose A & F Ramirez Construction Inc and recommend them to anyone considering a remodel project. A&F Ramirez Construction Inc is very professional company to do business with it. I am very pleased with their services. They remodeled my kitchen and a bathroom. their workers are very responsible and knowledgeable. I recommend A&F Ramirez Construction Company. the price is fear, and they finish their projects on time. what I like Abou them is that they are very clean, they dont leave a mess and very respectful too. Felipe is the boss, and he is always checking the job. In the future I am planning to call them back to do another project.

I met with Felipe and liked his manner. He was hired initially to finish a job someone else had started. He explained all the things that were wrong and what would be the consequence of not correcting them. He did not pressure me to do anything, and as he had to undo the shoddy work , then do that work correctly and then do the other work. He was very accomodating and worked with me when my schedule became very limited even though it meant the job would take longer. His staff was very timely and respectful. He was very responsive, whenever I had a question or concern. I never had long to wait. I think the price was very fair. My bathroom came out beautifully. I would definitely recommend him.
