    Great company! Efficient, professional, and pricing is competitive. Our garbage disposal went out on a weekend, we called JEM, and they reached out to us immediately during the weekend to get additional details. They called first thing on Monday morning and by 1:00 pm on that same day, our new disposal was installed. The receptionist, Angie, was very kind and professional. The technicians, Cody and Aaron, were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. They explained the process, provided tips, and area class act. Thank you. Highly recommendable!

    I used Jem in the past and was happy with the work they did and pricing. When my water manifold began to leak I called them and they came the very next day with the part and had it fixed for me. Aaron, Carson and Jeremy had little room to work for my washer and dryer created a very tight spot. But they never complained and remained patient. Job is done and Im back up and running again. Would I recommend or use them again? Absolutely!

    We have used JEM multiple times for our home and they have been excellent every time. The communication on the front end is excellent and the text alerts give me a much better sense of when the repair will take place. Aaron helped us out with our leaking water heater and promptly diagnosed the problem and reviewed the estimated cost with me before proceeding with work. He was very tidy and tested everything after. He had me look again to make sure everything was addressed. The cost was fair especially considering fixing the issue saved me from having to purchase a new hot water tank.

    I had the best experience with JEM. Ashley was very helpful with addressing my concerns and getting someone out right away. Cody came out to check things out and get a game plan with Jeremy.     Overall great experience from Jem Plumbing. Ashley in the office was great to talk to and very quick at getting me a quote back for replacing my hot water heater. Also had the luxury of having three gentleman at my house, Mark, Cody, and Robin. All of which made sure the job was done quick, clean and correctly. We also use Jem at my work and same story they’re very professional. Highly recommend giving them a shot for any of your plumbing needs.

    Aaron and Carson installed a new 40 gallon gas Bradford White water heater for us, did a great job and were very professional and courteous. The office support team (Natalie & Mark) were also great to interact with, as they squeezed us in on short notice due to concern over a sketchy-looking connection we were afraid might burst. Great experience overall and price was very competitive (we obtained 3 bids).

    We have used JEM multiple times at our home and my parents home, and recommended JEM to our son when he needed a major repair ( he used them and the work went well). Every single time we have felt like the recommendation for repair was accurate, the execution of the repair was exact and the plumbers were professional and courteous. We have used another company for a major repair during COVID because JEM was not available and the outcome was awful. We are still having issues with the work the other company did and we finally gave up and called JEM to get it right. Thank you so much. You have earned our trust and we are loyal customers.

    We called JEM Plumbing due to a basement water leak. My dad called up the office to schedule a service call. Ashley answered the phone and quickly set up an appointment for just a day later and provided us a time range (~1.5 hours) for when the plumber might arrive. She also mentioned the standard service fee. We were able to send the office a picture of our concerns via text message. On the day of the actual visit, the office called ahead to let us know that Ryan was on his way to the house. Ryan showed up at the beginning of the 1.5-hour window. We immediately felt comfortable with him and his knowledge. He quickly got to work, identified and fixed our problem. He kept us informed as his work progressed. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company. Of note: Ashley the individual who answered our initial phone call was friendly and helpful. She asked Dad how he was doing. She had no way of knowing, but a close family member passed away earlier in the week. Dad mentioned it to Ashley and she was so kind and caring and offered her condolences. These are the small, but memorable, touches of an awesome company.

    We woke up to a flooded basement due to our hot water heater springing a leak overnight. JEM Plumbing has become our go to plumbing service over the years and they came to our rescue yet again. They always try to provide same-day repairs so you are not inconvenienced for very long. Technicians Aaron and Cody arrived within an hour of placing the call. Their professional expertise was evident as they worked to replace not only the hot water tank, but upgraded the water and gas lines leading to it as well. They explained what they were doing and why throughout the process and left our home completely clean. We highly recommend Jem Plumbing for any needs you may have.     I cant thank JEM plumbing enough. Ashley and Ryan were amazing. After calling several plumbing companies that either didnt respond or were not eager to help regarding my hot water tank, they did not hesitate! They had me send pictures of my AO Smith tank via text in my brand new home to investigate the issue. Ryan arrived and immediately saw the issue was leakage in the tank. Given that these tanks are known to have issues and was selected by the builder without my input, I asked what they would recommend and replaced it with their recommended tank and had hot water in 2 hours.     We are very pleased with JEM plumbing. Our well failed so we decided to connect to city water instead of drilling a new well since the costs were very close in comparison. Jeremy, Heather and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make this a very easy process for us. Many other companies wanted us to contact the county and township to pay all permit fees and the many other companies it took to complete this job, the well sealing company, the road boring company, and the excavating company. They took care of all of the leg work, fees and the scheduling of all the different companies needed to complete this job to make for a seamless and quick installation. Everything was bundled into one easy to pay invoice at the end of the job. We were shocked that they had everything complete and our water running by the end of the day. Great company and great people. We will definitely tell all of our friends and use them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.     It’s a dire situation when you are dependent on the plumber to restore the broken water line on a single digit weather. I was desperate last night when I had to turn the water off the main pipe. As I was googling I came upon JEM, read the rave reviews and decided to try them out.When I called this morning a little after 7, I was greeted by a courteous voice (who turned out to be the owner, Jeremy). He told me they opened at 7:30 and would have the receptionist call me to set up an appointment. Exactly at 7:30 she called and set me up to have John come out at 8:30.John did a great job fixing the pipe within an hour. He cleaned up the mess which I so appreciate as I’m a neat freak. He also looked at my kitchen faucet that needed tightening without charging me.JEM has earned my trust. They are honest, courteous, professional, and their pricing is fair.     I was very impressed with JEM from the moment I called. Angie got me scheduled same day, had me send pictures to make sure the techs were prepared and reached out as soon as there was a cancellation so I could get someone in even sooner. The techs were prompt, courteous and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with our sewer drain stack and Will and Robin dropped off the necessary supplies while Cody and Aaron removed the broken pipe, so they got the job done quicker than they had quoted, saving me a couple hundred dollars.     On Wednesday night, our water heater decided to quick working. Called JEM Plumbing at 8:30 AM, Thursday. Per our request, Tim and Brandon arrived at 12:45 PM. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made arrangements for an expeditious delivery of a new water heater. The new equipment arrived close to 1:30 PM. Installation and cleanup were completed by 3 PM. All work was done in an excellent, professional, and timely manner.

    JEM, replaced the existing underground sanitary lateral at the exterior of the house. Reworked the 1st floor sanitary lateral and extended to the new exterior lateral. Installed a sewage injector pump in the basement, to handle the basement appliances and extended that to the new exterior lateral. They original sanitary lateral was not installed properly, prior to purchasing our home in 1979. After too many years of sewer backup into the basement, we decided it was time to correct the problem. We had (3) contractors quote the project last year. They were all willing to replace the existing exterior lateral, without considering if we had the correct available slope, (fall) to the main sewer connection. Jeremy was the first contractor to recommend scoping the existing pipe to determine if replacing the existing exterior lateral in its entirety, would solve the problem. I would like to thank their crew; Jeremy, Mark, Joe, Aaron, Jacob, and Ryker for their professional workmanship and completing the job in the time frame they quoted. I would highly recommend JEM for your interior or exterior plumbing needs.

    I would like to thank JEM Plumbing for their quick response to my water problem. Our main water line had a small leak creating problems in my basement. Luckily I was able to shut off the water to the house to isolate the problem. I reached out to JEM Plumbing at around 8:30pm Tuesday night. I was able to send pictures to Jeremy the owner and he said that he would fit us in the next day between 10am-12pm. I received a call around 10:30am the next day and it was Randy the technician stating that he would be at our house in about 35 minutes to fix the problem. About 20 minutes later Randy and Mike showed up and jumped right into fixing our problem. After about 2 hours we had running water again at a reasonable price. Randy and Mike were very professional and explained everything step by step as to the repair process.I would highly recommend JEM plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

    I needed 2 new water lines installed in a small bathroom and decided not to do this myself as the original lines were 72 years old and one end was in a hard to reach place in the pipes of the basement ceiling. I called Jem and they sent Ryan Kennedy who was professional , polite and friendly . He got the job done in less than 2 hours and made improvements by putting new valves inside the vanity that holds the sink . I was very pleased and will use Jem again if I run into a problem to difficult for me.

    Thank you JEM Plumbing !! ... My water heater stopped working on a cold February day and Jeremy was able to come out the same day to help my family and offer next day options.     JEM installed a new water main at my house, and I would recommend them to any one needing plumbing work.They did a great job explaining the process and answering any questions I had. They also were able to complete the installation without trenching my yard or destroying an existing 4ft retaining wall, which saved me even more $$.Ransom and his team (Brian, Ryker, Shaun) did a great job and were professional on-site. Their work looks great and they left my place clean.

    I did a search for Bradford & White dealers and Jem was the most cost effective for out the door price including installation and old tank disposal. The pros: Ryan and Ryker did an outstanding job. The cons: The office personel could have been better. They wrote my number down wrong and simply passed us by. No apology or concern whatsoever. I still recommend them because the two guys named above did a great job at the end of a long day and took time to answer all of my questions. Btw I recommend the B/W water tanks. My last one went 15 years without issue. Just drain off the sludge every few months.

    I called JEM Plumbing because my sump pump was running constantly for over 24 hours. Even though the cradle would barely have any water in it, the pump was constantly pushing water out, meaning my float had gone bad. JEM sent someone out within 2 days to examine the problem (I called at the end of the week, and it was not an emergency, so no one needed to rush out). Steve was the technician who came out and performed the work. Not only was he very professional and took all of the necessary Covid precautions, he took the time to show and explain to me everything that he repaired. In addition to replacing the float, he found the check valve had a hole in it and replaced that, drilled a new weeping hole in the pipe (the other weeping hole was too high up on the pipe), and did some other minor repair on the system. The pump now kicks on only when the cradle is full, and is much quieter than before. I was very impressed with Steve and his knowledge and professionalism.I have used JEM Plumbing 4 times now over the past few years: 2 times to replace a sump pump (our ground water has a lot of calcium in it, meaning sump pumps dont last as long for us), once to replace my (very old) garbage disposal, and now this sump pump repair. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future, or recommend them to others. Oh, and Angie in the office is great, too! She was very professional, and was able to call and text me back with details about this service call, as well as some helpful hints to try before the service call so that the sump pump would not burn up before Steve arrived. An overall great experience.

    We had a major clog when we dumped rice in the garbage disposal. The disposal was clean, the P trap was clean, but the water wouldnt drain. We called JEM and they sent out DJ to fix out problem. DJ was very professional and did a great job. He was also very personable. It was a bad clog, and the drain had some really funky angles, but he kept at it until the drain was flowing again. No one could have done better, and the price was very reasonable. No complaints at all. We will definitely call JEM again when we need a plumber. Definitely first class. Thanks!

    This is the second time we’ve had JEM Plumbing to visit our home. Ryan was wonderful this time as he was the first time. We had a pressure regulating valve replaced. On inspection Ryan noticed that there was a pipe leak near the shut off valve. So we took care of that also.

    JEM Plumbing came to my house twice. They unclogged my kitchen sink and put a new pipe into the main drain. Ryan,Eaton and Jeremy did a wonderful job. It was suggested as a maintenance precaution that the main drain should be cleaned out. They came and did that plus cleaned out the shower drain and the bathroom sink drain, plus cleaned out the other main drain., Steve and Eaton performed this job and did a wonderful job. Their clean up each time was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing problems!

    Jeremy - Thank you for rearranging your schedule to have our tankless water heater installed when our old tank failed the day after Christmas. Your team worked hard and got us up and running in one day. The workmanship on the installation is excellent and we like the instant hot water that the recirculation feature provides. The inlet/exhaust trim looks very good too. We will definitely reach out again in the future.

    I had two different issues, the first of which was a clogged shower drain. The persistence of Tyler and Steve was impressive. They were fixed on solving our problem and helping us avoid a costly rip and replace. They not only fixed the issue but also performed some minor tweaks to ensure it didn’t happen again. Well done Gents! A few days later a leak in the same shower pipes were leaking behind the wall. Had to turn off the water supply to the entire house. Angie, scheduling, realized our main supply was going to be down until it was fixed, raced into action and within 10 minutes text me stating she’d have a technician to us in short order. Steve had us ack up and running swimmingly in a couple hours. Steve, Tyler and Angie were super understanding, responsive, professional and just plain nice people. When a need arises going forward, they will always be my first call. Thanks JEM

    Ryan Kennedy and Aaron Schrock handled several projects. They did a fantastic job; including correcting a previous plumbers mistakes. Jem supplied an estimate before the work began and the cost was adjusted based on an item that didnt need repair. Thus they lowered the total cost. I will definitely call Jem if I have plumbing needs in the future and I will definitely request Ryan and Aaron. Ryan explained everything in detail in easy to understand terms throughout the process.     Excellent service at a great price. Tyler came out and fixed the plumbing issue very quickly. He was very knowledgable and explained each step along the way. He also pointed out another issue that I was not aware of and was able to fix it as well (It would have turned into a major issue in the near future!).     Ryan and Daniel came to my home this morning to investigate a crock in my garage, once they vacuumed the water out of said crock they immediately were able to identify that it is a primitive sump design. After calling all my friends and family to come and investigate and getting no definitive answer on what the crock was or why it was full of water, I called jem and within a few minutes the techs listed above knew what we were dealing with. If you’re looking for the most professional and respectful group of blue collar guys I’ve come across in my days, give jem plumbing a call.     Ryan from JEM plumbing came out to replace the internals of our toilet. It was short notice but JEM worked me into their schedule. While he was here Ryan also replaced an old valve that was causing a slow leak near the dishwasher. Excellent service!I also recommended JEM to my nephew who recently bought a house that unknowingly had a bad water heater. JEM cost less money than Home Depot, and my nephew had nothing but good things to say about the install and professionalism as well.Will continue to use JEM for whatever plumbing related needs I have as well as recommend them to family and friends!

    I woke up this morning to the slight smell of natural gas near my water heater. I called several plumbers but no one could come out same day. I call JEM and they showed an hour later. Cody, my service tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, repaired the gas leak and added a shut off valve for me.
