    I called economy furnace and first of all Alexa was very helpful setting up our appointment for winter service and she called to confirm the appointment. Was very helpful in another need I had with a humidifier. Great customer service.Randy the technician was great! He serviced both our furnace and heat pump and changed the air filter he also made sure our thermostat was accurate. He did some research on our humidifier and said he would get back to us. Great customer service.I highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

    I had Economy Furnace replaced the gas system with an all electric system. They also cleaned my duct work too. I used a finance option to pay for this project. I am very happy with this set up. I will certainly be recommending this company to anyone that has heating and cooling needs.

    Every time our furnace / AC would come on, our lights would dim. Very stressful! This has been going on for several months, and weve been diligent to change the furnace filter, thinking that might be the problem, but that made no difference. (Our furnace is not that old). So we called someone to take a look at our electrical box thats outside, but that person did not feel that was the problem and felt that it was the furnace itself. So my husband called the company who installed the furnace to come and check it out, and alas, were still waiting for a callback just to to set up an appointment, nearly two weeks later...In the meanwhile, my husband called Economy Furnace, and the gentleman we spoke with was very understanding and patiently answered any questions I had. (I have a habit of asking a gazillion questions while Im worry-warting all the worst case scenarios).The company called my husband back to set up an appointment at our convenience.The technician who came to our place was Brandon. My husband said he was very thorough, and explained everything to him, which is exactly what we wanted. He even took the panels off of the AC unit outside and examined everything. He was able to identify the problem and correct the problem, which was indeed a loose breaker outside with the electrical box.All is well now, and the moral of the story is this: Dont wring your hands nervously waiting for another company that doesnt respect you enough as a customer to even give you a callback or even a timeframe when theyll be able to service your furnace as winter approaches and the nights are getting colder. Look no further than Economy Furnace when you need your furnace serviced, because thats what well do from now on. Theyve gained a customer for life.Well be recommending them to others via word of mouth also.

    I called Economy Furnace to get a second opinion on replacing my heating system (boiler), they showed up on time and actually faster than I anticipated. I only wish I had called them first. They took pictures and explained what needed to be done and why it was necessary to replace the system. They did not use any scare tactics or pressure tactics. They offered financing, and ultimately worked with my insurance company to get the work done as quickly as possible. The four technicians that came to do the work were all extremely courteous, neat, and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMEND this company for any and all work that needs to be done to your heating or cooling systems

    I am happy with new air conditioner unit from Economy Furnace Inc. Its runs beautifully and my house is perfectly chilled.     I would give them well over 5 stars if possible. I reached out to a competitor about a month ago first as my furnace sounded louder than normal. I was told by the competitor that nothing was wrong.Fast forward to yesterday, I wake up to my furnace no longer working. I was supposed to be at work at noon and it was 8:30 A.M., so I wasnt expecting my problem to be solved before my shift started. From initial call with Alexa, to Randy my service technician, I could not be more pleased. Alexa was able to have Randy come out almost within the hour (mind you I am also a new customer to their service). The motor was shot and Randy was able to pick up a new one and install it all before 11 A.M., so I was still able to get to work on time. I truly appreciate the lengths this company went for me yesterday. I will recommend them to anyone I know!!

    Alexa and Damin are awesome! I wished I could remember the lads name who first assessed my unit, but he was also very thorough and precise, thinking his name is Rich, made sure he located all issues. He explained why and what was happening. I wanted to note that this company is fast. Im talking same day, they were here to help. My AC unit is a bit complicated and theyve made sure they truly had everything in line, which these things take weeks with other companies but they had it figured within 4 days even with having to come back to double check something. Alexa is so nice, considerate and prompt and scheduling around our hectic schedules wasnt a problem. Damin really knows his stuff, answered questions I had from curiosity. Everyone has been very considerate from the start, fast, efficient. Im truly impressed and overall grateful I wont have to suffer without air this summer.Edit: installation guys came today and they were awesome! They had so much consideration. My home was left exactly how they found it, not a hair out of place. They made sure everything was installed very nicely. I didnt catch their names but they were super friendly. Very happy with the service provided.

After dealing with other vendors who never call to schedule and never return calls, their response time was amazing!     I worked with Damon at first to receive an estimate for a new furnace. Damon was so nice, professional & kind. He was patient & explained everything over & over no matter how many times it took until I understood what he was telling me. He made me feel at ease & he has my trust. Rich came out a few days later because Damon thought that my old furnace may be repairable. I was Leary after paying over $600 last year to be told it doesnt work& I need an entire new furnace. I said I only had $200 & the service call was under that. Better yet Rich got my furnace running. Rich & the gentleman who was with him were just as nice as Damon & explained about the sludge in my tank & lines. Unfortunately when I got fuel it stirred up all the sludge & & clogged the lines again. Within the next week hopefully Ill have a new fuel line ran by Economy Furnace. I just hope I dont need a new tank. If I do I know who I will be calling. I trust Damon & Rich totally.

    Had them out to fix my ac and furnace. Had another company who misdiagnosed and messed it up. Their technician found the issue. Repaired the problem and traced the wiring to ensure everything was fully functional. He was knowledgeable and professional. I am highly recommending them to everyone. They got the call Friday. Called me immediately and scheduled to come out the following day. Im very appreciative.

    My service technician was Randy and he was kind and knowledgeable, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help! The company sent someone the very next day when I had an issue with my boiler, they were kind on the phone, and Randy was very professional and fast. The price was really reasonable too!     I have had positive experiences with Economy Furnace Co in the past. Recently they installed a heat pump system in my house and it was a great experience! Originally I just wanted AC installed but after pricing the heat pump system - turns out I’m using the heat function instead of my oil fired heating system and saving money! Damon, Brandon, Denny, and Kody were great to work with - very professional and accommodating in answering my questions. Highly recommend them for HVAC services.

    We woke up to a broken furnace on a weekend. Called Economy Furnace, and they got a repairman out that day! He came within a few hours of my call and had the furnace fixed quickly. Very happy we called them and would recommend their service.

    After waiting on American Home Shield to get me parts for 35 days, Economy got my parts ordered in hours and called me back to inform me that parts were ordered. 2 days later informed me that parts were in and they would be out to complete repair. My communication with economy has been great. Not so much with American home shield.Thanks economy furnace staff for your fast attention in this matter. 5 star all the way for me. Definitely recommend and will use again.

    I called economy furance cause my furnace was acting stupid. Come to find out I needed a new one since the heat exchanger had 4 cracks in it. Damon came out and looked at it n went above n beyond what I expected. He was very professional polite n everything u would ask for service. He told me everything that was wrong and that I definitely needed a new one.. Nancy is amazing she went above n beyond also called n made sure that the service was great. Im waiting for the installer to come soon n put it in n will definitely write another review. They r amazing people n company highly recommend them n definitely goin through them if I have anymore problems.

    Economy furnace was great to deal with from start to finish. Mrs. Showalter was always keeping touch. Tim was super friendly and stood out among the crowd of other guys coming to quote (we had a no-show from another company).     I started off my furnace and air conditioning journey with a different company through AHS. They came and gave and estimate but said they would do nothing unless I installed a chimney liner. Its the middle of November at this point and rather cold at night with no furnace. It felt like blackmail. I took the measly cash payout upon completion from AHS and decided to go through Economy and get both units fixed. Alexa was supremely nice any time I called. And the one who came out to give the estimate was very nice and understanding and gave alot of attention to detail as to how they would do the install. I didnt catch his name. The day came to do the furnace and ac. I felt like they sent the entire crew. Lol. I told the 2 guys there at that time, that I would let them alone to do the work. They worked nonstop except for their lunch. I was impressed by this. I went down at the end to check everything out. I had a few things to clean up but its a small price to pay to have heat. I also have a slab from the old ac in my yard I wish they had just moved next to the old ac. As I really cant move it myself. In any case, overall it was a very successful day and satisfying experience. Kyle, Jeremy, Jacob, Justin, and Frankie did a great job. I also felt overall it was a fair price for both units. If youre looking for a company who shows, calls back, and does the work fast these guys will do it. Thanks for reading my book. 😆

    Initially worked with Economy Furnace via home warranty for AC issues. They were able to test the system and work with AHS to get the parts ordered, replaced, and back up and running. While here for initial visit I also asked for quote on Air purification systems as my wife and one of the kids have severe allergies. We have two HVAC systems for the house and asked about air duct cleaning from their EZ Air Professional Duct Cleaning division of Economy Furnace as well. I received quotes on both items before from a couple of other vendors and the price at Economy was significantly better. We had the 2 Reme Halo Air Purification systems installed and the duct cleaning for the whole house. The wife said she noticed a difference immediately both her allergies, and the amount of dust settling in the house. Not only does the REME Halo help with mold and odors, but it also kills bacteria and viruses. That will be huge once flu and cold season is in full swing. In addition to the repairs, air purification installation, and duct cleaning, the technician also noticed our vent flue wasnt properly removing exhaust gases from our system due to being blocked. Also it wasnt properly installed to begin with. Great catch as CO could have been hanging out in the house when the furnace ran. Definitely would recommend for any of your HVAC or duct cleaning needs. Planning on having them back every couple of years for the duct cleaning. Give them a call and talk with Sue or Nancy to get you on the schedule! They kept me in the loop the entire time.

    We were very pleased with the services that EFC provided for us. Our A/C was not working they made it out the next day to check it for us. Unfortunately (as we expected) the unit needed replaced. We ended up replacing the entire HVAC system and are enjoying these cool summer days!! Along the entire process everyone from customer service reps inside the office, the technicians, and installers were knowledgeable and friendly!! We would recommend Economy Furnace to anyone for all their HVAC needs!!

    Had quite the experience today. Needed a new thermostat installed. Had one guy come out and he looked over our thermostat and since it appeared to be working he didnt change anything. He was here 10 mins. I was pretty upset because i took the whole day off and i know the thermostat was going bad. I knew it would start acting up again and id have to miss another day of work. So i relayed the msg and they sent out another tech, Brad and his helper. Brad has been here before and is always so helpful. He doesnt leave till he knows the job is done. He is very polite and helpful. Both ladies i talked to on the phone, between making the appt and sending out another tech (autumn and nancy, i believe) were super polite and helpful. My rating was a one star this morning but they definitely did right by me and im very happy.

    Mini Splits are a good choice. We have hot water baseboard heat so we have no ductwork. Weve been using 2 window a/c units an 12k and 8k for a 26x44 3 bedroom ranch. Recently we went with a Daiken 3 head mini split system from Economy Furnace of Uniontown. AMAZING ! What a difference. They are quiet and efficient with savings on electric bill and wife says less dirt and dust in house. We have a 12k in living room and 7k in master bedroom. They keep the upstairs much cooler than the window units did. We may put 3rd unit in basement. After a minor problem they quickly corrected it. Excellent sales and service.

    I called the office and talked to Alexa she was very nice kind courteous and sent out Randy Rockwell to check out my furnace and heating. I am very grateful that I now have working heat in this cold weather. The technician was very kind courteous professional respectful clean and most of all pet friendly. I was not satisfied with my general knowledge of oil furnaces witch has been relieved because he answered all my questions and concerns. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable in my house again and not deathly afraid of freezing this winter. Thank you all involved

    I Highly Recommend Economy Furnace. It Started Out alittle Rocky But I Tell You From The Communications With Nancy and Her Kind Warm Personality To The Owner Marge and Her Son Rick And The Complete Installation Team. They Got On The Job Promptly and My Furnace was Up and Running In No Time.     I am absolutely grateful and thankful for Economy Furnace Co. The customer service is beyond words and the work they do is phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend them.
