I recently had a dimmer switch go bad on a light switch panel. Two young guys came out (believe their names were Shane and Mitchell). They were very nice. They replaced the switch. And everything seems to be good now. Very happy with the service. And reasonably priced.Will definitely call them again with future needs!

I had CRS check my propane furnace and propane heater for the heating season. The service technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did a thorough examination of the furnace. The technician checked the burners and had a camera he used to check the heat exchanger for cracks. The service technician also sprayed the black pipe joints and found a small leak which he then tightened. The technician explained everything he had done. The technician then checked my propane heater and got that started. The cost for checking the furnace and the propane heater was very reasonable. I highly recommend CRS for servicing your furnace.

Im greatfull that we have a great plumber co. in our area that provides excellent plumbing service at a reasonable price. Dont just take my word for it, If in doublt, try them out. Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas at our home.

We had a air conditioning issue this past weekend that made our home extremely warm. I called CRS first thing on Monday morning and they came out to service us that same afternoon. Matt did a great job and got our air to work properly again saving us the unexpected expense of replacing the unit which with its age will need to be done sooner than later. Matt was very professional and they are reasonable for the service provided. Highly recommend.

We recently had some issues with our air conditioner during the last hot stretch. Called CRS and they responded quickly to our issue. Our existing unit was old, 25-30yrs. They did a quick fix to get us some relief and provided us a reasonable quote on a new air/heat pump unit. Within a week we had the new unit installed and running. It took them a day to do the install and it is working great, ready for the next heat wave. They did a very professional job, were great to work with and cleaned up the job site well. Thank you CRS.

Chipps was great! I had a problem due to a power outage and they were there to look at my system that day! There were some circumstances that caused my parts to be delayed that was not their fault. Knowing that I was without air during the hottest part of the summer, they came and fixed my unit as soon as the part arrived, adding me on to their already busy schedule. CJ and Mitchell showed up at my house way after hours and made sure I was taken care of. I know it was an inconvenience for them and was very much appreciated by everyone in the house, especially my Akita, NuNu! Those two were great and deserve recognition. Handling my case with care and professionalism has made me a lifelong customer!

Had a few electrical issues and the electrician came out and fixed all. I then discovered my hot water heater had been red tagged by the gas company during a checkup. The gas had been turned off to this appliance until it could be fixed. The plumber came out the next day and handled the issue preventing me from having hot water. In both instances, they came quickly, knew what they were doing, and resolved my issues. Very happy and will contact them again when I need quick help.

I had a small amount of water leaking out of the main waste line in the basement where the line goes into the concrete floor. I thought the seal may need to be resealed. CRS came over , took a look and realized there was a crack in the pipe above the elbow. They cut out the cracked piece of cast iron pipe replaced it with PVC. The whole repair was under 2 hr. The cost was vert reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves.This is the 2nd time I have contacted CRS and have been very pleased with the response and results.

Talked to to Matt on the phone and explained the problem. He understood and we made an appointment to have my septic dosing tank pump and float checked out and replaced or repaired. They arrived at the agreed upon day and accessed the situation. They found out it wasnt the pump (saved on purchasing a new pump) but the float was defective. They replaced the float and they checked out the system. All is well!I recommend CRS for your plumbing needs. Although they may be a bit pricey compared to some companies I have dealt with in my years of hiring contractors, they shown up in full force, two trucks and and 4 servicemen. I believe they are worth the cost when a job is done properly and professionally. I believe I may have them come back for some electrical work later this year depending on the estimate.

CRS has always done excellent work and had great customer service previous times I have called them about my dinosaur of a furnace. I just had them replace my furnace and A/C units on 12/29/2023 and the work they did was great! They altered where the furnace was positioned and had to redo some duct work, and they also changed how it is vented to the outside and capped off the chimney in the basement. Adam and Tommy were very friendly and had good attitudes the entire time they were here. Matthew even stopped in for a bit to check on their work and make sure everything was going well.
