We have had a great experience with Crown. Not only did they get us in quickly for a diagnostic appointment, but they made sure to explain all of the different options for us. I love that there are different price brackets with different options, and they were so understanding and gave my husband and I time to think over the different options. Their communication has also been wonderful, and they treated us like people, not just customers. Ive really appreciated the care this company has provided, and how they are helping us take care of our family. Highly recommend!

We were in a jam. Furnace was on its last legs. Cold weather was days away as was a holiday. Crown to the rescue! Brand I wanted. Install two days after quote! And they beat all the quotes I had gotten! Clean, quick, professional, punctual installation with explanations and politeness! They also have been great in communication and reminders of arrivals. Tremendous! I tell you that I am VERY satisfied (as I sit in the warmth of a quiet, new, efficient furnace…as I watch the snow fall and get ready to gather with family)! This company earned its CROWN!

Crown is the most responsive, friendliest, and knowledgeable HVAC company that I have ever dealt with. Their technicians are invested in your quality service and are extremely curious. They take the time to fully diagnose the issue and explain it to you at any level you want to understand. They present you with several options for repairs, so that no matter your budget, they will get you back up and running. Crown has been in my home 3 times now, and each time Im incredibly thankful that I called them that first time.

Had a water leak develop on a viega manifold system, called D&A and they sent a plumbing tech out to diagnose leak, his name was Dave B , he was able to get new manifold and fix leak in same day, I thought for sure we would be waiting days! D&A and Dave were great! We have a maintenance contract with Crown and they applied it to D&A as well! I will never hesitate to call either one! Good companies with great workers!

Very impressed with the technical knowledge of my sales rep. He was professional, not overly chummy the way some salespeople can be. Buying a new AC is a BIG ticket item and it’s somewhat scary to think about paying for it. I’ve had other way-too-familiar-almost-silly salespeople in the past and I didn’t ever feel confident they really knew what they were talking about. Crown Group got my business. And I LOVE the 18 month (zero interest!) financing they offer. Take my money.

Called theire emergency line and was transferred to Our Comfort Tech Don Lowe .He was extremely professional yet genuinely treated us with compassion.He was very knowledgeable and walked us through our whole inspection of our ancient non working furnace also provided us with space heaters for a few days as our furnace went out on one of the coldest days.until they could get back out to our house with our new furnacewhich was withina few days..we will definitely use Crown again and will reccomend Crown Group to all our Family and Friends

She loved the quote and ordered the furnace it would take a couple days to get it , so the sales man purchased potabile heaters to help keep her warm and safe until the furnace could arrive and be installed.that is the kind of people they are.

I was so pleased with my air conditioning service. Crown was so knowledgable and thorough. I had a leak and was expecting the worst, especially knowing that my unit was very old. Our previous home owners used Blind & Sons, but they tried to get us to buy an entirely new HVAC unit costing $20,000 when the issue at hand was easily fixed by Don. Weve used Crown ever since we build our house in 2012. They have installed a whole home humidifier system, and have performed periodic maintenance checks. The company is very easy to work with - and all of the service technician have been very professional and knowledgeable. We have had them come a few times in off-hours to fix/troubleshoot things that were going wrong, and they have been very prompt and timely. We eventually signed up as a contract customer - which I would recommend. It is a good value for the money.

I have rental properties in Akron and used crown to replace two furnaces. I did a lot of shopping around and they definitely had the best prices. Home Depot and Lowe’s contractors wanted ~3k more for a furnace! The install crew was polite and kind. Very responsive.

I cannot recommend Crown highly enough. We had a somewhat unusual set of circumstances that ended up knocking out our furnace and a/c and they were quick to understand the situation and have someone out the very next day after we called. Our service tech was Brian W. He was great, he called to let us know he was on his way within the time frame we were told. He was very friendly and professional when he arrived and was quick to get our problem fixed. Our heat and a/c are now both fully functional again. He was also kind enough to suggest a better (and cheaper!) furnace filter option than I was already using and explained why the cheaper option was all we need, so awesome! We will definitely be using Crown again!

I work in the trades and am not surprised to pay $200-300 for a 30 minute repair. Service came same day as I made the call and got the job done promptly and with a few funny stories. I had called Crown on a general contractors recommendation when my AC was acting up and about 3 hours later they had Daryl at my door. Customer service kept me up to date on when hed be coming and even offered typical pricing without needing to ask for it so there were no surprises. Daryl was friendly and polite even though our dog decided to be a tyrant and harass him. He even wore shoe covers whenever in the house. He gave our system a health screening end to end, and gave me a detailed walkthrough of everything. He took the time to give me tips on how to best take care of our system to save energy and extend its life which I really appreciated. The next time we need any HVAC work Ill definitely be going back to Crown and probably asking if Daryl is available.
