Bret was fantastic! He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and efficient..He answered all of our questions. I dont know if he was the least expensive, but we found the best man for the job! After fixing gas leaks, he found a problem with our hot water tank. We replaced it. My hubby says that Brets work looks like a piece of art!. The gas company came out to turn our gas back on and commented that Bret did a fabulous job!

Just as a coincidence I was riding down the road and saw a billboard for Coblentz Plumbing the same day my wife pointed out a significant plumbing leak that had formed in our home. Even though I was in the building g trades for 40 years and had plenty plumbing contacts I decided to try them out. They sent Randy out to survey the problem and present us with a details explanation of the problem and cost to remidy. His professionalism and ability to communicate was so good I thought that he was merely the sales guy and that someone else would be out to do the work. Home repairs arent cheap, but I found the pricing reasonable. A friend recommended Coblentz to me and, based on this experience, I also recommend them.

Bret was so knowledgeable about all my antiquated pipes when looking at the things I am worried about and thought need changed. He was extremely polite. More than that he is a genuine caring person. I felt very comfortable . He even put plastic covers on his shoes to come in the house. And it wasn’t even wet outside. Gave estimates on some jobs but actually did the one most urgent at this visit. Everything under my bathroom sink is not like new. It IS new. My pipes were literally held together with tape. Having him fix this has taken sooo much worry off my mind It was a very bad situation but he tackled it successfully. He was amazing!!!! I will for sure have him back to do the other major fixes to be done. I appreciate him and your company. I love talking to Kathy. The girl answering the phone for the company. She made me feel important with my concerns.

They have repaired a leaky pipe, fixed a sump pump in the middle of a storm at midnight when it stopped working, and recently fixed a “running” toilet. They are courteous and professional always making sure to respect my home by wearing their booties and cleaning up all materials. They even played and talked with my dog who was crated during their stay! I find their prices to be fair, afterall, I can’t do plumbing and they are the professionals! They are currently getting ready to do a big project in my century home and have discussed all options. I have referred them to many others because of their quality of work.

All I can say is WOW! This is how you do business. First Wendel was wonderful and very thorough asking for pictures and getting the technician the info he needed to service my job. Bret showed up when he said he was going to, and was extremely knowledgeable and personable with me, explaining things in great detail but in terms that were easy to understand. He completed the job way quicker than I expected, the install was clean and made sense and he made recommendations on maintaining it. Weve had them install an iron filter, redo the pipes under our kitchen sink, and come out to look at our well multiple times. Bret in particular is really great about explaining things on a level that someone who doesnt have the technical knowledge can understand. I am the biggest critic on the planet and would never take the time to leaver a review for anyone unless it was a good one. I have had service folks for years come in and out of my house....I have only had one that I thought was worth the value, until today. Coblentz customer service was the best from the trade industry I have ever had. The tech took time to talk to us about each little repair he had to make and why...the why is always important to me. Fixed the water pressure in 5 minutes ( I paid someone $600 previously to do this with no results). If you want integrity, customer service and results. This is the last review you need to read. It is important that all plumbing is working or I am not able to rent it.I had a grinder pump down and called Coblentz on a Sunday. They called back the next morning and scheduled an appointment immediately. Wendell called me when finished. Texted me pictures of the work down. The office emailed me the invoice all within the same hour.Service was reasonable as I needed a grinder pump repaired, a drain unclogged and a new valve put on a sump pump. I was expecting a bill for $500. It was $300 out the door.Fast service, professional service, great price, prompt communication. Super knowledgeable and helpful with options to address my plumbing issue which ultimately is saving me $300/year for a backflow test to the City of Green for an non operational irrigation system. Great job, couldnt be happier with James and his professionalism.Had a follow up visit from Coblentz Plumbing. I noticed a leak at the water inline connection to the water heater at about 4:30 in the afternoon. I called Coblentz and they had Henry there the next day by noon. Very quickly determined the water heater at reached the end of its lifespan. He had a new one in and the old one out in a few hours. Another great job. I truly hope I dont need them any time soon but if I need a plumber this is who Im calling.
