Not only was he patient in finding the best solution, he also took the time to communicate to me what the problem was, how it would be fixed, and some steps I could take to reduce the likelihood of it happening again moving forward. As someone who was new to this issue, I really appreciated that.

I discovered a sewer blockage around midnight and reported it through the website. The next day, before noon, I received both a call and a text confirming that a technician would be arriving.The technician arrived precisely at the scheduled time, conducted an accurate diagnosis, and quickly completed the cleaning. His name was Andrew (or possibly Kiah—apologies if I’ve misspelled it). I want to give him high praise and would strongly recommend him to others. Blockages like these are issues people might face only once every few years. In such cases, it’s important not only to get the job done well but also to reassure the customer by clearly explaining what’s being done and providing trustworthy information.Andrew excelled in all these areas. While I hope I won’t need to contact this company again in the near future, if I do, I would definitely request Andrew.

The guys were great but our appointment window was 2pm-4 and I think it was around 7 before they showed up. Work wasn’t finished until after 9:30pm. The price threw us into poverty. Ok, I’m exaggerating, but I definitely had sticker shock. I love that I was able to get same day service. Now that I have a better understanding of what plumbing projects cost, I’ll probably use them again.

Alan replaced my kitchen and front bathroom faucet. He also fixed my master shower with had a terrible leak due to a bad cartridge. He was very professional. I absolutely love what was done. Troy replaced the shut off valve under the toilet in one of my bathrooms. He drove in from Birmingham to get the job done! Very nice gentleman. Id be happy to call him for a job again. The connection started to leak very gradually. It mostly just felt damp when you would feel of it with your hand. When i mentioned this to the rep who called to check on the work she immediately dispatched Kiah, who is local to my area. Kiah came out very quickly and fixed the leak! He too was a very nice gentleman who explained everything thoroughly. Id be happy to call him again for a job in the future! It feels good to call a company that guarantees their work and quickly makes it right when there is a problem.

Absolutely outstanding, Mr. Smith was upfront about costs to perform necessary actions to properly assess my issue, and promptly fixed my toilet. I had a loose toilet caused by an old flange. He explained the issue to me, showed me the defect, and told me what he was going to do to fix it. He did not have my specific part on hand, but a quick trip and he was back in no time. He fixed my issue within 2 hours of arriving at my home. Seriously great work!

I had a garbage disposal installed. The customer service was excellent, they were very accommodating and had a service tech out to the house within 2 hrs for an estimate. Ted was very knowledgeable and made sure to point out any issues he saw with the plumbing as he worked. Overall they did a very good job. My only issue was the labor price was much more than I would have expected. I didnt get any other estimates to compare as I just needed the work to get done because it was for a rental property where I have a tenant so access to the house was limited.

The assistant upon calling was nice, and resourceful she was quick to set up a order for repair. The called me back and was able to come out within 35 mins of calling them. A man that works for Roto by the name of Andrew (awesome guy) was beyond compassionate very upfront honest straight to the point there was no beating around the bush. He was helpful he also was able to save me money by letting me do some of the work a lot of people wouldn’t do things like that he was a man of his word and had a great character. I enjoyed the work and it even came with a warranty. If you every have any kind of plumbing problem definitely call Roto-Rooter

I had a shut off valve leak under kitchen sink and another leak at the main house shut off. I had a friend try to make the repairs but only made the leak under sink worse. I did call Roto Rooter the next day. The responding plumbers, Scottie and Alan came that same day. They did the evaluation, presented the repair quote. I agreed to the quote. They did and excellent repair for both leaks. I feel I even got an upgrade. The pre-existing copper pipe for the kitchen especially was below the cabinet floor and hard to access. Scottie extended copper inlets for both areas, replaced both with better shut off valves and all leaking is stopped. Both areas look great!

We woke on Memorial Day to find our kitchen was flooded due to a leak under the sink that had something to do with the faucet and an old water filtration system that we no longer use. I called them and they came quickly. Andrew was awesome - diagnosed the problem and he had to install a new faucet. He removed the water filtration system so it won’t cause additional problems. He also looked at an outdoor water softener system we bought with the filtration system. We had it disconnected years ago because it caused so many problems. Andrew told us the company that sold us the system and disconnected it had done it incorrectly and it would need to be repaired soon before it began to leak, so we had himfix that, too.Roto Rooter did NOT charge extra for a holiday call. Because of their professionalism, they will be our plumbers from now on!

We had water back up last night and in a panic I found Roto-Rooter from a search and scheduled service online at 11pm for this morning, thinking it would be a long shot. I got a confirmation email saying my tech was scheduled between 8-10am this morning. We were a little hesitant that anyone would show up because it seemed too good to be true. At about 8:20 we get a call from Jadon that he’s on his way. Quickly got to work, brought in his supervisor Jessie for some back up work and they identified our issue and gave us quotes for next steps. Seriously impressed by the level of service and how quickly the team was able to get our issue under control.

Michael was very polite and knowledgeable. He replaced our 22 year old leaking hot water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very organized and clean. This was our third time using Roto Rooter (previously a bathroom faucet and an exterior faucet) and we are very pleased with the work. They do seem to be a bit pricier (water heater install was $599-comparable to Home Depot), but the quality of the work and their professionalism are worth it.

Awesome service!I called them at 6:00 pm to make an appointment because all my drainage were clogged, and they told me that they can come to my house in two hours, they didn’t come in two hours, but I receive a call from the main office to notify me that the plumber were running late.The plumber arrived a few minutes later and he was very professional, he explained to me all the process he need to perform, and we talked about the price, really affordable by the way, he unclogged my drainage, cleaned all the mess, and he gave some advice of what can I do to avoid similar issues in the future.Excellent service....

We determined it was a blockage in the line connected to the main line out of the house. I called RR and Teddy was at my house within an hour.
